“Beautiful home in lovely setting.” This home had all the amenities to make our family comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching hummingbirds and listening to howler monkeys in the distance. The extensive DVD collection was a hit with our kids during some of our down time. The location near the town of Nuevo arenal was nice for short trips to the grocery store and many restaurants.

“Beautiful condo, very friendly owners!!!” As we love to explore and participate on as many outdoor activities as possible, we needed to stay on a central location. This was perfect for us as arenal Volcano is within 1.5 hrs drive to the left and Monteverde within the same distance to the right. Liberia airport just about the same distance (all in all, very convenient for our purposes) note: as Costa Rica has so much to offer, 1.5 hrs is not an unusual drive if you want to experience as many activities and sites as you can) All the units are state of the art (wireless, fiber high-speed internet, kitchen appliances, etc) and with all the amenities of a very modern condo. The owners, Zen & Doreen were very nice and friendly and made us feel quite welcome. Thank you!!! :-) I have provided my e-mail address, in case anyone is interested in contacting me with any questions; I won't mind sharing and confirming all this information as I have nothing but great things to say about this place and their owners. “The Best of Costa Rica!” This was my second visit to Villa Encantada! After the first visit in 2010, my daughter decided this was the place to get married! We returned with a group of 30+. The bridal party(14) stayed at the Villa and Glenn helped to place the rest of us in properties close by, including his sister's house up the hill. The whole event could not have been better! Let me say that Glenn is a great guy and incredible host! If you want to experience the best of Costa Rica, stay with Glenn at the Villa! The grounds are as beautiful as the pictures indicate and you can be entertained right on the property. The Tabacon Lodge and Skywalk at Volcanoes National Park are under one hour drive. Shopping and dining in Nuevo Arenal has a true Tico feel and much better than dealing with the big tourist towns. Pura Vida! Thank you Glenn!

“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“Piccollo Paradisso” Playa Conchal has everything I was looking for in a vaccassion:An amazing scenery, white sand beach, a calm blue ocean and a friendly staff eager to make the stay memorable. The condo is extremely well maintained with large bedrooms and showers and a large kitchen . It is very comfortable and easily accessible to the beach club with the shuttle service or by walking. The beach club has a great pool,spa and gym. There is plenty to do during the day, and at night there are shows and the casino. I have been in this same condo for three years now and it has become my vaccssion spot for the summer, beach club

“A superb condo rental experience in every way.” Terrific location for spacious and extremely comfortable condo on the shoreline. The pool and sunset views were superb. The security people were top-notch. I also recommend the giant auto Mercado supermarket just east of Tamarindo for all grocery and liquor shopping (just like the best markets in the us). Also try the Thursday 9a.m. Farmers' Market in Villareal for fresh fruit and veges at great prices... it's open-air on the side of the road about 200 yards to the right as you get to the firk in the road of Villareal. As to worthwhile lunch and dining, we strongly suggest the sushi at Bamboo Sushi in Tamarindo and the excellent food and drinks for lunches and dinners at the Longosta Beach Club (about a half-mile north of the condo). Both places were the highlights of our lunches and dinners (with live music on Friday nights at the LBC). A "must see" is avellanos Beach for surfing and lunch at Lola's...it's about 25 minutes drive from town, and very easy to find. This was our 5th trip to Tamarindo, and by far the best, thanks to Rick, Sandy, Lola, and Julie at RPM Services. You need not look anywhere else.

“beautiful house, great location, secluded beach” This was the perfect spot for our get together with long time friends to celebrate my mom's birthday. The owners were extremely helpful with making arrangements and even custom built a ramp for my mom who is disabled to access the condo! The location was perfect for our 3 year old-we were literally steps away from the pool and family friendly restaurant. The beach, also steps away, was secluded, safe for swimming and great for snorkeling -turtles came up and laid eggs on the beach three nights during our stay. The condo was equipped with beach toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The condo was spacious, has a great kitchen and open floor plan downstairs. We loved sitting on the patio early in the morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the sunset while we cooked up fresh caught fish. It was so nice to feel like when we arrived we didn't have to go anywhere else- and for a couple days we didn't -we just enjoyed our little piece of paradise! We hope to return again soon!

“Paradise Perfection” 5 STAR - Top notch accommodations! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Clean, comfortable (beds were fantastic) & perfectly decorated. The hospitality both before & during our stay was above average! The beachfront villa had the most breath taking view & private lagoon style setting with black sand that glistened from the sun like gold just steps from the front door. The 3 tier pool was spotless & the grounds were impeccably groomed! Paradise on the Pacific!

“Great Place, Great People” Rpm was great. Answered all questions and was very accommodating. I highly recommend their services. The place was great! The unit itself, not on the ocean, but the complex is and is an easy walk through the complex to the beach! It is a nice quiet area in Langosta, but close to all of the restaurants and activities in Tamarindo. All in all, great stay!

“Breathtaking Pacific Paradise” The first time I vacationed at Sand Dollar Cove was January 2009. If you don't want the waves to sing you to sleep or the howling of the monkeys to wake you up then this isn't the vacation for you. The house is gorgeous and sits at the end of an isolated beach. The crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean are a few small steps away. I loved every second I was there...the sunsets are breathtaking, the sunrises are worth getting out of bed to see, and if you are a nature buff....wow. The Ticos in the area are friendly and love it when you at least try to speak a little Spanish. And the food....yummy (I highly recommend Los Corrales). Paradise almost isn't enough to describe this place because it was so much more than that. I would highly recommend this spot if you were looking for a relaxing getaway from everything. Not only do I love this spot, I have returned 6 times since 2009.
