“Excellent little getaway” My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The cabin was beautiful and well kept. The hot tub was very clean. We could hear traffic sometimes but not enough to really be bothered. This is a wonderful place to stay near some great national parks, and right outside the lively town of Helen. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

“The perfect spot” My wife and I, and our best friends decided to take a weeks winter vacation in Flagstaff. We were looking for a good hotel when we decided to see if we could find a cabin or condo. Luckily this was one of the first we looked at, and all I can say is we are happy we picked it. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a successful vacation. We especially loved the fireplace for the cold mountain nights, and it didn't hurt that the 55 inch 3D tv was right next to it:). The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, and is the perfect launching pad to everything whether it is Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon or any of the many points of interest. Btw, Steve the owner is great and wants his quests to have a great time. Thanks Steve for the great vacation.

“A great way to experience New Orleans!” The Love Shack lives up to its name as I fell in love with the property, the hospitality, and New Orleans. I've never rented a property online but the owner put me at ease by taking the time to talk to me over the phone. I had never been to NOLA and it was my birthday. The owner made my stay very special having birthday decorations up when I arrived! The owner also made sure I knew where to go and what to do during my stay. The property was very clean with all the amenities you would expect... When I come back to New Orleans I definitely plan to stay at the love shack again.

“Perfect Trip!” We did not travel far from where we are from, but we felt like we had escaped to the most beautiful part of the middle of nowhere. Everything you forgot or might have forgotten was available, and the six of us (8 one night) slept completely comfortably. We have already inquired about returning in summers and winters to come. We were secluded, and the yard was perfect for our endless bocce ball games. Very worth it!

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Beautiful home” We had a week long stay scheduled. It was beautiful. The house was amazing and the view was perfect. We had to cut our trip short though. There are so many stairs and the stairs down to the river were way too much. I wouldnt suggest this property for anyone with health conditions, pregnancy or small children with them. It would be perfect for young couples or older groups who are in excellent shape. Jeff Hayes was amazing to deal with as was Flip Key advisors. It was such a smooth way to book a beautiful home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

“Wonderful spot in Austin!” I stayed at this rental in Hyde Park for two weeks in September. It met my expectations and more. The rental was quiet, and well kept. In fact it was spotless inside! The kitchen was basically equipped but I had the essentials for making my own meals. The neighborhood is great and I would go for walks each day in the neighborhood meeting lots of friendly Austinites! Pete is a fantastic property manager and replied very quickly to any concerns I had. This is a great place to stay that is just out of downtown yet close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Also near bus routes if you don't have a car. Loved it. I will be back!

“Southbridhe” Loved the new upgrade to the town home .. As always a quiet community and a great place to stay.. I would suggest any of my friends or family to stay there. Extremely happy with my stay.

“Great home & location.” Beautiful and private, with plenty of space. My family enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and spaciousness of rooms as well as pool & backyard.

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Peaceful” The unit we stayed in was very clean. Our unit favorite was the balcony swing. It was nice to sit on in the evenings, in the shade, and listen to the ocean sounds. We enjoyed walks in the evening at Fort Fisher. My personal highlight of the stay was seeing dolphins the first early morning of our stay. The restaurants are nearby and so is a grocery store called Food Lion. We enjoyed visiting nearby towns of Wilmington and Southpoint. You can find even more good eats and quaint local shopping there. I would have given 5 stars but we were disappointed that we couldn't see the entire beach from the balcony due to the setback of the building behind two other buildings. The ocean is directly in front of the unit but the view is obscured due to the two buildings on either side. Also, the workout center was closed due to construction the entire stay. The unit could also use an updated microwave. The owners are very easy to work with and good at communication.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. Our dogs loved the trails right outside the back door. What we enjoyed the most was the privacy and how quiet the area was. We definitely will go back! Thank you for having us... “Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters.
