“We had a wonderful experience and appreciated having a spotless,” Two big thumbs up for a memorable, unique vacation! We had the best time seeing a lot of sights and experiencing the various area attractions. The Blue Ridge Mountains wrapped in early morning fog were almost ethereal in their beauty, and staying in such a lovely, homey cabin was truly a joy. The cabin was welcoming and cozy in every way -- clean, very well kept, and so comfortable. The scenery was breathtaking from the rocking chairs on the wraparound deck. Although we did not use the hot tub, it was available for us to enjoy. Our entire stay there was a delight, a welcome and warm haven after the harsh Wisconsin winter. “Escape” This rental was all and everything that the crowd could want, everything from a lg size grill to ample wine glasses, above excellent HOT TUB. We had a pool table and unlimited PAcMAN. The Beds were so comfortable. There was no need to have to pack the house it was already there. Bring clothes toothbrush and food and your set. Our only problem was not long enough. We have rented cabins every year at this time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and I can say I have never felt as though the company and owner were at the reach of a phone call after checking in like this time. I have already told work friends and hoping to get another trip together soon at same cabin, just need a few more days this time.

“Clean and comfortable” Great cabin and very comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and prompt in their replies. The cabin itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Was disappointed the fireplace was completely cosmetic and had no actual flame. Though the location was fantastic, I was not too thrilled with where the cabin was. I was unaware it was located in what felt like an HOA. All the cabins were on top of each other and it felt more like a neighborhood home. The trip was great though and we appreciate the kindness shown by the owners.

“The Total Package” This cabin had everything and more! So pleased that it lived up to the photos and previous reviews! The owners thought of everything when it comes to outfitting the cabin from hangers in the closets to smore forks for the fire pit. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Just what we needed. The view on the back porch was perfect. The location is far enough out to be quiet but close enough to run into town for dinner plus. We utilized most everything in the cabin. We cooked on the grill, used the hot tub, made smores at the pit, played games, played pool, and cooked meals in the kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Laundry was also completed before we left. I'm so glad I canceled another reservation to book this cabin. With 3 bedrooms and each having their own bath made a huge difference in our trip. We could all shower at the same time and still had plenty of hot water. Reservation process was simple and easy. Nice people to deal with and answered all my questions quickly. Our kids (son 17 and daughter 24) have asked to come back to The Smoky's and stay in this same cabin. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made priceless memories!

“Great accommodations in great location” Bears Den was a great place for our three generations! The cabin provided for all our needs and was conveniently located for daily treks to the area's attractions. We especially enjoyed a superb view of the nightly Dollywood fireworks. We hope to return!
