“Perfect location, beautiful apartment with terrace” We were met by Estrella who explained everything about the apartment, as well as some advice on the local area. The apartment was in an ideal central location in the old town but away from the the very busy tourist area and was very quiet. We walked everywhere in Sevilla- the Cathedral & Real alcazar are a 10 minute walk and there are numerous restaurants, tapas bars, a supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. The apartment has a huge, private terrace upstairs with superb vews of the city, this is the best place to have meals as there is no dining table in the apartment, and also great for drying washing. There is air conditioning, a washing machine and dishwasher. I would stay here again without hesitation.

“Love the location” If you're ok with about a 10 minute walk to see the main attractions, then the location can't be beat. It's far enough away that you feel like you're actually living there as opposed to being a visitor (and we were only there for 3 days). Ask about places to eat -- they have some great recommendations. The room itself was exactly what we needed. It provided a comfortable place to sleep and an opportunity to heat up items whenever necessary. The ability to open up the door to the street was nice for the mornings. The only thing that kept me from rating it as Excellent was the noise you could hear all night from being on such a heavily used (small) street. You could hear the street cleaner and garbage trucks at the wee hours of the night/morning. I'm a light sleeper so it could just be me. Overall great place to stay!

“Comfortable, clean and close!” Our trip to Sevilla was greatly enhanced by our stay in J Manuel's apartment which is clean and comfortable. It would be difficult to find a better location. The apartment had most of the amenities we were looking for which included a/C, TV, Internet and washer. The kitchen has everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. When it was time to venture out for dinner or sightseeing all we had to do was step outside our apartment and the adventure began. If you are looking for a delightful experience in Sevilla, this is the place to stay.

“perfect!!” We stayed at this fantastic Seville apartment in June 2013 for 4 days and could not have been happier. Everything that you could possibly need for a self contained stay has been thoughtfully provided. The apartment is secure and very well located being just a few steps from the old city streets. Jose (the owner) is very knowledgable and easy to contact. He was even happy to come and get the cable TV working for us! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to any traveller, however small children or the elderly would probably struggle with the stairs as the apartment is on 3 levels. Thank you Jose!

“Perfectly awesome apartment!” This is a gem and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Tucked away on a quiet sidestreet but so close to everything. Brand new interior, squeeky clean, everything one needs in the kitchen. Wonderful roof top terrace. Comfortable beds. Everything was perfect!!

About Seville
The ancient city of Seville lies on the Guadalquivir River and is believed to be one of the most important historical destination points in all of Europe. - Stroll the Barrio Santa Cruz: Explore this ancient neighborhood beside the Alcazar. This is also a wonderful place to find authentic Spanish restaurants and bars to enjoy after the sun goes down.
