“Gorgeous place and views, outstanding service” We spent a week at the villa with family to celebrate our wedding on the beach. The views are just gorgeous, it rained quite a lot, but It made it our stay and wedding ceremony even more memorable. Great backgrounds for the pictures. The villa is kind of isolated from the crowds but very close to the beach and the hotel, so we could go to a few hotel evening performances and enjoy the sand beach. The fact that the villa is not on the beach did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we loved it, very dramatic and more natural views. The owners are great hosts and keep villa and amenities in very good shape. The cleaning service was excellent. Mexican cooks were great not only as cooks but also very nice people with very welcoming and kind personalities. It was a good idea to have cooking services, very reasonably priced and delicious. Overall, the experience met and exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend Brisa Caribe for all the reasons stated above and for Doug and Shelly being very helpful in organizing this trip (cooking services, taxi, etc.). We would also recommend this place for a small intimate wedding ceremony, our wedding was more beautiful than we expected and Doug recommended us a good wedding planner who made it even more perfect! “You don't have to die to get to heaven” Before my stay at Casa del Perro Feliz, I had never been to the Yucatan peninsula and I found the listing for the house on the internet. As you know, there can be a big difference between the experience promised in the listing and your actual stay. Everything about my 10 days at this fabulous house far exceeded my expectations. The house is spacious and sweet. Maria and Ulises, the caretakers, are dedicated and gracious. The bay is a Caribbean dream. We were there for the Christmas and new year holidays and we almost never even saw our neighbors--which meant we had the whole bay to ourselves. The nearby town of Tulum was exciting and the food was great. There are many things to see in the peninsula but, for us, the most magnificent were the cenotes. Swim in as many of them as you can. There is one 5 minutes walk from the house, but our favorite was the Grand Cenote, a few minutes drive. This was a memorable and rewarding trip for me, my wife and our 3 children. I'm saving up so we can go back.

“Better than we could have imagined” We just got back from a weeks stay at the lovely Casa Caribena. My husband and I booked the house for 1 week with 10 other people. All adults, a mix of couples and singles. I really cant say enough good things about the staff of Casa Caribena and the house itself. The location is beautiful, the views from every balcony in the house, the food!! Believe the hype, it was fantastic. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. The house was always clean, very spacious. You will have trouble deciding where to hang out, as there are so many wonderful spots around the house. The roof top was a favorite of mine. I did yoga up there every morning and it was a quiet heaven. The beach is a bit rocky as others have indicated, but it was beautiful and clean nevertheless (not a negative at all). The sand is soft and nice, but just when you get out to the water it's a bit rocky. Many days we took the kayaks out and snorkeled from there. We saw tons of wildlife right from the beach. The Tulum Ruins and shops are a quick cab ride away. I felt completely safe the entire time. I would go back in a heartbeat! I will say, the electricity in our room went out in the middle of the night one night. I told Lily, and received a call from Lisa (the homeowner) within an hour, saying they were working on it and she was so sorry. It didn't cause us any problems at all and it I was actually nice to be able to see how accommodating and quick they were to fix a "problem" if you even want to call it that :) There's also a nice restaurant and Cenote a few houses down that you can walk to. Blue Sky (the restaurant) had great food, drinks and staff. Casa Caribena is truly such a gem! Heaven on earth!

“Excellent Family Vacation” My family and I had a wonderful time at Casa Caribena. We met 4 other families there (who also had kids). The location is the best you can find...right on the beach in a gorgeous, safe spot. The coral right outside our door provided tons of snorkeling fun for the adults and great tide-pooling for the kids. (I do recommend everyone bring water shoes so you can play more comfortably in the ocean). The house crew were exceptional too. They cooked and cleaned up after us, which made meals so easy for busy parents. It also made it a simple process to stock the house with food because Lily went to the store for us and saved us a ton of time (which is better spent on the beach or in the pool). The house is super clean, cool and comfortable and very large. I highly recommend to any families who are looking for a get-away but with ease and comfort for the kiddos. P.S. I also give huge kuddos to Lisa who answered endless questions from me and so was patient and kind. She was wonderful to deal with and made us feel welcomed. I'd definietly come back!!!

