“Costa azul Jem!” Val has a nice little condo that is clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for enjoying the surf breaks in Costa azul. The brand new BBQ on the balcony was a nice addition. The aC worked great. The remodeled bathroom was very nice. The pool areas were spotless and refreshing. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were all new and worked perfectly. Val was great and easy to reach we had no issues or hassles getting situated and getting our vacation started. We can't wait to come back!! The area of Costa azul has everything you need for a perfect vacation with great beaches, waves, restaurants and bars without the ridiculousness of what downtown Cabo has become.

“A Great Time” We chose this condo mainly due to its price and location, as we are very familiar with the area. The complex is probably around 20 years or so, but well maintained and occupied with expats and snowbirds who are all extremely friendly. The shower head broke but Jorge the manager got it fixed that day, impressive. The kitchen is great for breakfast, lunch and a few dinners we had there. The Mega Mart food store is just around the corner and has a nice selection of veggies, meat, chicken and esp. fish. You can walk to San Jose, maybe 1 1/2 mile or so. All in all would stay there again and dealing with Ken was a pleasure. Only con, is that the WiFi is in the lobby next to Jorge's office for internet, but not a show stopper; shouldn't be checking email any way when in Cabo.

“If you want to return to find inner peace, serenity and restoration, this is it.” Met at the airport by Brett and Britta. Fridge full with all that we had asked for. The cottage we stayed in was immaculate and it was so good to be in the serenity and peace of this little peace of heaven. It was hard to leave the pool which is such a nice place to swim and hang out at. Looking at the sunset from the pool and the sunrise from the little verandah on our casita and always with the Mt. Lasuro in the background. The bird life and the quiet was so restoring. Love it, love it, love it.

“Great Location for Privacy and Relaxing” I had a wonderful time in San Jose staying in this home. It's close enough and far enough away from everything. The owner was very kind to let us use his car and the service supplied by the housekeeper (Leonor) exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to returning in May!

“Home away from home” This is year three with Shona we now only go to this villa every year!! The villa has been upgraded with a heated pool and it's like bath water amazing. Also the jacuzzi has been redone and is also wonderful! There it not a think that I can say wrong we had a wonderful time see you next year Cabo and Shona we will miss you oxox

“Relaxing, Convenient and Comfortable Condo” We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in San Jose. We were traveling with a 3 year old so, we prefer to have all the flexibility a condo offers. The pool was lovely and definitely added to the condos amenities. The view from the patio onto the golf course was very nice. Jocelyne was very helpful and accommodating. In the future, we would rent her car! Buses were easy to navigate but quite hot! We would definitely rent this condo again! Thank you (:

“fabulous time” Had a great time in Cabo over american Thanksgiving- the condo was beautiful, the grounds were lovely and the staff was exceptional. Our place was giant and well furnished and the pool was literally steps away. Great view, all around a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend.

“A lovely private and quiet home away from home.” We stayed at Casa Vista Oasis in April. The house and grounds are beautiful and it has a great small private pool, which is very clean. It is very well kept and there are lots of room. The view of the Set of Cortez is stunning from all floors. The kitchen is great with all our needs as there was a large group of us, this house fit our needs perfectly. There is a bathroom for each bedroom, which is hard to beat. We could walk to downtown and the market as well as the beautiful estuary. The golf course is just down the street for the golfers in your group. I would not hesitate to recommend this Casa to anyone who is visiting the town of San Jose del Cabo. A gem in Mexico.

“What a Great Place to stay!!!” We had a wonderfull time during our stay. The view every morning leaving the house down the hill was beautifull. Having access to the resort across the street was good, we had to pay $10.00 per person each day , it would be nice if that was a free pass. Acess to the highway and getting around was good. The maid service was great ,she really did a good job each day. I purchased a Fishing rod and reel duing my stay!! I like surf fishing ,so I fished in the mornings in front of the resort. I had to leave the fishing rod at the house, i could not pack it in my bag. I did bring the reel back with me. it would probably be nice it there was 1- Rod and reel there for any guest thta wanted to try there hand a fishing!!! Having someone meet us at the house was great ( Manual) It was great that he could pick up flowers for my wife and have them at the house when we arrived, big surprise for Betty.The arrangment you made for us with the Caturman and dinner was wonderfull. I think if guest new more about the San Jose area ,The new marina and new shops downtown that would be good. We did not find that untill Wed or Thursday. Overall everything was great!!! “The best of everything Mexico had to offer” My Wife and I stayed in one of the suites right off the pool, the entire wall opens up to a private deck and pool access that we just couldn't stop staring at. Definately one of those moments you see in all the vacation commercials ! As soon as we left we were looking at our next trip back. We sent so many pictures home to friends still at work... To make them jealous... Downtown San Jose is walking distance and some of the most amazing restaurants and live music we frankly weren't expecting. Cabo is a 45 minute drive to the middle of all the tourist trap stuff if you like that sort of thing, there was a shuttle to take us there from town but we elected to rent an open air Jeep for the fun of it. Don was a great Host and it's clear how much pride he takes in his home. He seems to have thought of everything. He's handy if you need anything, like where to pick up the best prices on food, the best restaurants, best dive and snorkle tours, best beaches... In short we wouldn't recommend stayin in the middle of Cabo when you have Don's place to choose from !

“Remote but beautiful” We really enjoyed our stay at El Encanto. The house was absolutely beautiful and the staff at El Encanto (Maria and alilat) were wonderful, taking care of all our needs. We had a chef prepare dinner one night (thanks, Aurora!) and it was delicious! Leftovers were great too. Pros: Beautiful House with all the trimmings Outdoor patio, pool, hot tub, and grill were fantastic Views to die for Cons: Road from Sjdc a true "country" road. . . needs repaving badly a bit distant from town (may be a pro for some) . . . 40 minutes to Chelleno beach made beach swimming a bit of a drive El Encanto beach not swimable Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, remote villa that checks all the boxes, look no further. The grounds, house, and staff met our every need. If you want to be closer to a swimming beach, shopping, and restaurants, you might consider another location.

“Beautiful villa, great location!” Great vacation with friends at Casa las Brisas. It is a beautiful villa and extremely peaceful. Beautiful pool and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our group hired someone to cook breakfast daily and someone to clean. Only issue was poor water pressure and water in our shower was always room temperature.
