“Fantastic!” We recently stayed at Villa Gaya and we all loved the villa! From the moment we arrived, Marco was there to greet us and show us around and explain things to us which we all thought was great service! We also had a couple of friends staying for a couple of nights which was no problem and Marco arranged for fold out beds to be set up when they arrived. The Villa was nice and quiet and initially I was concerned about the location but it was still easy walking distance to the main part of Seminyak, close to a super market and best of all, close to a place called Sun Shoot which had fantastic cheap meals and drinks, live music some nights and the staff were lovely. Wi-fi in the villa was great and the beds were so comfortable!!. We would defiantly stay at this villa again.

“Bali bliss!!” I stayed at Villa Dewata with a group of girlfriends and simply had the most wonderful week. The location of the venue was very quiet & private yet still central to all the boutique shops & cafes. The landscape & interiors of the villa were extremely tranquil; each private rooms had plenty of space & was consistently kept very clean & tidy during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to cater for any of our needs. A great holiday!!!

“Great Villa worth every cents” the villa was superb it has all the amenities you need. When I say all the amenities I mean it ! :) Me and my 4 gf's had a blast at the villa which is located in seminyak.. no worries abt getting there Marco superb service will guide you . Staff was super friendly . Love the latest DVD and novels there.. Villa was well maintained. for future trips will not think twice abt getting the same villa. there's a nearby school there since we all ladies we feel safe alot of traffic movements there.. even the villa is really private.. around the corner theres sunset mall where you can get groceries if you feel like cooking. Seminyak central was not far also . if you love to explore alot of shops if you go by foot. THANK you Marco for your flexibility with regards to our booking ..awesome

“Excellent villa with excellent service” We really enjoyed our stay in Gaya Villa. Besides the fact that it si a charming place, with large bedrooms and a very much enjoyable pool, Marco and the staff members really cared about our well-being and were available all the time to make our stay even more pleasant. Thanks a lot Marco, we sure know where to go if we ever plan to go back to Bali!

“Best birthday I could have had” Villa ketumber was exactly as described and the photo were an excellent indication of how this villa is. Travelling with my grown family and a few of their friends there was room for everyone. Nice and close to everything we wanted. Staff were very helpful especially ajan the gardener who went above and beyond many times for us all. We loved tickis the cat even if she can be a little noisy through the night lol . Hadrien was fantastic with his quick responses to any queries we had before coming and showed great compassion for an incident we had while we stayed there. Have stayed in villas many times in Bali and this was my favourite.

“Absolutely Fabulous” Just returned from a wonderful 8 days in Bali, staying at Villa Anis with 5 friends, celebrating a 50th birthday. What a wonderful stay - the villa was everything we hoped it would be. The staff, Winnie and Mudi were exceptional - very very friendly, and they make the most amazing omelettes! “Second stay and still stunning!” This is my second stay with anna at Villa Isis and I've stayed in both the 3 bed and the 2 bed villa. Both stays have been amazing. Both villa's have a lovely relaxed feel with an outdoor focus and lots of natural light. The perfect place to unwind. The rooms are spacious and delightfully designed with air con. Several of the bathrooms have an open air section which I love. The 2 bed villa has multiple living areas so heaps of space for everyone and the 3 bed villa has one larger living area but still very spacious. The staff are amazing - always helpful, friendly and polite. The garden, pool and villa is cleaned daily. On both trips, Anna has been on hand to ensure that my trip is running smoothly at all times. Great location with a 24 hour store and aTM 1 min walk and just a 10 min walk (max) to the heart of Seminyak and the great restaurants and bars of the area. If you'd like to take a trip for a day or just a few hours, you can book Kutut through the Villa who will drive you, show you around and fill you in on the local history, culture, places and people. I really wouldn't stay anywhere but here in Seminyak!

“AMAZING VILLA! Highlight of our stay in Bali.” We were nervous booking a villa through holiday lettings as we had never booked through them before but Marco & his staff are amazing! Absolutely everything you could think of was provided in this villa- phone sim cards, toiletries- tooth brushes, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, shower cap, lotion, bug spray, snacks- fridge full of goodies & drinks. Room was cleaned daily and little snacks restocked! The villa is clean, well maintained and in a quiet street. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff including when checking out our driver didnt turn up to collect us so one of the staff jumped straight on a motorbike and had a van within 5 min for us. Nothing is more relaxing on a holiday knowing if you need anything you only have to ask. Love the smiles on all the faces of the staff they are all so happy. Marco checked in a couple of times to make sure all was going ok. The information in the villa is so helpful with great places to eat etc- Highlight was for sure the private pool the kids had an absolute blast swimming all day it was so relaxing for us we could watch from the bedroom literally 1m away. Overall we would recommend this villa great price at only a fraction dearer than a hotel to have your own private villa, gazebo, swimming pool! We will be back when we next visit Bali. “Most amazing villa I've stayed in” This villa is deceivingly huge. The photos don't do it justice whatsoever. We had a quiet stay in probably the best part of seminyak, just walk to the shops and all the restaurants. We loved being able to walk to potatoe head and the beach. The rooms are massive and it's so comfortable, can fit so many people comfortable and the rooftop is such a bonus. I'd recommend this villa to everyone, I'II surely be back. “Great 30th Birthday Party in Bali” Our house managers were both named Made. They were awesome. The chef was great and so was his assistant. ALL of the villa staff were awesome. Booking was easy, our booking manager was Joce. travel arrangements to and from the airport and everywhere else we needed to go was perfect. All breakfast options tasted great. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time. We went to bali with 24 people and we rented a few villas in The Residences Seminyak complex. We'd do it again in a heartbeat if we didn't have millions of other villas to visit! The chef and the Mades went out of their way to accommodate my friends and family who were staying in the other villas. It was more than a perfect vacation.

