“Out of this World” Casa dos Cisnes is magnificent. The villa transcended our expectations in every respect. The colonial-style design is expansive but intimate, the sublime decor is imbued with a tasteful Mexican aesthetic, and the nouveau Mexican cuisine was certainly on a par (if not better) than the gourmet food we tasted in PV's most acclaimed restaurants - you really don't ever have to leave the villa to revel in the traditions of Mexico. The views from pretty much everywhere in the villa are simply breathtaking. The staff was extraordinary and discreet - they seemed to preempt our every wish or need. The tranquil location is perfect. We spent our mornings exploring remote nearby beaches, whale watching, and experiencing PV's cultural sights then retreated to our sumptuous villa to relax with a margarita by the infinity pool. Even using the gym is not a chore - you are surrounded by tropical birds and flowers and the Pacific Ocean views are spectacular. The spacious bedrooms and myriad living/dining spaces make this a great option for groups or families. We hope to return.

“5-star experience” Due to booking error, we had the opportunity to stay in two condo in this building. The floor plans are mirror image of each other. One is on the 8th floor, on is on the 12th floor. This review is for unit 8a. We stay in this beautiful condo in last week (Oct 2013). It's a 4-bedroom 4 bathroom condo and it's very spacious. There are wraparound balconies. The exterior walls are all sliding floor to ceiling glass doors and when they are all opened you are like connected to the outdoor. The view is amazing. The ocean is right in front of you without anything blocking you. The breeze cools the place really well. We didn't turn the a/c on in the living room at all, and only turn the bedrooms a/c on for a couple of nights, even though I'm sure it will be fine without a/c on. The kitchen is huge and you can prepare your food. The building is very secured and the staff is amazing, and very friendly. The pool is very big and we enjoyed lounging by the pool, read a book, go for a dip now and then. It's very relaxing. If you like to swim in the ocean, just step outside the gate and there you are. The property has designated lounge chairs and umbrella for you to use. There are also no vendors to bother you which is a big plus. The location is great too. Few $ taxi ride and you will be in old town or romantic zone. It's also walking distant to a supermarket, and slightly farther there is a walmart, sams club and a decent mall. The owner Chris and the manager Oswaldo are both very nice and accommodating. I asked if they have any champagne glasses in the condo and they bought 3 set (12 glasses) for us to use. They were also flexible with my early check in and late check out requests. Since it was low season and there were no customers immediately before and after our stay, they were ok with that which made life much easier. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

“Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Paradise” It was pretty much perfection in paradise . Can't beat the charm of old town Puerto Vallarta and yet in a brand new modern building - with amazing character - two blocks from the beach in the Romantic Zone! No need for me to go all the way Nuevo Vallarta any more for luxury! Hola Puerto Vallarta! Stayed in the penthouse Suite 6 in the condo complex they call signature at pinnacle. The owners went all out on this designer suite we stayed in with a full ocean / bay view and BBQ & drinks on the dining deck - just really magical watching the sunsets. I really can't say enough great things about our vacation from the town itself and the friendliness of the people to the accommodations - booking already for next year. The only downside to this new listing is once the word gets out on this slice of paradise I won't get the pick of the calendar like I did this trip! Probably should not have written this!

“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Viva La Villa!” I was truly impressed by Villa Encantada. We were treated to five-star service and luxury accommodations. The gorgeous tropical setting was the final element of an amazing experience. It was paradise! We were able to enjoy all of the conveniences of home during our stay, including wi-fi. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Encantada to friends and family.

“Wow!!” Casa Marfil is a classic, beautiful, old Mexican townhome with tons of charm. It is on four levels, with the main living level on the third floor and an awesome patio/palapa on the very top level. The views from the living and patio areas are wonderful - I spent most of my time on the 3rd floor balcony where I saw many iguanas and tropical birds (bring your binoculars!). Casa Marfil is on the edge of Gringo Gulch and in a safe neighborhood. Because of Casa Marfil's central location, we didn't rent a car - we walked everywhere - to the beach, the Malecon, many excellent restaurants (Red Cabbage, Fredy's Tucan, etc), and to the water taxis off the new Pier. After a long day at the beach and/or exploring, it was always sooo nice to come home to Casa Marfil! Thanks so much Sherryl!

“Regresamos” This is our third stay at Condos Nadia,which we consider our home away from home, and we will return next season. Everything about this place is outstanding;location,room amenities,and a helpful and caring staff. Highly Recommended!

