“Bliss!” You won't be disappointed with this lovely condo. The view is spectacular with amazing sunrises and sunsets, the fresh scent of sea air and the accomodation is terrific. There's lots of room to spread out and enjoy. This was our second year at this condo and we decided that we'll be regular visitors year after year - it's just that good! We find that we can't help but unwind and relax here and each visit we plan to spend at few days on site (instead of venturing out) taking in the sea, relaxing beside the pool or having a swim and beach combing! Roz has thought of everything in the unit so you just need to bring your personal effects and you'll be well taken care of. The unit is very clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and there's no traces of pets from previous visits. The complex is very well maintained with a playground for the little ones, tennis court, several patios with Weber bbqs for everyone to use, pool and hot tub, poolside lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs, firepit, dock for your boat or perhaps fishing, even a herb garden. Looking forward to next year already!

“Superb Suite, Lovely Location” We had a fantastic stay in the Myrtle Suite while escaping our condo reno project! The Suite was the perfect home-away-from-home for us. It is cozy, new, spacious, clean, quiet, well stocked and equipped with all the essentials! I am particularly envious of the full kitchen; we wish our kitchen was this nice. And, the roomy bathroom (oh, great shower!), comfy bed, and the handy in-suite washer/dryer were much appreciated during our stay which felt more like a mini-vacation. So glad we didn't choose a hotel room! One of the highlights of our stay was the neighbourhood - great for walks and the views of the North Shore Mountains are the bonus. But, the nearby East Village is really special. It's the best kept secret for a local experience. There are lots of hip eateries (Tacofino, Campagnolo and Red Wagon) and culinary artisan shops like Moccia (eg Fig Tuscan sausages), Schokolade (handmade chocolates), and the Black Rook bake house...yum. We've lived in Vancouver for years and only discovered this off-the-beaten-track hood while staying at the Suite...crazy but true. So, if you're visiting Vancouver and want a real local experience with superb and good value accommodation, then we highly recommend the Myrtle Suite. The other highlight was the hospitable owner, Toni. She was so accommodating and we felt very welcomed in her home. Toni, thank you so much for the fresh tomatoes from your cute garden, a sample of your delicious Naughty Crow granola, and for the wine - all lovely personal touches that made our stay more memorable! You have a beautiful home and we wish we could have stayed longer; but we'll definitely direct our visiting friends and relatives to the Myrtle Suite!

“We'll be back!” If you're looking for someplace with attentiveness to all the details and more, Ele's Escape is it! Pet-friendly was my first clue it would be wonderful. But I had no idea the food would be so spectacular, the guest room filled with unexpected fun and comfort ( think amazing chocolate, homemade cookies, soft robes and lots more...). The bed was soo soft and cozy, the ocean within view and a 1 minute walk and the hosts incredible. Informative, welcoming and fun, they are some of the best we've experienced. “Beautifully appointed sea side serenity!” The beach house is absolutely beautiful! The B&B; suite retains much of it's original rustic charm with the large natual log columns and brick, then absolutely beautifully appointed modern decor to complete the warm welcome feel of this suite. Shelly will do nothing but spoil you while you stay in this little peace of west coast paradise. Take a stroll through the old school english style gardens and pathways in the rear of the Beach House. This is absolutely enchanting . . . and . . . if you look very very closely you may be one of the lucky ones to catch a glimpse of the fairies that live in the wood. If the suite and gardens aren't enough to relax your weary body then stroll across the street to Salish Sea Beach House's private little piece of the sea, for a stroll down the beach where Shelly hunts for "Sea Glass". I can't say enough about how absolutely beautiful this B&B; location is, how relaxing you will find it, and how wonderfully Shelly will take care of your needs.
