“Luxury at Palma Real!” This was our third trip to Palma Real in the past year so no doubt we really love it there! As another reviewer commented, we would be happy staying at just about any of the condos at Palma Real but there is no question Neville's condo 101 is the best of them! The huge deck, direct ovean view and total ease of access to the pool and beach make it truly incomparable. Although the photos are absolutely accurate, you just can't imagine how incredible it is to wake up to the ocean literally in front of your eyes while you're still in bed! The condo is fully equipped. There isn't anything that you might need that isn't included (aside from a supply of bottled water and toilet paper to last through your stay). Restaurants in town are great, but if you decide to buy food and cook, you're all set in condo 101's kitchen! There is more than enough space for a family or two couples as the condo is big and spacious. We really loved the hammock and used it quite a bit as it's very peaceful to lie in it and read or nap. And while you probably won't spend time watching movies or Dvds or playing board or card games, if you happen to have less than perfect weather, it's very handy to have the option available. Btw it's great to have a washer/dryer to use during your stay. The complex is beautifully maintained and on the quiet and peaceful side. The pool is always sparkling clean and the grounds impeccably kept. While there is a port close by, it has no impact on Palma Real aside from making the beach just about 100% private. Neville is so nice to deal with. No difficulties at all. Don't think twice. Go and enjoy Condo 101 at Palma Real!

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Highly recommended” We recently stayed at Holiday Penthouse condominium and it exceeded all of our expectation. It has modern furniture and tastefully decorated. Not to mentioned the private rooftop with lounge chairs, outdoor shower to cool down and a nice view of the ocean. The condo is centrally located in Playa del Carmen, just two blocks away from Mamitas beach and a block away from 5th Avenue where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and convenient stores. Myrna, the owner, was very helpful assisting us and responded to all our queries promptly. We're looking forward to come back again.

“Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store.