“Rest and Relaxation in an oasis” Ten minute drive from old town. The house is stunning. Three large bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked. The washer and dryer were a plus. I loved all the beautiful plants and the pool was amazing. Right across the street is a pristine beach. You have to take your own chairs and umbrella, which we didn't have so didn't enjoy the beach as much as we would of liked. I will definitely be back.

“Spectacular Sunsets and views” We love this condo and all it offered. Perfect location on the beach and in the Romantica Zone! We felt so safe with its security and the young men that worked the front desk were so eager to help us with our luggage. The elevator was being worked on, so thankfully they helped us carry the suitcases upstairs. Young lady came in daily to clean and change linens. Loved watching all that went on on the beach and in the water!!! We plan to ask to use it for two weeks next October!!! Like I say, WE LOVED IT!

“Most relaxing vacation” I stayed at this property for a month and LOVED IT! The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The unit is bright and having the ceiling fans in the bedroom, you almost don't need AC. I stopped using it at night. The complex has a great large pool and is very quiet. Never had a problem getting a lounger. The complex is well looked after and the people are friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants. Yet it's really quiet at night. There is a bit of a hill, but it's easily managed with a dozen steps along the way. Can't wait to go back.

“Anniversary celebration in paradise” Casa Blanca was just perfect for our anniversary getaway. We walked down the trail, opened the front door and were immediately awestruck at the beauty around us. The ocean is in full view from every room and so close you can hear the ocean waves. The casa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We explored the small village of Chimo which was a 40 minute walk/hike, we kayaked and enjoyed the great snorkeling. If you are looking for a quiet and remote place with great beaches, this is the place to go. We will be back next year and plan on staying for at least a week, we were not ready to leave after staying 5 nights.

“HOME AWAY FROM HOME” What a fantastic ...comfortable ...top notch...place to spend your vacation....well equipped...ultra comfortable beds...well equipped kitchen...beautiful pool and hot tub....wonderful front load washer and dryer...only thing I would have liked was to have the lovely cleaning lady to have come in every 3-4 days during our stay....not just as we left....highly recommend this condo for family's or two couples...great location....THANK YOU JOE....

“very private pool home” from the first day communication was there with norma and memo and owners lionel and Darwin-thank you. very private- great view of the bay-close to everything-very prompt on any questions but you never see them unless you wanted to. perfect for just wife and I but large enough for two couples. lots of room for a two bedroom home. very clean and lots of both pool and bath towels. we have stayed in homes in pv for the past several years and this is first review we have written- very impressed!

“Paradise on earth” Thank you for making my vacation such a great time. Congrats for the wonderful unit you offer. I really felt like at home, nothing's missing. The staff is so friendly and attentive.The view from the 26th floor is amazing. I will return soon!

“So perfect” I love the initial reaction upon entering a new vacation property and having it exceed my expectations. I loved the entire place, air conditioning that cools all the rooms in short order, the total feeling of Mexican charm but with all the amenities minus a dishwasher. Excellent maid service, awesome balcony for people watching and or chatting with the people on the Malecon below you. The upstairs pool area is to die for with 360 degree views, a library, washers and dryers and other very friendly folks. The convenience to tons of food stands, restaurants, bars, the ocean all within 10 or less minutes walking. I never heard an unkind word from anyone about this building or the units in it, everyone loved it that we spoke to. We found our new favorite :)

“Everything and more when you are looking only for the best!” Upon my first communication with the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club I could tell I was dealing with a different level of service. To start, my emails and countless phone calls were addressed quickly and efficiently. The pre-planning and preparation for my arrival by the staff was addressed with the upmost care, promptness and without hesitation. I honestly felt no request was too small. Could this be for real? Yes, and read on to find out why I have so much to say about this property. With my arrival expectations were high. Immediately I was warmly greeted by the Head Houseman and much of the staff. I was then given the option to a welcoming drink by the pool or to start off with a tour of the property. I opted for both and was amazed at the lush vegetation, pristine pool, and well maintained property - all of which, obviously, have never been neglected or unattended too. I can say, during the week I was there I never even found a scuff mark on a wall. The numerous staff always greeted us personally and their eagerness to make sure we had what we needed made us wish we never had to leave. Included were our personal chefs to cook every meal to our specifications (dietary restrictions with some guests). Laundry was washed, ironed and promptly returned at the end of day. The housekeepers didn't miss a spot. The pool side attendants were on hand to make any drink requested or notify the chef if we were ready for a snack. The concierge was always eager to schedule any events or spa treatments we needed that day or the next. Truly, the staff is well trained and enjoys providing the level of service that they do. The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club exceeded my expectations and I have already secured dates to return.
