Puerto Morelos house

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Amazing get-away in Puerto Morelos” My family & I enjoyed a wonderful week of relaxation at the beautiful Casa Anita, & some exciting adventures at nearby attractions. The house was everything we could want from a home away from home, the staff were welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. I hope that we are able to return to this idyllic place in the very near future!

Casa Cascada Mayan Bungalow 60 meters from the beach

Playa del Carmen house

2 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“Wonderful Stay in Tankah Bay” Just returned from two week stay at Villa Mariposa! The house was just as described and pictured and so much more! Excellent communication with owner prior to arrival giving us tips (directions, where to buy groceries, recommended restaurants) to confirmation after arrival that everything was to our satisfaction. Caretakers Luis and Nery do an excellent job maintaining the property. Located on beautiful Tankah Bay......MUY TRANQUILO! CANT WAIT TO RETURN!

Large 3 story home with charming Mexican decor, private pool & garden

Puerto Morelos house

4 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / sleeps 10

“Casa Mulder” We loved Puerto Morelos, found the staff @Abbey Del Sol very professional and attentive. We give the staff 5 stars. Casa Mulder could use some attention. Dishwasher never worked and was not repairable although the staff tried. Furniture was not especially comfortable and the kitchen did not have a skillet that was non stick. Beds were comfortable showers had issues such as no hot water until the staff addressed. Property is for sale and it appears to be in need of some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the village shopes, restaurants and people to be very friendly, a pleasure to visit. The reef is pristine and well worth taking one of the local guides for a visit. We used Wet Set and found them very friendly and helpful. Our favorite place to eat was John Greys Kitchen. We enjoyed several local restaurants, however John Greys was several cuts above the rest. We will return to Puerto Morelos and stay with Abbey Del Sol but probably use one of the other properties.

Charming Beach Villa Snorkeling-Fishing-Kayaking

Mahahual house

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“15 days by the sea” A very special place this Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas. Far from the crowded areas, close enough to the village of Mahahual for basic shopping, with a private enchanted beach, the house has pretty much everything you need. Don't expect luxury, but good taste in interior and exterior decorating is everywhere. You'll have that warm feeling of being in a good place. The house is not big but we never felt like we needed more space (I have to mention that, for one week, 3 friends came along and joined us). No conditioned air, but the windows were open almost all the time (don't worry about bugs, there are screens at every single window) and that was enough to cool down the place even at 40 C outside. The breeze from the sea was almost perpetual and it made a big difference. Things to do around there: swim and snorkel right in front of your house, go visit the myriad of Mayan ruins, fish and cook your capture (even I was able to catch fish), go kayaking, look for sea shells and marine snails. Or just sit on one of the 3 terraces or under the palapa just nearby the shore line and have a drink or a cup of tea. Regarding activities, Rudolf's Internet site is a gold mine data wise. And he'll answer your questions in no time. You'll love the taste of the fresh fruits there (don't hesitate one moment to buy them from the vendors on the side of the highways) and, if you're not very swanky, you'll like the local made cheese and ham as well. We ate 2 or 3 times at the local restaurants and a few other times outside Mahahual, in little "cocina"s located in small villages. The simple, not very fancy ones, won by far, in my opinion. Anyway, if you're looking for tranquillity and you're trying to get disconnected from today`s world tumult, Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas is the place to be. Did we lack anything while there? Yes: a blender and a shaker! Will we go back? Certainly. If time will allow. That's another thing we lacked there. Whish we could've stayed longer...

“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“exceeded expectations” We stayed in Condo 305 form april 20th to april 27th, 2022. The Experience was wonderful, the space impeccable, with the exception of a cpl minor construction issues (the granit around the sink is separating from the rest of the counter top at the seams and the counter in the smaller bedroom has a minor crack) one is more than willing to overlook given the location and quality of the rest of the amenities. Two major components that were responsible for our satisfaction were the housekeeper, Angie and the concierge, Isaac. Isaac was extremely helpful, professional and competent. Angie was diligent, friendly and we encountered our condo immaculate every time she was there. Both can only be described as assets to your organization. The location was extraordinary and we are looking forward to booking again with Brick. Keep up the good work.

Casa Scirocco Cozy with Garden and Patio

Tulum house

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 5

“Great spot near everything, great hosts !” I stayed in Casa Scirocco with my sister, my mom and dad from february 14th to 22nd. We all fell in love with Tulum, a town where you feel relaxed, secure and happy! The turquoise sea was breathtaking. The people of Tulum were always very nice with us, including the taxi drivers, the waiters in the restaurants and our hosts. My sister and I were satisfied with the house. My parents, who have higher standards, found the living room to be a little lacking. For example, the TV and the CD player were not working, and they found the beds uncomfortable. Also, on the pictures you can see a hammock, but we found none. Overall, while not luxuriious, the house met all our basic needs and was extremely well situated in Tulum. There were tons of really good restaurants within only 10min of walk. To go to the public beach, who is about 6 km from the house, we rented bikes. It was a really relaxing ride, but again, my parents thought it was farther than expected. Alessandro, who live right next door, gave us tons of advices about where to eat, where to go swim with fish and turtles (Akumal beach), which cenote to go, etc. It was really appreciated!

