“5-star experience” Due to booking error, we had the opportunity to stay in two condo in this building. The floor plans are mirror image of each other. One is on the 8th floor, on is on the 12th floor. This review is for unit 8a. We stay in this beautiful condo in last week (Oct 2013). It's a 4-bedroom 4 bathroom condo and it's very spacious. There are wraparound balconies. The exterior walls are all sliding floor to ceiling glass doors and when they are all opened you are like connected to the outdoor. The view is amazing. The ocean is right in front of you without anything blocking you. The breeze cools the place really well. We didn't turn the a/c on in the living room at all, and only turn the bedrooms a/c on for a couple of nights, even though I'm sure it will be fine without a/c on. The kitchen is huge and you can prepare your food. The building is very secured and the staff is amazing, and very friendly. The pool is very big and we enjoyed lounging by the pool, read a book, go for a dip now and then. It's very relaxing. If you like to swim in the ocean, just step outside the gate and there you are. The property has designated lounge chairs and umbrella for you to use. There are also no vendors to bother you which is a big plus. The location is great too. Few $ taxi ride and you will be in old town or romantic zone. It's also walking distant to a supermarket, and slightly farther there is a walmart, sams club and a decent mall. The owner Chris and the manager Oswaldo are both very nice and accommodating. I asked if they have any champagne glasses in the condo and they bought 3 set (12 glasses) for us to use. They were also flexible with my early check in and late check out requests. Since it was low season and there were no customers immediately before and after our stay, they were ok with that which made life much easier. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

“Incredible Peacful Vacation Property!” After renting villas in Puerto Vallarta for the past 14 years I decided to stay for 2 weeks & spend the first week at a beachfront condo for the first time! This was absolutely the best choice for my friends and family. It was one of the most serene and relaxing places to stay. The condo was spacious, clean, contemporary with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would open all of the patio doors during the day and enjoy the constant breeze through out the condo. We felt very secure on the property with the concierge downstairs at night and the secured manned gate at the front. This property is situated perfectly between the marina and downtown Puerto Vallarta and it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. I want to thank Minda the owner for making this stay very enjoyable! We'll be back soon.

“Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Viva La Villa!” I was truly impressed by Villa Encantada. We were treated to five-star service and luxury accommodations. The gorgeous tropical setting was the final element of an amazing experience. It was paradise! We were able to enjoy all of the conveniences of home during our stay, including wi-fi. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Encantada to friends and family.

“Regresamos” This is our third stay at Condos Nadia,which we consider our home away from home, and we will return next season. Everything about this place is outstanding;location,room amenities,and a helpful and caring staff. Highly Recommended!

“Anniversary celebration in paradise” Casa Blanca was just perfect for our anniversary getaway. We walked down the trail, opened the front door and were immediately awestruck at the beauty around us. The ocean is in full view from every room and so close you can hear the ocean waves. The casa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We explored the small village of Chimo which was a 40 minute walk/hike, we kayaked and enjoyed the great snorkeling. If you are looking for a quiet and remote place with great beaches, this is the place to go. We will be back next year and plan on staying for at least a week, we were not ready to leave after staying 5 nights.

“HOME AWAY FROM HOME” What a fantastic ...comfortable ...top notch...place to spend your vacation....well equipped...ultra comfortable beds...well equipped kitchen...beautiful pool and hot tub....wonderful front load washer and dryer...only thing I would have liked was to have the lovely cleaning lady to have come in every 3-4 days during our stay....not just as we left....highly recommend this condo for family's or two couples...great location....THANK YOU JOE....

“Villa Verano and the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club is certainly a t” I have had the opportunity to stay at Villa Verano and Puerto Vallarta Beach Club several times. As good as it gets!

“Very satisfied” Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent service and the condo was very nice. It was our third year in a row at Icon Vallarta amd we will be back, for sre in the future.

“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

“THE ULTIMATE BEACH HOUSE” AMAZING! I loved every second of this trip and its all cuz of Villa Karaway! I want and will be back SOOO soon!
