“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Relaxing!” Group of friends headed out of town for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. Close by to Wildcat Mountain State Park, clean hot tub, and full kitchen for making homemade pizzas and pancakes :) Definitely consider Birch Lake Getaway if you are in need of a winter escape.

“Unique and beautiful...heavy on the character...” I'm a frequent visitor of the 'ette. I love the location (right off the main drag) but enjoy its solitude (wooded median...long drive way). Its sort of like a studio apartment in the woods. its close to many of the wineries, The Red Newt and Stone Cat restaurants and a gas/quick mart. When Wine tasting its easy to swing by and change clothes/use the facilities/take a nap (comfy beds) and unload your recent purchases. The owners are friendly and helpful. The grounds are spacious with a nice walking trail. For what you get for the price its really a great secret. So why share a secret? I'm not there long enough or frequent enough to keep it to myself...like a cool song, I shouldn't be singing it alone (especially if you've heard my voice).

“A heavenly little retreat in paradise” Bethany and her husband have the perfect set-up in Lake Travis. A snuggly little cabin tucked away in the middle of nowhere is the ultimate mode of relaxation. It immediately felt like home and a vacation at the same time. Not only are they passionate about finding quality beauty in everyday things, but they also have the most wonderful story of following their passions. Please go, give it a try, and unwind! :)

“OZARK MOUNTAIN FUN” My wife and I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in Eileen and Tom's luxury condo on Teble Rock Lake. We liked being close to all the activities surrounding Branson Missouri and Table Rock Lake without all the traffic and noise often found in Branson itself. In addition to Tom being extremely helpful in answering our questions the condo was all that was promised and more.

“We all love the place” This house is both casual and luxurious. The lakeside house has great beds, nice sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing open and scenic living room, a lovely garden surrounding the house and lots to do in the area. I've enjoyed walking on and exploring the area along the shore, wading out into the lake to swim, relaxing in the hammock, and cycling on the many country roads. I've stayed there several times, with and without my kids, and we all love the place.

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“Had All Our Meals On The Screened-In Porch” Laura made our reservations easy and it's a great and quiet location! We love the four bedrooms and each has a bath with a shower/jacuzzi tub and there's a porch right off the kitchen making it so easy to take meals on the porch and that was great. We did have to go to the store down the road to purchase another propane bottle when we went to use the grill on the porch but Laura is going to reimburse us for the purchase of another propane tank. It's a wooded setting and yet it's not that far to drive to the Branson strip and the old downtown area. We would return for another gals get-away!

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Comfortable and huge.” My wife and I recently stayed here. While we only needed a place for the two of us, we were really impressed with the spaciousness and layout of this condo. We are thinking about returning with a larger family group. The living space is very comfortable and the bedrooms are also roomy. Location is close to downtown, Port Clinton, Cedar Point, or the ferries to the islands. The view out over the country club is beautiful. We would strongly recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying in Marblehead.

“Absolutely Relaxing” This cabin is so relaxing to stay at. The sound of the river right outside puts you to sleep at night. We slept with the windows open all nite. The Pictures do not do this cabin justice. The stone walls are something to behold. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could ever use all you need is your food. The beds are comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure you know of all the local area hiking, boating and restaurants that are available in the area. We really would love to stay here again. It is off the beaten path and once you get there you never want to leave.
