“Perfect for us.” We thoroughly enjoyed Iceland and plan to return again. The apartmentV27 was very convenient for us and met our needs. We were close to the city center and the tourist information sites. Many things we were able to walk to and for longer distances used the bus system. We rented a car also to go to sites that were longer distances away. I prefer to cook two meals a day and eat in restaurants only once a day, I think we stay healthier. The apartment was perfect for this and a little market was close by. Ketill and his wife were very helpful and gave great advice. My only criticism is that the internet was not very good, I am sure that is not the owners fault.

“Nice apartment in a good location.” Great location, only 10 minutes' walk from the BSI bus station, and 10 minute walk from the main street in the city and a 3 minute walk from the local swimming pool. The owner was very friendly, we only saw him for check in, when he very helpfully collected us from the bus terminal. The apartment comes with a few basics, such as toilet paper, aluminium foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher power & washing power (there is a washing machine and drying room). This all saves money when you are only staying for a few days. The apartment is nicely presented, except from the bathroom which is very small and looking a bit tired. The bedrooms could also do with better curtains/blinds to keep out the 24 hour daylight. The rooms are completely white, and with the 1 inch gaps down the side of the blinds, the rooms we completely light all night long (remember there is 24 hours of light in Iceland in the summer). This made it a challenge getting our kids to sleep. The apartment was nice and clean, and everything worked well. It was very warm, and with ample hot water (if a little smelly, but that is the same everywhere in Iceland!).

“Great location” The flat is right in the heart of the city, very confortable, ideal for spending a week in Iceland where you will be most of the time out, sightseeing and enjoying the country. Sveinn was very friendly and helped us to make our stay nice and enjoyable. We recommend this apartment!!!

“Amazing stay” Siggi and Nana are wonderful, they made our time in Iceland the best part of our vacation. The use of the car was so great, and Siggi's tips were very helpful. We were in Iceland for the 1st game of the UEFA and got to enjoy the Icelandic win on the big screen in downtown Reykjavik. The people are kind and friendly, we would like to visit Siggi, Nana, and beautiful Iceland again next year!

“Beautiful, perfectly designed apartment” One of the very best of many apartments we have rented in Europe. The owner Jónas was perfect in our pre-trip discussions and while we were in Reykjavík. The apartment,already of good size, was so well arranged that it seemed many times larger. Only a couple of things could have been better for us visitors: the kitchen sink was a little small and the place to put soap, shampoo, etc., in the shower was on the floor, which was a bit difficulty for an elderly guest. We are looking forward to returning.
