“Fantastic Home, Fantastic area!!!” It was hard to leave our week at Sun and Strands and we can't wait to go back! The home is lovely, the views are fantastic, and the area has a great feel. But renting from Vida was the start of a great experience! She is the most wonderful host. She takes great pride in her beach house and sincerely wants people to have a great time and enjoy their vacation. The accommodations are as described: upscale and well put together. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to beach chairs. Everything was easy. The views (especially the sunsets) are spectacular. There is an easy walk to the main drag to grab a meal or coffee. The beach was a little further to walk to, but the funicular helps if you need it and once down there, it is one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to -- and I've been to many. The harbor is just a few minutes away and the drive to Disney wasn't bad either. We expected to have a great time, it was a vacation. But we didn't expect to fall in love with the area and visit a place to which we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Vida! We'll surely see you soon!

“Relax in Style” If relaxation is your goal--this is the place! Private spacious courtyard outside, warmly decorated, cozy comfort and all needed amenities inside. Our stay was short, but sweet! Special thanks to Paulette for the beautiful bouquet of flowers from her garden waiting in our room. It was a thoughtful birthday greeting. Thanks too, for your wonderful hospitality. “A fantastic home away from home!” We stayed at this house for a month over christmas and new years and loved it so much we have already booked a return trip. The house has everything you need for traveling with kids and is such a great location across from the beach and the coaster train station. The owners are fantastic and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay, going so far as loaning us wetsuits so that our kids could swim in the ocean. We absolutely loved our stay, have recommended it tirelessly to our friends and can't wait to stay again!

“A wonderful place to build memories” My wife and I recently stayed at the Crown Point beach house with our sons and their families. Spending this special time with our boys and the grand kids was enhanced by this beach house, which came completely equipped with more than we expected. Yvonne and Eric went above and beyond with their generousity. Would I recommend this beach house? Absolutely.

“Awsome!” The views from this condo are spectacular. It is true that you can hear the ocean from every room! We spent every night sitting on the balcony!. The only thing needed is food. Everything else was provided. Beds were very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience and we plan to return next year

“Weekend Get-away” My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The view was wonderful and the whole experience was so relaxing. This place completely fulfilled our wishes, one of them mainly to be able to sleep with the waves at night. Coming from Houston, this is unheard of...we slept with the windows and sliding door open, and we enjoyed sleeping and waking up to the waves. We enjoyed the balcony overseeing the ocean. Tim and Kathy were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating, very friendly, and available when needed. This was the perfect size for us and the perfect location. We really enjoyed OB and would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and providing an unforgettable experience for us!

“Perfect Location in Lovely Laguna Beach” Beautifully appointed accommodations in the perfect location in Laguna Beach. We walked to restaurants, shops and galleries, not to mention the gorgeous beach down the stairs a few feet from our front door. There are 3 houses on this property. We didn't have our own private outdoor area or balcony, which we would have liked, but we did become friends with the 3 couples staying in the house next to us. One of the best things about vacations is connecting with other people. And the great thing about Laguna is that you can do a lot...or nothing at all, except to enjoy the scenery and the sounds of the ocean. Booking this property, checking in and Denise's follow up were all easy, seamless and thorough. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed every minute.
