“Very comfortable home” We lived in this home for 3 winter months. Very nice and well furnished. Owners and local neighbors were extremely nice and helpful. Pleasant area with shopping etc. close and convenient.

“Great Stay” Condo was well furnished and can comfortably fit 4. Went up in the winter. Heater/fireplace worked well and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Walking distance from both upper and lower village. Kay was easy to get a hold of and took care of all of our needs. Encountered no problems.

“Chris' cabin is the way to go!” I recommend Chris' cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The cabin is clean and comfortable, and comes fully stocked. I stayed two nights with three other friends, and had an excellent stay.

“Lovely Escape” Family members and I spent a long weekend at Carla's Cottages while attending a UC Santa Barbara graduation. It could not have been a lovelier place: comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing. We had lots to do, but Carla has lots of local info and in home entertainment available. I've already recommended it to a number of friends. I'd go back in a minute!

“Comfortabe and Cozy” I stayed in this 2nd floor condo ( very minimal noise from the neighbors) during January 2015. It is a great place for 1-4 people. Close to everything (15 minutes max) and had everything stocked that I needed. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, ceiling fans and HUGE refrigerator. Wi-Fi was a breeze and the cable options included almost all the premium channels. And I must mention the master shower has double heads- awesome!! I had a very positive experience and would recommend it for others unless walking up one flight of stairs is a problem. Also, very visible security and 10 mph speed limit (no booming cars or cycles). All this and your own covered parking spot. Thanks Tamara

“A gorgeous retreat and a perfect way to end our vacation.” My husband and I booked the Cozy Cottage for the last 3 days of our holiday on the West Coast. The amenities are very good - fully stocked kitchen, excellent laundry facilities, a lovely pool, loungers with cushions (beach towels provided), and a hot tub (as I'm pregnant Carla also informed me that she has a travel cot should you need!). Location wise, a car is a must - the local village about 1.5 miles away has basic shops and some lovely little restaurants. Carla was able to recommend some beautiful places to visit and more restaurants than we could possibly manage in 3 days! I would thoroughly recommend the cottage and Carla is a delightful host. Thank you for looking after us.

“Great Spring Training Location...” The house is great. We loved everything about it. We went to four different ballparks and the Nascar race at PIR, so didn't get to check out the pool. Definitely will try to stay again when we come back to aZ.

“Outstanding Home” First time using Flip Key. Needed to rent a home that was wheelchair accessible for my dad. On the day we were to arrive, my dad had to have emergency surgery and couldn't make it. I'm glad we got this home. It is only a five minute drive from the airport, yet we felt completely safe and the area is very quiet (except for the occasional horse whinny!). This home is all on one level. Very misleading exterior - looks much smaller - until you walk in and see how large and open it is. We were there for a week and I was just starting to learn where all the rooms were by the end. Rooms are great - 4 bedrooms - Crazy large master bedroom and bath suite! The master shower has 3 shower heads. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of towels. Great kitchen, huge game room with pool table, large screen TV, stereo, bar. Front loading washer and dryer. And the outside - Perfect. Large enough for any group. Nice pool and outside bathroom. Nice touch with the outside stereo system. I would love, love, love to stay in this home again. Our entire family that came (9 of us) all loved the house. Thanks to Carolyn helping with anything we needed (which was just a couple of questions). Help these folks out by renting there home - you will not be disappointed!

“2 months of being Snowbirds” We spent 2 months here and it was an amazing vacation for my wife and I. The home has everything you could possibly need and is layed out very nicely. The kitchen is large with every convenience supplied. The outside it beautiful with a balcony overlooking the lake and a yard with a pool and jacuzzi and access to the lake. The biggest decision of the day is to decide whether to lay out on the balcony or the patio, both views are so beautiful. You are just a short drive from anything you could possibly need - Costco, restaurants, highway to scottsdale or phoenix, etc. The lake is wonderful to walk around as well as the access to all other lakes in the area. It was the perfect getaway oasis from the freezing Chicago weather. Alan, the owner, was always available for any questions big or small and was always so very helpful. He also has everything explained in booklets from how to use the tv, to the pool heater, to the wifi. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation and we can't wait to return next year. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet getaway that is near to great food, and activities. It has the best of both worlds.

“Exceptional Vacation Home” We just returned from spending a week at this fabulous home. The home, views and privacy are truly amazing! As pictured, this home sits on a ridge in the middle of a beautiful desert landscape with saguaro cactus and other native plants. It is in a gated community consisting of gorgeous million dollar homes. This home was very clean and the outside well maintained. Although the house is single level, there are several steps to the front door, as well as down to the pool. Therefore, if someone has mobility issues, you may want to take that into consideration. As you can see from the pictures, the inside of the home is spacious and nicely decorated. The beds, chairs and couches are very comfortable. I am tall and thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The master shower also has dual heads and a built-in bench which were also nice. Jason was extremely easy to work with and notified us ahead of time when the landscaper and pool man were to visit for normal maintenance/cleaning. The home’s private pool is not heated, but does have a nice bench for sitting along one of the sides. If you want a heated pool, you can go down to the The Lodge at Ventana Canyon and enjoy their pool, since Jason kindly provides free guest memberships. We were there during a monsoon storm, as well as a lighting storm. We had spectacular views from the decks and patios. We enjoyed this home so much we plan to return.
