“Wow!!! What a fantastic cabin” Aunt bugs was great, wow!! What a cabin was fantastic. The location was close to everything,Dollywood,water park,ski lodge,pigeon forge and Gatlinberg, the arts and crafts area was very close. The cabin was very clean and well decorated.Very private.The mountain view was fantastic. Great sunsets from the hot tub.We had a great time playing pool and air hockey,we didn't want to go home. We will be back to stay at wow!! Soon.

“Quiet” Quiet area. Wish it was closer to the Mountain as not interested in the "Vegas Strip" of Pigeon Forge. Employees should know cabins (visit) so they can recommend location and amenities. However, cabin was very clean and area was quiet and peaceful.

“adorable cabin but needs to be cleaned better” We loved the cabin and all the cute bear decor all over. We were in a truly secluded place up in the mountain fifteen minutes on a winding road. However the cabin needs a deep cleaning. We are not smokers and the ashtrays were full of cigarettes and stunk on the beautiful outdoor porches. Also there were items left from previous renters. We found flip flops and tweezers. Plus under the beds were empty water bottles.

“Tennessee Cabin” It was a very straight forward rental, we checked the website saw a few that we were interested in and called the office. After speaking with the agent and telling her our preferences she suggested one that would best fit our needs and we completed the arraignments. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we will look forward to returning.

“Cabin great - Customer Service not so much!” We arrived on Saturday at 6:15. Our information was in a lockbox. When we got to the cabin we could not get in. Had neighbors come over to show us and they could not get the door open either. After 20 minutes called number given for maintenance and the woman was extremely rude and nasty. Finally found out we were given the wrong code. Hot tubs needed water, phoned three separate times just asking for a hose so we could fill it - never received one. Cabin itself was spacious, clean and beautiful. Pictures are deceiving on outside as cabins are all very close together and trees block the view from the decks. Other than that, beautiful!

“Just what I needed” The cabin was great. The driveway to the cabin was very steep and rough. The bed creaked very badly. Hot tub only ran for 10mins at a time. The T.V.s need upgraded. We still enjoyed our stay despite the small discomforts. We will check out your cabins in the near future.

“Cabin review” We booked this cabin as a last minute, quick anniversary getaway and it was wonderful. The cabin was secluded enough to have privacy but was close enough to restaurants and shopping. The cabin was well furnished with comfortable furniture and a great selection of movies. There were plenty of linens and towels provided as well. The back deck was screened in with a nice sitting area and hot tub. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. This was a wonderful cabin to rent.

“What peace and quiet with beautiful view” Want a get away to relax and have a glass of wine while sitting in a hot tub? Well this cabin provides everything from the well decorated and clean interior to the outstanding decks with views. We loved the peace and quiet. This cabin has been decorated perfectly and was so clean. The owner could not be nicer. The view from the second floor balcony was perfect to watch the sun set. Breakfast out on the main deck was also great along with the opportunity to grill some steaks out doors. Great place and I would highly reoommend it.
