“Super Friendly” Great folks running this place. They really give the home town experience with amenities of a major hotel. This property is right next to a beautiful lake. The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. Really pleased with vacation this has turned into and relaxation is the key!

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Had All Our Meals On The Screened-In Porch” Laura made our reservations easy and it's a great and quiet location! We love the four bedrooms and each has a bath with a shower/jacuzzi tub and there's a porch right off the kitchen making it so easy to take meals on the porch and that was great. We did have to go to the store down the road to purchase another propane bottle when we went to use the grill on the porch but Laura is going to reimburse us for the purchase of another propane tank. It's a wooded setting and yet it's not that far to drive to the Branson strip and the old downtown area. We would return for another gals get-away!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Unique and beautiful...heavy on the character...” I'm a frequent visitor of the 'ette. I love the location (right off the main drag) but enjoy its solitude (wooded median...long drive way). Its sort of like a studio apartment in the woods. its close to many of the wineries, The Red Newt and Stone Cat restaurants and a gas/quick mart. When Wine tasting its easy to swing by and change clothes/use the facilities/take a nap (comfy beds) and unload your recent purchases. The owners are friendly and helpful. The grounds are spacious with a nice walking trail. For what you get for the price its really a great secret. So why share a secret? I'm not there long enough or frequent enough to keep it to myself...like a cool song, I shouldn't be singing it alone (especially if you've heard my voice).

“A heavenly little retreat in paradise” Bethany and her husband have the perfect set-up in Lake Travis. A snuggly little cabin tucked away in the middle of nowhere is the ultimate mode of relaxation. It immediately felt like home and a vacation at the same time. Not only are they passionate about finding quality beauty in everyday things, but they also have the most wonderful story of following their passions. Please go, give it a try, and unwind! :)

“OZARK MOUNTAIN FUN” My wife and I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in Eileen and Tom's luxury condo on Teble Rock Lake. We liked being close to all the activities surrounding Branson Missouri and Table Rock Lake without all the traffic and noise often found in Branson itself. In addition to Tom being extremely helpful in answering our questions the condo was all that was promised and more.

“We all love the place” This house is both casual and luxurious. The lakeside house has great beds, nice sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing open and scenic living room, a lovely garden surrounding the house and lots to do in the area. I've enjoyed walking on and exploring the area along the shore, wading out into the lake to swim, relaxing in the hammock, and cycling on the many country roads. I've stayed there several times, with and without my kids, and we all love the place.

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“Loved it!” It was perfect accommodations for our family. We loved the resort. Also being from the Bahamas we loved the theme of the resort.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. Do spare the words: This house is beautiful, with outstanding surroundings. Grade: 10 out of 10. Best Wishes for great stays. Stefan

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. 

This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. 
You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.
