“Awesome experience!” This house is unbelievable! the decoration of it has so many details that i still discovered some of them after been there for 2 weeks... The decoration, the spacing, the activities... everything is perfect for a large group (we were 31), the owner added airmattress to allow us to each one of us have his own bed. Everything from the booking to the check out was absolutely perfect! We are a basket-ball group comming from France, when the owner knew we like basket ball, he brought us Bball video games the next day! The video projector had a problem during our stay, it had been fixed the same day by a technician. Sweat escape has so many games and fun inside that we had to cancel a day in daytonna for sightseeing because the kids prefered to stay at the house! I would highly recommend to everybody who wants to have fun with a 5 star service rental to go there!

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Panoramic seaview greeted us every morning” We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Minawi family's beach condo. The perspective from the large double balcony was panoramic. We had our morning coffee out on the balcony every morning to enjoy the seaviews. We found the location of this condo to be excellent for long beach walks or bike rides. The pools were clean, warm and inviting. Also New Smyrna's beachside hub: Flagler avenue with it's boutiques, shops, and cafes/restaurants is only a short walk down the beach to the north. We took that stroll every day. We are already planning our next visit.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Beautiful home !!!” Everything was so beautiful in this home it was the perfect choice the bedroom all had their own bathroom with the exception of the kid rooms. Owner was very easy to reach and they give you step by step instructions for the home. I loved it ! This will be our go to for our Disney vacations! Stores and restaurants are near by so easy if you want to shop for food or in general.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.

“Just magical” This home was amazing very clean and the home owners Kristi and Mario very nice and get back to you really fast with any question you have. “awesome location, spacious home, pool paradise” We had two families for a week and had tons of room and yet adult privacy. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, Xbox and especially star gazing and sunbathing on the third deck. We got seafood at a local place, and grilled out--the pool deck, outdoor dining and grill were perfect. The walk to the beach is so easy, quick and safe, and the sand is sugar. Grocery, restaurant and movie theatre all within walking distance. All the furnishings, linens and decor are brand-new, modern and tasteful. We look forward to returning!

“Amazing Vacation” The condo was beautiful, our son loved having his own large bed and his own bathroom. The condo had everything that you needed. The location of the condo was perfect, it was right on the beach, I could sit on the porch in the shade watching my husband and son surf in the ocean. The owner quickly answered all of my questions when we were looking at the unit. We went to one of the restaurants that they listed and it was amazing. We loved the area and will be back.

“Great House!” The owner was very attentive and accommodating. We didn't have wifi the entire time we were there. The placement didn't allow for anyone to use it in the house. I would suggest moving the cable router to the main tv room. Use a splitter and you're in business. Otherwise it was a great house for the price!!
