“Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

“Best Christmas and New Year's Eve stay in PV ever” We stayed at Gary's condo from Dec. 20th, 2013 through Jan 3rd, 2014 and had a wonderful time in PV. The location of the condo was perfect (very good bus connections and/or in walking distance) and the view was really very nice. We had never been so close to any New Year's Eve fireworks then from the balcony of Gary's condo. The two bedrooms and the large bathroom area was just perfect for three adults. We enjoyed our time in PV and did some tours (we did most of them during our first stay in PV), but we can recommend a trip to San Sebastian, as well as a trip to Sayulita (by public bus!).

“Anniversary celebration in paradise” Casa Blanca was just perfect for our anniversary getaway. We walked down the trail, opened the front door and were immediately awestruck at the beauty around us. The ocean is in full view from every room and so close you can hear the ocean waves. The casa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We explored the small village of Chimo which was a 40 minute walk/hike, we kayaked and enjoyed the great snorkeling. If you are looking for a quiet and remote place with great beaches, this is the place to go. We will be back next year and plan on staying for at least a week, we were not ready to leave after staying 5 nights.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Fantastic views!” My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3+ month (end of April through July) stay at Torre Lirios. For the first 2+ months we were in the bottom floor condo which matched its description and photos and had a great view of Banderas Bay. The kitchen is quite small but sufficiently equipped so that we could fix meals. The unit has a good washer and dryer which were essential for our long stay. We loved the pool and rarely saw anyone else there. The walk down the hill to the Malecon and restaurants was not bad. But we only made the walk up a few times at the start of our visit then the rest of the time opted for cabs which cost about $3 USD. Well worth it! Tony the property manager was terrific to work with, very responsive and spoke excellent English. We had some Internet issues early on which Tony took care of with the provider. During our stay the pool had to be closed for about 10 days for unexpected maintenance. To compensate, Tony and the condo owner offered us a deal on a 5th floor condo where we stayed for the last 3 weeks of our visit. Having more space including a full kitchen and king size bed was wonderful. What an amazing view from the condo’s large balcony! We spent a lot of time there having meals, reading, relaxing and watching activity on the bay including the pirate ship and nightly fireworks. Being up on the hill was so worth it to have such a marvelous view. We also enjoyed being away from the touristy area and feeling more part of the local community. Loved all the roosters crowing! Many thanks to our terrific property manager Tony and to the owner Sheryl for a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend these two condos and look forward to returning.
