“Stay Here!” If you stay here, you'll fall in love. The views, the water, the apartment itself, they're all beautiful. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. When I first walked in, I'll be honest, it felt like a museum. Then, I sat down on the red arm chair in the center of the living room, and I realized that it was a really, really comfy museum (where you can touch everything)! Everything's designed to make you feel at home. When it was time to leave, I had to be pulled out of the apartment. I had gotten used to cooking in the kitchen looking out at the ocean, sitting outside on the balcony having a deep conversation, and to having the beach just an elevator ride away. The idea of leaving became impossible to grasp. Essentially, it was amazing, and for a little under a month, it was home. I'll be back! (Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but honestly, it's worth the price.)

“Very Satisfied with the whole rental process and loved the apart” Renting the apartment was very easy and emails were always answered promptly. Virginia met us at the apartment on our arrival and was very nice and informative. The apartment was just like the pictures, no surprises! It was very clean and had more than enough room for our family of 4. We also liked the location - between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The beaches at Hollywood were less crowded and just as beautiful. The 2 pool areas were really nice too!

“Wonderful sister vacation!” Upon arrival we were met by Natalia as pre arranged, she was very kind and accommodating! She located luggage cart and help us in with our luggage the condo was just as pictured with what meets the eye! Could use a fresh coat of paint on wall and baseboards but other than that very clean and efficient! Condo represents sleeps 4 so was expecting enough beach chairs for that amount and towels & washrags however only two chairs, three bath towel and 3 wash cloths for bathing and 4 adittiinsl beach towels. Natalia was more than considerate and brough is an additional chair and extra bath towels! She also made a trip to help us figure out tv which was in Spanish and we coul not figure it out. She was always ready to help and very kind! We enjoyed the condo very much and would recommend it to anyone and I would return myself. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Natalia! God Bless

“Great location for great price” This was the second time that I rented a place via Lee and again he did not disappoint me! The studio is at an awesome location, close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. You can walk everywhere! The studio has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. You don't event need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas. It was for me really a home away from home. The studio is perfect for couples or when you are alone like I was. Lee's assistant Alex was great as well. A very friendly guy who provided everything I needed. As mentioned in the description there is renovation going on. During my stay the front of the building was being renovated but it did not bother me at all. When I was in the studio there was no noise or anything. I did see some construction workers around the building but they were working when I was at the beach! The studio was being offered with a discount which made it a great deal considering the location and the quality of the studio. If you don't want to stay in this studio because of the renovation, I am sure Lee has other very nice places to offer. I would highly recommend to rent this or another apartment via Lee.

“Great Condo Experience” We stayed at Leonard's condo from January 15-February 28 2014. We had the opportunity to meet him and his wife anna while we stayed there. They are great people and very concerned about your comfort and your satisfaction. This condo is a great condo, very quiet and fully equipped. He is very approachable and accommodating. We will definitely return to this condo in the future.

“Magnifico!” If you're a family or a group of friends, this is the place for you. I stayed there last May, and boy did I enjoy my holiday at "Casa Del Mare". Very spacious, super clean, 3 great sized bedrooms, a large kitchen,which is fully equipped, and a living room area with TV(cable). One full bathroom and another with shower only. Patio and spacious back yard, great for barbequeing and eating al fresco. 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach, which is absolutely breathtaking. Nice boardwalk where you can take a nice long walk, or if you like cycling, there's that too. Restaurants, shops, golf course nearby. I wish i was still there.

“Awesome View” We were met by Robert upon our late arrival. It's a suffifucient space for 2-3 adults. As described in the listing "Ocean view from every room and few steps to beach" . Beautiful/sunny weather and it rained only one day during our one week stay. Bed is comfortable and pillows and sheets are clean and nice too. It has air condition and, ceiling fan each in the living room and bedroom too. Internet works great! A parking is provided just downstairs at the entrance to the building. We walked on the boardwalk everyday. We loved shopping at the Sawgrass Factory Outlet! Many grocery stories are 5 min drive. Would stay at this place again. Thank you!

“Great Place to Celebrate 30th Birthday!” Stayed here from September 18th- 21st to celebrate my 30th birthday with close friends and family and had the time of my life. Lee responded to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion. Eduardo was very hospitable and made us feel comfortable once we arrived to the condo. The condo was a great size for 3- ladies, with (2) sofa beds in the living room and (1) bedroom which gave us enough space and privacy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. You can see the beach from the balcony- which was wonderful! Although the balcony is small,3- people could stand and 2-people could sit and have drinks, people watch, as well as dance to music heard from downstairs :) The condo was in the perfect vicinity of the Ocean Dr. strip. Being on top of Margaritaville was convenient to go downstairs for drinks and appetizers. Some of the best clubs restaurants, clothing as well as grocery stores, are within walking distance or a 5-10 minute cab ride away, no need to rent a car. The only issues were that; their were dirty dishes in the cabinet and thankfully we brought our own paper plates, plastic cups and silverware. I also think the bathroom could use some renovation. The window did not close all the way and I think the bathtub could use a shower curtain that was cleaner, had some design to it and better quality. Otherwise I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a place that is within great proximity of the ocean, with a beautiful view, ready to party and take advantage of the nightlife, don't mind loud music (from Margaritaville) and ready to have a good time.

“Wonderful Wedding Weekend at Otro Mundo” The Otro Mundo Villa was wonderful! The ocean view of Key Biscayne was stunning. Our family celebrated my son's marriage that was held on Key Biscyane at the Rusty Pelican and the location of the Villa was so close to the wedding site that it made getting to the wedding a breeze. All of our extended family enjoyed staying together in the large and plush accomodations. The pool was a favorite place to cool down after the festivities. My favorite spot in the morning was to grab a cup of coffee and escape to the table and chairs by the ocean and just take in the beautiful view of the bay. The master bedroom had a great view from the second floor. Having 5 1/2 bathrooms definitely helped when everyone was getting ready for the wedding. I would reccommend the villa to anyone looking for a large well appointed house with wonderful ocean views.