“Amazing Villa & staff are an absolute pleasure” Jajaliluna is a fantastic villa for either families or groups of friends. We had 9 nights at the villa and must have said at least 1/2 dozen times a day how wonderful the staff were. They all have a knack of knowing when to be at your assistance and when to quietly remain in the background. The food our Chef Gusti prepared was amazing, especially our Seafood BBQ B'day dinner... YUM Komange, Ketut and Putu are the most delightful people, always at your service with a smile. Wayang our villa manager was both professional, helpful and friendly on every occassion. Thanks everyone you made our stay amazing. The Villa itself is just gorgeous, beautiful furnishings and a very homely appeal. Would find it hard to stay anywhere else in Bali now!

“Bali Bliss & Candle Fabness!” My niece & I stayed for 10 days in September - she lives in australia and me in Malaysia so we had a lot of catching up to do. This was the perfect place! As soon as we arrived we both agreed there was almost no need to venture out. The villa is very tastefully and comfortably fitted out and spotlessly clean. Sumptuous beds, bedding, sarongs and towels. Funky seating, lamps & beanbags and T lights everywhere so the whole place twinkled beautifully for cocktail hour and dinner. The staff were really helpful and laundry done daily but out of sight - so cool to have a knowledgeable driver. The beach and its stunning sunsets are just a few metres away and kuDeTa is within walking distance on the sand. Fiona has thought of everything with menus of selected restaurants and food delivery - check out Grocer & Grind - and she can recommend the best wine delivery! Perfect vacation base in trendy Seminyak but away from the frantic hassle of the busy traffic. This villa is silent at night. Bliss. We will be back.

“The perfect place to host a photography workshop” I had a wonderful time staying at this very beautiful villa. The open plan living area was amazing and the staff provided us with fabulous meals. The media room was quite spectacular also - perfectly suitable for small conferences & exploring ideas together. Rooms were large, clean and crisp. The perfect place to retreat back to at the end of a busy day.

“Everything you could want & so much more!!!” We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bali over the Christmas/New Year period of 2011/2012. As soon as we walked into the villa we knew we had made the right choice. Casa Bali is stunning, with every little detail carefully thought out (there is even a wine fridge!) The rooms & adjoining bathrooms are so spacious & the pool & gardens are amazing. But the best thing about Casa Bali are the fantastic owners & beautiful staff. Margaretha & Nick were great, dealing with our booking & emails very quickly. Wayan, Komang & Nono went above & beyond in taking care of us all, especially with our 2 & 4 year old children. Nothing was too much trouble, from taking us shopping to booking restaurants, they were a wealth of information on where to go & what to see as well. My partner & I also got married while on our holiday & the villa was the perfect backdrop for a our special day. The staff were incredible, decorating the villa, helping plan & prepare the menu, even getting dressed in traditional Bali costumes, our wedding would not have been the same without them. The location was perfect too, just on the outskirts of Seminyak but still in walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Bali including The Living Room, Sarong, Sardine, Biku, Potato Head & my favourite La Lucciola. It was a very sad day when we had to leave but we are all looking forward to our next trip back to Villa Casa Bali.

“Villa Amaya” We arrived to Bali as a group of ten, aged 12 to, well shall we say late 20s :-). A well planned and organised holiday was interrupted by flight cancellations due to Volcanic ash and cancellation of accommodation pre-booked months in advance. I stumbled across Villa Amaya and Villa Mona by a random Google search at Melbourne airport 30 minutes prior to departure and rang the contact number provided to organise last minute accommodation. On arrival to Bali (at approximately10pm) I received a text from Nathan in response to an earlier missed call. Following a short conversation we were on our way to Villa Mona, beautiful property outside Seminyak, where we spent a night. We then moved to Villa Amaya, where we spent 5 days. The staff at Villa Amaya were kind, helpful, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Kadet and Nathan were available at any time of the day and night (Yep! demanding guests, I know, but they didn’t mind being disturbed :-) , whether the request was to sort out the WiFi issue or something more urgent. Villa Amaya property is located close to everything Seminyak has to offer including the local beach. If you chose to stay here I can assure you that you will not regret it. :-) Jelena
