“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing!” We spent one week at the Compass Rose. The house is beautiful, and has an amazing view, close to the beach. Everything you need is available. Sherman was available, and helpful. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!.. Golf carts are fun, saw big turtles, lots of dolphins, great fishing trip with boats n fun.. Eric was an awesome Captain. Loved dinner at The Boathouse. Take advantage of Sandie's grocery shopping!

“Awesome experience!” This house is unbelievable! the decoration of it has so many details that i still discovered some of them after been there for 2 weeks... The decoration, the spacing, the activities... everything is perfect for a large group (we were 31), the owner added airmattress to allow us to each one of us have his own bed. Everything from the booking to the check out was absolutely perfect! We are a basket-ball group comming from France, when the owner knew we like basket ball, he brought us Bball video games the next day! The video projector had a problem during our stay, it had been fixed the same day by a technician. Sweat escape has so many games and fun inside that we had to cancel a day in daytonna for sightseeing because the kids prefered to stay at the house! I would highly recommend to everybody who wants to have fun with a 5 star service rental to go there!

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“PERFECT HOME” This home was perfect. It was spacious and in a great location. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave. I would recommend this home to my friends in the future.

“VERY COMFORTABLE HOME, WITH ALL THE AMENETIES REQUIRED, AT A EXCELENT LOCATION.” The location is excellent just of us192 and only minutes from I-4 which makes it easy to get to & from the attractions. There is a Walmart being constructed just a couple of minutes from the main gate, which will make future stays even better. The first floor bed room can use an update, the mattress has a dent in the middle, otherwise the home is great and has all the items required.

“Ultimate Luxury!” This is a truly amazing property. My husband and I had such a great time in aZ staying at this fantastic home. The attention to detail in every single room is unbelievable. “Panoramic seaview greeted us every morning” We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Minawi family's beach condo. The perspective from the large double balcony was panoramic. We had our morning coffee out on the balcony every morning to enjoy the seaviews. We found the location of this condo to be excellent for long beach walks or bike rides. The pools were clean, warm and inviting. Also New Smyrna's beachside hub: Flagler avenue with it's boutiques, shops, and cafes/restaurants is only a short walk down the beach to the north. We took that stroll every day. We are already planning our next visit.
