“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Great family rental with plenty of space!” Great rental! Lots of space for our family to spread out and our kids loved the private pool! We will never stay in a hotel again!! We stayed during Hurricane Matthew and felt very safe! Super close to any store/restaurant you could ever want and less than 10 minutes to Disney! The owner Manuel was super easy to work with and very accommodating! I can't say enough about him! My only "negative" comments would be we were not aware toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towel were not unlimited. We ran out during Hurricane Matthew when stores were closed but with a quick email to Manuel, the Clubhouse had some on our doorstep in 10 minutes! Also, the pack n play at the home for our son was not quite as sturdy as what we have at home. But again, after speaking to Manuel I was told he has an actual crib to rent as well.

“THIS HOME IS AMAZING!!!!!” This home is amazing there were 8 of us 6 adults and 2 children. It was spacious never once did we feel that we were on top of each other. Perfectly located 15 minuets to disney 20 minuets to universal and so easy to get there. We also drove to tampa to see the the ocean it,s only a one hour drive. The rooms in the home were beautifully decorated and all the luxuries of home. All the rooms had there own tv as for me I like to lay down and watch tv just before going to bed. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear and also had a gate around the pool for the safety of children which I thought was fantastic. To finish off the night after a long but wonderful day we relaxed in the Hot Tub can't tell you how good that felt. So if your thinking of vacationing to flordia this is a home you really want to consider. “Great stay in Davenport” The Villa Serenity was exactly that. A beautiful home with a very warm feel. The view from the back door was my favorite, overlooking the built-in pool looking back into the lagoon. Close to parks. Very clean, we would highly recommend staying at the Villa serenity, and we plan to do so again.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.
