“Location, Comfort, and Value all in One and with a Spectacular V” This property offered the perfect set-up for a short reunion of three sisters in there sixties and each of their hubbies. Everything we needed was available and Tim and Karen were attentive to our needs and easy to work with. This home handled the needs of six adults very well. We all slept well as the beds were comfortable. We ate well as we prepared a few meals at the home, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Both the dining room and living room were set-up to accommodate six adults comfortably. Overall a great stay and you won't believe the view right out the living room windows! The one slight inconvenience was the low water pressure, which Tim assured me he would look in to and correct. Overall a great stay!

“Cozy, 1970s-style good for groups” This house and guest house right in the heart of Uptown Sedona is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. It features a front porch with rocking chairs, a back yard with grass and hot tub, a guest cottage and arizona Room (like a porch) between the guest house and main house. It is easy to spend time here and has lovely views from all windows. Cozy kitchen and dining room are great for serving meals. We used the space for a class and it allowed us several locations to use. Note that "wi-fi" is really located on the porch and is direct-connect on the telephone line when we were there. Better to go to surf at an internet cafe down the street. But why need to do that when there is so much to do nearby.
