“First Class Unit and amenities - Spectacular!” The Unit is part of alamar, a complex with two condo towers, pools (one near the building, one at the beach club), a gym, etc. Bonus - zero time share reps to bother you. About the Unit: Very modern and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, the barbecue was used frequently, the kids loved the splash pool, and the view did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, from fresh water to beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. The aC did not work in our room, but the owner had installed a portable unit in the meantime and that worked perfectly. We appreciated the attention he put into making sure we were comfortable. Anyways, upon walking in the first time, we were impressed and all smiles when we first toured the unit - it's a very, very cool and comfortable space. About the complex: Extremely well run and very, very safe. We were impressed at how everything was carefully maintained by the friendly ground staff. The Jungle pool was quiet and spectacular. Same for the pool and beach at the beach club. We frequently almost had the place to ourselves, the complex is not very busy during the week, does get a bit busier during the week-ends (beach club) - but it's still far less busy that any resort. No need to reserve lounge chairs, there are always great spots available. La Cruz is a cute, quiet village - it was easy to explore and buy food at the local tiendas or food stands. Great for a genuine local experience. Bucerias is very close by if you want larger stores, and easily accessed by bus, taxi or car. Also, Destiladeras beach is just 5 min. up the road, and is probably on of the best in the entire bay. We even saw whales breaching from there. Overall, we had a top notch stay with our three kids (ages between 6 and 12), and will continue renting units like this instead of visiting resorts. It's much better.

“Wonderful time Alex was a pleasure to work with!” Had a great time and any issues we had Alex was on top of everything! We LOVED the beach horse back riding excursion that was offered thru the resort. Our son (3 years old) loved VIP pool the best! Our mattress was super firm and the resort staff worked so hard to resolve our issue. Which was refreshing because lets be honest when you go on vacation issues can arise and it was so refreshing to have a resort staff that really tried to help fix it!

“Perfect for a big family” The place is perfect with so many things to do all around or you can just hang out at the house and relax. Went with my family for my daughter nationals and everyone had an awesome

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.

“Just magical” This home was amazing very clean and the home owners Kristi and Mario very nice and get back to you really fast with any question you have. The kitchen and the rest of the house has everything thing you need to enjoy your vacations. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Excellent” The house was perfect for our families. Every thing was great. Except the sliding door lock is broken, the glass table is unstable if you have kids and the folding table in the kitchen doesn't have the hinges to be unfolded. I love the house and will return there and refer it to my friends without hesitation.

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
