“Condo in Estes Park” We found the split level condo to be very charming and comfortable. Very clean and great decor for a mountain get away. Lovely setting on outskirt of Estes Park but convenient to all area amenities. Wildlife viewing was great fun.

“Welcoming Large Vacation Home” We really enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for extended family. Great kitchen, and dining area. There are two family rooms. Our youngest grandchild loved the Bunkbeds downstairs. No pool, but we were able to rent a pontoon boat at Eagles Nest Lake and really enjoyed that.

“relaxing” It was like home away from home. We had a garage to put the car in. Was relaxing to sit by the Big Thompson and was the humming birds and fish. The house came with everything, we just needed food and our clothes. :) Made from a great trip

“Just Perfect!” Just returned from an excellent experience in this homey and beautifully decorated condo -- right on the river in Edwards. It served as a home away from home to our daughter's grandparents as they enjoyed a "family home" atmosphere during our visit. Every amenity was available in this modern and spacious 2 bedroom condo. I can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again - communication with the owners is timely and genuine.

“A Magical Getaway with a Grandiose View!” My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last year. In each room we were pleasantly surprised by the charm, creativity, and perfect amenities to be found. We enjoyed watching the snow fall from the kitchen window after cooking dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. We snuggled on the cozy couch in the entertainment room to watch Netflix movies. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub and heated towel racks. The temperature was perfect having full control of thermostat and plenty of blankets to choose from. The cottage is conveniently located to groceries stores, entertainment, the BEAUTIFUL Evergreen Lake, walking trails, and a short drive to Denver. The surrounding views were breathtaking. We would see elk and deer just walking through yards, a picturesque stream running through a nearby field, and most amazing of all is the view of what we believed to be the Rocky Mountains from the window. The entire cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We even were able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer that is tucked away in one of the bathrooms. The owners are so thoughtful, even leaving a note and chocolate to welcome us! This was the perfect place to stay, and felt like a dream. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if our wanderings led us to the area again. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to a friend!

“Rocky Mt Cabin” The house was in great shape and very easy to find. Great views and privacy. All of the major attractions like Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cripple Creek, and Colorado Springs were an easy drive. There was plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants close to the house. No need to buy a week's worth groceries in one trip.

“Great Vacation with the loveliest views” We stayed at Trout creek ranch and fromn the moment we got there was a very nice experience. We loved tha fact that there is a nice view from every room you are in. We used the different decks around the house, grilled in their outdoor grill and sat in one of their decks having wine while we enjoyed the warmth of an outdoor chimney. thanks for a great vacation.

“Fantastic Christmas week at a beautiful Breckenridge home” We spent Christmas week in Breckenridge at the Bradley's rental house and has a wonderful stay. The group consisted of our family of four (two children, 7 and 9), my wife's parents, and my wifes' sister's family (one child age 11). The house accomodated us easily, yet was intimate at the same time. The house is close to the mountain (10 minutes with easy daily parking near the base lift), yet was tucked away adjacent to beautiful trout stream. The kids loved feeding the trout, staying in the great bunk beds and the nearby hill, which provided good sledding (as I'm writing this, my son said: "oh, I loved that vacation, can we go back). The house could not have been more comfortable, the owners provided every amenity possible and the setting was simply beautiful (I especially enjoyed falling asleep under the starts in master bedroom). The house was very clean and nicely decorated. To top it off, the owner strung Christmas lights outside for our arrival and proivded a chistmas tree! We will be back!

“Just Bring Yourself!” This place has it all. Just move in and enjoy! Of course the sights surrounding it are totally awesome. But, when you are back at the house after a long day of hiking, skiing, shopping or whatever, you'll relax in style. The kitchen would put many to shame with all its utensils and equipment. No lack of entertainment either. There's a large screen TV up stairs and a theater style unit downstairs that is larger then life. The main bedroom has an awesome view of a Rocky Mountain sunrise and the living room windows let you quickly know your are living in the mountains. The neighborhood is really quite and off the beaten path. The place was super clean when we arrived and we were provided with all the instructions necessary to operate and enjoy all the amenities. We ate a lot of meals at the house, but we also went out to the many restaurants around town. Our vacations was centered around cross country skiing. If you are into back country, you will find no better. If you like a groomed trail, you will have to drive an hour South to Eldora. But, we found locally that you can drive Trail Ridge Road up to the barricades where they close it for the winter and you can ski the road towards the continental divide. It is not a groomed trail, but it gives you a more uniform ski surface then back country. If you are considering a place in the mountains, anytime of year, I would highly recommended this place. We'll be back!

“Amazing stay at the Heart of Denver” The location of the apartment I stayed in was perfect! I was able to walk to multiple restaurants, bars and lounges. There were parks within walking distance, also Coors Field was just a few blocks away. The apartment itself was very nice. It was full of modern furniture and art. The building had a pool and fitness room, which was so convenient. I stayed for a total of three weeks and by the end of that time it felt like home.
