“Great house” Review: Wonderful view from this house which overlooks the city and has lots of charming flower filled outdoor living spaces and elegant interior rooms. Owner and staff were very helpful .We walked down to town each day and up as well, which was very good exercise but cabs are cheap and plentiful and we took those when we bought groceries or at night. This house could easily take a family as there is a separate attached bedroom and 2 other large bedrooms.

“Oasis in the city!” The anthony Quinn studio was perfect! Clean comfortable and quiet. Lynn was incredibly helpful when I emailed and she was very understanding about my need for some peace and quiet. (I moved from another location in SMa - that was a cacophony!) The view from the roof top deck was nice and the studio, itself, has a very light airy feel. There is some beautiful tile work in the bathrooms and around the fireplace.

“Vacation in San Miguel” The house was an excellent choice, big enough for the 6 of us, 3 complete bathrooms, shared pool, beautiful and cozy decorations. It is close to the supermarket and close by car to the center of the town. The neighbors and service people are nice and friendly.

“A Great Vacation” I rented this house for a month and enjoyed every day of our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities and the three bedrooms are large and very comfortable. You are only a few blocks (easy walking distance) from Mega, a super store that has all you could wish to purchase. If you don't want to walk anywhere, there are plenty of very affordable taxis available. The house is only 1 block from a bus stop. We took the bus to the Jardin (center of town) evey day for 5 pesos, about 48 cents in us dollars. There are also several banks and restaurants across from Mega. This is a beautiful home, what you see in the pictures in exactly what you get. There is also a lovely lady who comes weekly to clean the house and do dishes and laundry. You are asked to give a weekly tip of $50 pesos which is less than $5 american dollars - well worth the price. This is a home I would gladly recommend to anyone who wished to stay in San Miguel de allende.

“San Fransisco rental” We found this weekly rental to be clean, centrally located and reasonably priced. We used it mostly for sleeping and storage as we explored this bustling, lively town most of the time. It was very central to the many sites and activities offered in the town. For what we needed it was perfect. The photos are accurate. A bonus was hot water without a long wait for it. We enjoyed the view of the lit church steeple from the small kitchen window in the evening.

“Magical Views and Perfect Location” My wife and I just spent two terrific months in alice's Palace. Alice was a gracious host and the apartment was comfortable, safe and cleaned five days per week. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the sites in the center and no hills to climb. The outside, covered patio is a great place to relax and spend time or to host get-togethers with your friends. The views from the patio and the apartment windows are spectacular. What makes alice's apartment special is that the views are available from the living spaces and you do not need to climb up onto a roof to enjoy the views. Spend some time here and the magic of San Miguel will work it's spell on you. We wanted to return to alice's Palace next april but someone beat us to it. We will be back.

“Casa de Angel - Perfect place to stay - San Miguel” We stayed in "Case de Angel" for a weekend in San Miguel de Allende. we were 7 people and it's was the perfect place to stay. - the house is amazing, clean, well equiped and really well placed - the rooftop is really nice, and you have a great view on San Miguel, you can use barbecue and jacuzzi if you like it - despite of our late arrival, someone was waiting for use in order to open the house, this was really appreciate. definetely recommand this place and sure i will return there next time Yannick

“Best vacation and vacation home I've experienced anywhere.” Best location in San Miguel. The house was a treasure and our maid Berta cooked the most fantastic meals. “Amazing!” Had a wonderful time in San Miguel with my mother and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful apartment. Very creative and comfortable with lots of sun, great views and enjoyed the attached balcony and amazing rooftop terrace. Owners Charlotte and Wolf were very friendly and extremely helpful; the caretakers were great as well. Perfect location, nice neighborhood and convenient to lots of day-to-day needs. “I just didn't want to leave!” Staying at Casa Francisco was a delightful experience. My husband and I, both retired, were visiting SMa for the first time and found the casa's location to be most convenient. Easy walk to all parts of town and never a problem finding a taxi for longer trips or for grocery shopping. Some great restaurants nearby. Inside, the ambience is lovely. It's much prettier than the pictures suggest. There's quality furnishings, from a large selection of thick towels and sheets to a newer Cuisinart blender, a large gas stove. and huge refrigerator. Beds felt new, with puffy down covers and down pillows. Everything worked properly, cookware was complete, washer and dryer were great and there's a huge selection of attractive dishes, platters, and cutlery. Bathrooms were very clean, spacious, and well lit, and all the hardware and drains worked perfectly. Gorgeous tile! Large closets with built in deep drawers for each bedroom. Great cross breezes from the open French doors in upstairs rooms. Nice office area for computing. We visited in early March and never used the fireplaces. Romantic evening lighting in the courtyard. Views from the rooftop deck were beautiful. Walt was helpful and professional, and he accommodated for our late night arrival. It was a pleasure to work with him. The house keeper worked twice a week and was prompt and thorough. There were absolutely no flaws in our stay at Casa Francisco, except having to pack up and leave!
