“Great rental...NEARLY perfect.” My group of friends and I have a tradition to go to a beach house each summer. Finding something that has ample sleeping spaces, proximity to the beach, all within our price range can be a challenge. We were excited to find Forever Sunshine. We rented both the upper and lower units and were, overall very happy! Pros: - Location: you really can't beat the location. Maybe 25 steps to the beach. The beach that it's connected to also seems a bit further down from the super commercialized area, so it didn't feel overrun, even on Memorial Day. - Customer Service: We were also impressed by the customer service. They even brought us fresh cookies on the first day! We also had an incident with some locals who inflicted some damage on the property and they were very understanding and even let us know what was happening. - Space: Both units offered MORE than enough space for me and my friends. We only pulled out 2/4 couches each day and had room to spare. Cons: - Provided amenities: Hand soap, dishsoap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent were not provided. Paper goods, trash bags, and grilling stuff were provided, but minimal (or maybe they were leftover by the last folks staying?). This is all outlined in the rental agreement but I think it would be great if they had an option to add to your rental amount and have these things provided for you, since it seems like a waste to buy all of that for shorter stays. - House Design/Decor: One complaint was you can't get upstairs from the inside. I see how this is convenient when the units are rented separately but for us it was just a bit of a bother to always go outside to go upstairs/downstairs. We also couldn't get the TV upstairs to work--granted we didn't try very hard, ask about it, and didn't miss it but just a minor annoyance. Finally, the Tiki Hut outside seemed just a bit precarious, probably could have done with some screw tightening on the seats. The decor is also a bit cheesy, and one painting even depicted the Trail of Tears. Although the painting may have been appropriate for a gallery setting or educational purposes, in the context of the beach house with no educational component I found it rather exploitative, inappropriate, and offensive. Overall though my friends and I had a great time! Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!

“Perfect house for a carefree visit.” The management company went out of their way to be responsive, not only with refilling the gas for the grill as soon as I called, but they even mailed back a dental retainer left behind by one of the children. The house was perfectly cleaned and set up. Everything we could possibly need was available. I love the large bedroom downstairs with the ping pong and video games as it allows all the children to be together and there is aback door going to the outside with an outside shower. This helped keep the sand out and the inside showers were used much less.

“Tremendous Experience, Excellent House” This house was amazing. We had 21 family members and at no time did we feel like we were on top of one another. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house is directly on the beach and the views were breathtaking. I enjoyed relaxing and watching the dolphins and beach goers through the huge windows looking at the Ocean. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooks. We take an ocean vacation every other year or so and hands down this was the most spectacular house that we have stayed in. I loved that I didn’t have to lug anything to put my feet in the sand. The rental company was easy to work with and very quick to respond if we needed anything. The beds were made and the house was spotless. I highly recommend would this house, especially for to any family or group who were looking to take a great relaxing beach vacation!

“great family reunion House” What a great place. Even with several families staying we didn't feel crowded at all. The three level house was big enough so that everyone could their privacy levels that allows everyone their privacy and still gather for huge meals and celebrations in the large kitchen family area. The beach was just a short walk away. I enjoyed the pool and spent wuite a bit of time in it or lounging around it. The outside decks are multiple levels and provide both Sun and Shade areas to lounge. We especially loved the billiards table and multiple TVs everywhere you looked. The Kitchen is very large and was very well stocked with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had baths. House was clean and beds were made. We would highly recommend staying here.

“Great House to Rent” If you are looking for a house for a large group(we had 15), this was a fantastic house. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment, enough dishes, silverware, etc and had great serveware. We had our wedding on the beach right behind the house and held a mini reception on the back bottom deck for about 20 people. It was perfect, we even used some of the serveware and decorations for the wedding itself. The views in the morning were amazing to wake up to with all the windows in the living room. My only complaint is that the grill was disgusting and it did not work. It would have been nice to grill out, but I got over it. Sandbridge was a great company to work with. We arrived to a gift bag with some helpful information to make our stay great.

“Paradise” We were in heaven! This property is secluded and beyond peaceful. The house looks out on a small harbor and quiet beach with rare birds. The sunsets are extraordinary and we enjoyed many nights lounging on the porch, drinking wine, nibbling cheese or grilling (freshly caught!) fish and watching the sky turn colors before it got dark (and then we were faced with brilliant stars--we're New Yorkers so we don't get night skies like this!) The house is spacious, yet very cozy. The master bedroom has an amazing (huge!) shower and jacuzzi. The living room has big comfy couches, throw pillows and a working fireplace. One night we roasted marshmallows and played cards. A perfect stay-in evening. I feel I should also say--this house is stocked! The kitchen comes with everything you could want if you're a foodie (we grilled, made mixed drinks, made sushi one night, baked muffins, everything.) There is great cable including HBO and a video library, as well as games for kids if you should need. We loved to bike some days to a nearby beach (Madaket, about 15 minutes away) where there was a little more action than our private one (a taco restaurant called The Westender and spot with bigger surf where we went to boogie board.) The house has beach balls, paddle ball, and buckets for building sand castles. The bikes provided by owners are in great shape and there were also helmets available. Additionally, we loved that there were ocean kayaks, though we didn't have a chance to use them. Mostly, I think we all appreciated that we could completely unwind in this peaceful spot, read, sleep in, enjoy the beauty of the island, etc., but also get into town quickly if we wanted to go out for dinner or get drinks. Getting to Cisco is also a pretty quick trip--and we went twice to the brewery to get a drink after the beach and listen to live music. Overall, this was one of my best vacations in recent memory. You must try this part of the island and

“Wonderful Vacation Stay!” I was a bit nervous to go online and book a vacation home, worrying it would not be as pictured or described but I was extremely happy with the beach house and the wonderful service from Belloise Realty! We had an amazing family vacation and the house was so nice and clean and was just as pictured on the site. We will defiantly use Belloise again in the future as well as request this specif house when visiting Clearwater again!

“A "Must" Place to Visit!” This new cottage is absolutely wonderful. It is very open and at the same time so cozy in a beautiful country atmosphere. The inside decor was unique and beautiful with a big flat screen TV over the mantel and wonderful kitchen. My husband, grandson (17), and son-in-law caught beautiful, huge bass in the lake behind the house, but released them all. If you ever get the opportunity and want a beautiful relaxing experience, this is a "must" place to visit! Jim and Paula archer were wonderful hosts and very helpful in every way.