“home away from home in paradise” We saw this unit when our friends stayed last November. We were excited to book it to stay 10 days in April. It is roomy, comfortable and quiet despite its amazing proximity to the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. From the moment of online booking to our last day service by Bric's staff was exceptional.

Toltec House - Luxury Penthouse near Mamitas beach

Playa del Carmen house

“Perfect in every way!” We stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been better. The place is perfectly located - close enough to everything that you can walk to things, and far enough away to keep things quiet and remote-feeling. Rooftop patio is amazing, and the art work throughout the house makes everything feel special. The hosts go out of their way to fill the place with special touches. I would stay here again for sure.

Casa Cielo 2-4 BR Oceanfront Villa

Isla Mujeres house

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 5

“A month in the sun!” Casa Cielo is an adress to keep in mind. It is clean, has all the amenities of a mnodern home, it is well managed and sits at the outskirt of the main drag; yet a short walk to town. The back of the house is a mere rock throw to the Crabbean sea but the rocky shore and treacherous undertow is a major drawback. If one is in search of the idyllic, quiet, far away, nestled among a swaying palm tree island with endless sandy beaches there are far better options in the Carabbeans or the South Pacific. Isla Mujeres is a small and rather populated island. Cost of living is comparable to other island but taxi fares are some of the lowest I have seen. We enjoyed our one month stay but being somewhat loners,we would most likely seek different skies to blend with our solitary and aventurous spirit.

Most beautiful house downtown Cozumel

Cozumel house

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

Beautiful Tulum Villa ; includes staff/chef, pool and stunning views

Tulum house

4 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms / sleeps 10

“When do I have more vacation time to go again? -- Beautiful, Authentic, Relaxing, Comfortable Private Home” I stayed at Casa Perla del Mar for a week in May 2014 with my significant other and our two friends. The moment we arrived that Sunday evening we were like kids on Christmas - ecstatic to open each door to see what the home looked like in person. The images on the site are very representative of the home (and my personal ones here just don't quite do it justice), because seeing it in person is far superior. We instantly cracked open a cold one, took a dip in the pool, and vacation time was in full effect. The home was beautifully decorated and understand everything was designed to be authentic to the region and was resourced from local artisans. It was clean, very safe and had all the amenities one would need. (FYI little bugs are all over the place so you just need to make sure to rinse your margarita glass and not leave any crumbs around). Watching the sunrise and being walking distance to the ocean was one of my favorite aspects of the home. We went for a walk every morning. Down the street is Blue Sky Restaurant, which has delicious pizzas (we too thought it was odd to have pizza in Mexico but totally worth it). Also on the same street was a local dive shop where we took a fishing charter. And yes we did catch a fish -- a 70 lb. marlin! The home is a short drive to all the other activities we wanted to do and it was very easy to get around. Italy, the caretaker woman, was incredible and it was fantastic to have one meal a day prepped for us (we supplied the groceries, selected from the menu and tipped at the end of the week). While my Spanish was rusty it was pretty easy to communicate. We felt extremely safe at the home as well as everywhere we went in Tulum. Tips: print directions in advance like they mention on their website. The directions were just fine but I'm often challenged when it comes to directions. You definitely want to rent a car. I wish there was a way around the required car insurance policy (I’d research more because maybe I missed something) but you don’t want to rely on taxis if you stay here. Brush up on your Spanish and/or download Google Translate or other similar smart phone apps to assist with communication while at the house and throughout Tulum.

Casa Rosa Two BR ! Between Akumal-Tulum now w HIGH SPEED INTERNET 20MB!

Chemuyil house

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 4

“Nice Time in Chumyil” Had a great 1 week stay at Casa Rosa. It was my first visit to Mexico and I wanted to stay in a quieter area away from Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The house was cozy, comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe and relaxed staying in this hidden neighborhood in Chan Chumuyil. I loved the cenote on the other side of the neighborhood which I could walk to in the morning and take a swim by myself; it's a beautiful setting. If you go, I highly recommend taking an Eco Tour to Sian Kaan the wildlife refuge about 20 miles south but be prepared for a bone-jarring two hour ride on the worst dirt road you've ever seen to get to Punta allen(it's not for everybody!)
