“Great Villa” This house was great and super fun to stay in! Close to the beach, with amazing view towards the shoreline. There were several cooks in our group and I can say the kitchen appliances and BBQ were perfect! Also, the balcony and living room area had a great breeze.

“Awesome place!” This is the third time i stay at cozy for two and as always the service and attention is excellent. As always Jean is great and we get treated like family. You don't get that at a hotel. The place was as always clean and maintained. Jean & Harry make sure that every detail is covered. The place is quiet and great to be at. “A little piece of Paradise...” From the moment we contacted Billy with all our emails, he was nothing but helpful, courteous and pleasant! We spent 1 week at the house and were so happy we chose it! It's close to all the beaches, a gas station, Panaderias (Bakery), shops and grocery store. The pool is fantastic and the views are wonderful, day or night! During our stay, the days it would get very hot, AC would've been ideal, however, seeing the layout and design of the house- so open and airy, you would understand why there's no aC. We were welcomed by Evelyn, whom answered all our questions and made herself available if any issues (which we didn't have) the house was well equipped, full kitchen, spacious, clean and modernly decorated. I will definitely recommend Rincon Vista and plan to return for another stay!

“Great relaxing weekend” This was a great rental. The service eas excellent including fast and easy communication with the owner as well as the administrator. The place is well kept and very clean. They even had the air conditioner on when we got there. That was a really nice touch! The property really has everything you would need. We equally enjoyed spending time in the dipping pool as well as doing some grilling and eating at the upstairs terrace. The beach is very close by. Overall, I really liked and would definitely go back.

“No need to look any further...this is the place to stay!” I cannot say enough about this villa experience! From beginning to end everything was exceptional! Marcos and Magda met us there to show us the villa which is immaculate, spacious and well stocked. Our favorite things to do were boogie boards, kayaks and even sea glass hunting...which was a pleasant surprise! I found a blue sea glass rock so big I am going to have a ring made out of it! The kids absolutely loved the tide pool which was steps away from the villa. The beaches are all so close and in driving distance, but our favorite was Sandy Beach which we could walk to! The color of the water there is stunning! The kids especially enjoyed having a play station to use when they needed a break from the sun. I would rate this my favorite vacation spot thus far, and we will be coming back! Thank you again Marco and Magda for the best vacation we could have hoped for!

“fabulous !!!” It was a real pleasure having been able to meet such a wonderful and professional person as Mrs. Pabon. Even though we never met in person, everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. The property was in excellent condition and well furnished. I definitely recommend renting from Ms. Pabon and hope to do so again in the future. P.S. The property is about 5 minutes from the beach on bike!

“Right on the Money” Spent a week here last year on a vacation from our home in St. Croix. My wife and I loved it. Great location right on the beautiful beach in a great local neighborhood. Fish market and bar next door and I rode the neighbors horse through the streets on Sunday afternoon. Really an amazing place.

“joe paradise house” The barrero beach house, was one of the best stays we had in Rincon . it was me and my husband and my small maltese dog. we had a great time. The waves were very soothing day and night. beautiful area, nice and relaxing, neighbors were very friendly, my husband was invited to go fishing with the fishermens next door. the house was so comfortable , it had everything but food lol. joe is the uncle we never had . We cannot wait to get back there. not only is hes pet friendly but people friendly also. we had stayed in rinco paradores before but never again. Thank you joe for our best stay in such a lovely house. see you soon : )