“utter relaxation” My family of 5 (3 sons aged 9, 13, 15) spent a week at Casa Dena over Easter. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The caretakers are lovely and fabulous cooks. Steve's flexibility to rent us only 2 bedrooms was really appreciated. The views are fantastic from the back of the house as well as the roof. We were aware that the beach directly in front of the house was not swimmable, so the boys climbed the rocks looking for sea life and iguanas when we were at home, and they swam at other points down the beach. Very secluded and private home which is what we like. Could do with a couple more comfy lounge chairs and/or pillows for outside, but all in all exactly what we needed.

“Great apartment!!” This place fully met all of our expectations and then some! It was very clean and had everything we possibly needed while visiting playa, from beach towels to bathroom supplies and all the kitchen appliances you could imagine. The cable tv worked great in both bedrooms and we even had hundreds of DVDs if that wasn't enough! The wifi powered three cell phones, a tablet and a laptop without slowing down. We also got as much filtered water as we wanted! The balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking 26th street. The location was phenomenal and literally a hundred feet from 5th avenue but still in a more quiet part of town, away from the loud clubs so very peaceful! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Last thing I'll mention is that the owner, Wendy, was very responsive and helpful!

“great location” the Office staff was courteous and welcomed me upon arrival, and showed me around. The room was clean and had a coffee maker and small refrigerator in addition to tv. Within a few steps of my door I was at the fresh water pool, a few more steps and I was on the most beautiful beach in the area! The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The onsite restaurant was a great plus, allowing me to spend as much time on the beach or diving as I wanted, and not driving around finding restaurants. The food was fantastic! All in all, this was a great place to spend a week on the ocean, relaxing.

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Great birthday weekend” I booked this villa for a birthday weekend with my girlfriend and our closest friends. The house is HUGE, beautiful, and in pristine condition. The photos of the property look fantastic, but it looks even better in person. The house has dozens of places to sit and relax, making it the perfect property for hosting. The owner is very helpful in helping arrange plans, book transportation, and suggest sites and restaurants. The staff are friendly, make a great/simple breakfast, and keep the place spotless. Every bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom and most have balconies and places to hang out outside and see the ocean. The upstairs master bedrooms are beautiful and very romantic. When we visited the weather was beautiful and it didn't rain. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax. A lot of use took kayaks into the ocean as well. I would suggest bringing snorkel gear as there are a lot of cool reefs and rock formations a little ways out into the water. We had a great time and would definitely come back for another special occasion.

“Perfect” Perfect vacation for our group of 10 adults. Never once did we feel crowded. The home is large enough that we could have easily accommodated 4 more persons. A short 10 minute walk to beach or 5th avenue. Pool was great. Maid and pool staff did an absolutely fantastic job. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Nancy. Ps. Jimena deserves a raise. Can not say enough good things about her services.

“Amazing Condo- Feels Like The W-Hotel” My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at this beautiful luxurious condo in Playa De Carmen. We have travelled all over the world and I must say that I would recommend staying here to anyone. The place is new, designed like beautifully, close to everything, has everything you need and more. The service is top notch. You are treated like a VIP right from the start.

“Paradise in the Mayan Riviera” What a magnificent place! I've rented homes online before and what I saw was not always what I got. This exceeded my expectations in beauty, location, services and comfort. Udi's home is designed to perfection. The staff couldn't be better. Martin is an amazing chef. We will definitely return. It was particularly nice to go in July when we could watch the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach, but this would be one of my top picks anytime of the year. The bedrooms are all gorgeous and the view from the living room is spectacular. Thank you for giving us the perfect family vacation. It was exactly what we hoped for!
