“Perfect Lake House!” We had a great time staying here. House is right on the lake and completely adorable! Hot tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

“Great location with great amenities” Loved the house. Great floor plan for large families and extended family. Loved the boardwalk to the beach and the trail around the lake. The kids liked the basketball court and the play area. The office was helpful and convenient. All the stores you need are close as well as a library and an outlet mall.

“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“I love this place!” Fantastic vacation home! Great lagoon view from the pool! Close to Sanibel Island as well as shopping for gifts and groceries. Very close to the river by boat, big plus for me! Had a great time here and hope to stay over and over.

“wonderful” Beautiful house, wonderful pool area, quite and relaxing area. TK was helpful and quick in getting the hot tub fixed for us when we realized it wasn't heating up. The house had everything you needed for a great vacation and the pool was amazing. The surrounding area has many great restaurants and visiting Sanibel Island is short 30 min drive. Would definitely recommend!

“What an awesome space to be together with family!” There was plenty of room and space for everyone and everything! -- A wrap around porch, two LARGE dining areas, plenty of counter space in the kitchen with a large island as well (with stools for more seating), a finished basement with a family room and toys including a large "play" area. Just check out all the included amenities! Being grandma and grandpa we stayed in the "Jester" and had our own apartment. We also loved that it was a short drive (one hour from Chicago) and the short walk to the beach. Loved the area and plan to visit the Sun King again. Once you get there...you will never want to leave.

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“This area was easy to get around but the Trolley was a fun way to visit FMB areas . . .” Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 6th floor unit had a view of the intercoastal waterway (from 1 bedroom) as well as the beach view from the master bedroom & our screened corner balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware; the appliances worked well and were clean. They loved their bedroom with the extra long full size beds. The building is right on the beach for easy access with 2 grandchildren. Easy walk to the Bowditch Point Park and Times Square. We really enjoyed the Ostego Bay Foundation Marine Science Center. Highly recommended.

“Stop Looking! An Amazing Experience!” I am writing a review regarding our stay last week at Kingston Plantation. In the past we have stayed at his previous 2 bedroom facility at Kingston Plantation and loved everything about the property and the condition it is in. Every attention to detail has been attended to from the condition of the carpet to the comfortable beds. It is always clean and bug free. This has always been a concern of my wife’s and she can rest at ease at either of these Kingston properties. That being said about the previous property….we LOVED thi jaw dropping new site . The three bedroom facility allowed us to entertain friends and family in a luxurious and comfortable environment due to the expanded square footage. Our visitor’s children loved the on site water park and we enjoyed the easy beach access (right around the corner). The deck is enormous and overlooks a beautiful lake. My wife and I enjoy eating out, golf and good shopping. All these opportunities were just a stone’s throw away. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that would like to enjoy the beach, relaxation and a peaceful retreat. It fit that bill to a Tee!

“Old Palm exceeded our expectations.” This property was a beautiful, peaceful, secluded gem with a screened deck that was a great place to relax and enjoy the family and the views of the islands and the water. It was fun to see the peacocks strutting around. The house was clean and within walking distance of a lovely produce market which had great food. Bill gave great recommendations of where to go in town. If we come back to the area, this is where we'll stay.

“Great place” This is a fantastic house. Comfortable and quiet. Great location. Beautiful beach. Close to everything in town but without the noisy crowds of other oceanside villages. You are guaranteed a great time here.

“Super vacation” All of us really enjoyed this wonderful house. Everything you need was there. We would go back anytime. The home manager was very frinedly and helpful. We had no problems, everything was fine. The relaxing pool was the best at all. The house is unrestricted recommendable

“Best location to stay!” Perfect spot for a lake house!! Great house, great dock, and great views! Plenty of space for 10 of us to sleep. We all fit comfortable in the basement, in the living room, in the kitchen, on the deck, and around the firepit! So many great memories were made.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Wonderful apartment” Me and my family spent a week in apartment #310 and had a magnificent time. The apartment is fully equipt with everything you possibly could want for your vacation. Nice locaion. Beautiful view from the balcony. The information from the owners is very good. We really want to return some day!!!
