“Wonderfull month long vacation” We were resident of unit 402 at La Brisa for the whole mont of march 2014. It is ideally located for tranquility,yet just a block off of 5th ave. A very short walk to the beach and whe you don't fell like the beach,the rooftop pool is just out of this world. We used it often just to refresh just before going to bed. The 4 th floor apt always had a breeze coming in. The facilities were very well,we cooked every day,but when you don't feel like it,,there are tons of restaurant within a few blocks.

“Perfect for our family vacation” I can't emphasize enough how amazing our stay at the Elements was (Unit 214). We're a young couple with 3 kids (6,4,1.5) so it was important to find a place that balanced our "grown up" tastes while being kid friendly. We hit the jackpot at the Elements! First, both the owner and the management company were first class- responsive, accommodating, and with the goal of making our stay as pleasant as possible. At Bric, I'm specifically referring to Stephanie and Nikki- thanks to you both! The unit- clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked (we chose the grocery option upon arrival and so glad we did). A nice surprise is they provide toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) and the daily maid service was also a nice-to-have in a condo setting- she made our beds, did our dishes and laundry every day! The floor to ceiling windows in the unit allowed us to enjoy the views and of course we spent quite a bit of lounging time on the large outdoor patio. The pool- incredible. If you have young kids, this is as good as it gets. There are enough areas in the pool that are ~6 inches deep so your little toddlers can safely play in the water without having to go to a separate kiddie pool. The beach- very nice. I don't know what all the fuss is about- yes there are some locals who post up nearby but it doesn't take away from your experience. We did not smell the sulphur others have talked about and if you want more action, the beach club next door has it and we enjoyed a couple meals there while our kids danced to their techno music! Location- sure it's a little north of the main town area but we walked into town every day, and when I say we, I'm referring to my 6 and 4 year olds too (our 1.5 year old was in a stroller). So if they can handle it, well, enough said. Besides, whenever you need a taxi, they're readily available right out front. Thank you again to Bric and the owner of #214- if you're lucky enough to stay here, I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did!

“Magic Paradise a8 is the best location in Playa!!!” This apartment is second to none!!! Great location, one block up from Kool Beach and Mamitas. Rooftop has a lot of space for a large party...able to get a lot of sun up there and BBQ, drink, listen to music, etc...

“Beautiful condo, convenient location.” Spent a week in this lovely unit. We had a view of Cozumel from our balcony, saw toucans and hummingbirds while sipping coffee there. The unit felt spacious and upscale while still having a relaxed vibe. Location was awesome, close to the beach clubs and easy walking distance to the restaurants on Fifth. The pool in the courtyard seems more for decor than for swimming but the beach is very close. The complex was very quiet during our stay in January.

“paradise in playa del carmen” great location and management company.We have stayed with Bric several times and website and service far exceed what is on the internet.There is concierge service and even security guards help with luggage.Two blocks to the Mega and a fantastic Italian deli right across the street.it is a 10 minute walk to 5th where all the amazing restaurants and shopping and 15 minutes to the beach!So much more reasonable than a hotel and amazing kitchen facilities.The maid was incredible and really sweet!We travel all over the world and couldn't recommend this enough!

“Location, safe, amazing pool and great staff” Gorgeous property, perfect for families, couples and even Seniors Very well appointed, definitely turn key!! Take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and stock up on groceries and beverages. What a great help Bric - Susana !!! The condo was perfect for us. Easy short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Love the option of eating in or dining out. Bric office within walking distant or phone call away. Great suggestions for activities, dining and night life. Everyone is so nice!!! We will be back !!!

“The condo was nice and any problems were resolved during our sta” The condo was in very nice condition. The hot water heater was not working properly but after a couple of attempts to fix it got better. Tv chanels were slim and the wifi had problems at first but were fixed and reliable but no signal in the master bedroom. All these were small issues and all handled as well as possible. I travel to Playa del Carmen once a year for work and will try to stay here again.

“Great value for excellent property” We stayed in the Meridian 107 last November. The Bric property manager was very helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and so convenient to the beach and to 5th avenue. It was far enough that it was very quiet though. The only complaint I had, was that the cell phone did not work in the apartment and you needed to walk down the street to use it. It wasn't a big deal because we didn't need it and we also had our own phone. The wifi worked good however. We would definitely stay again.

“Beautiful pool and beach away from the crowds” Four teacher friends rented this unit for February break, based on a retired colleague's recommendation (she was here with her husband in November, 2012). It proved to be a great base to explore Playa del Carmen and the surrounding area and more than met our needs. We rented through Bric rentals, and this seems to be the way to go, as you get additional services you might not get when renting from an individual owner. These included maid service on weekdays, a cell phone to contact the manager Damian 24/7, etc. They also arranged for a grocery package to be in the unit when we arrived. All the units in this complex are two bedroom, and the only problematic aspect was that two of us had to share a king bed. It would be nice if the kings could convert to two beds when being used for renters that don't want to share a bed. But the two that shared said the bed was so big, it was like sleeping in your own bed. The unit was nicely furnished and had large closets, nice bathrooms, a washer/dryer (great help!), ironing board/iron (which leaked), and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. The view from our balcony was of the pool and the beach beyond. The rooftop terrace was a little less spectacular than it could be -- just two loungers, a hot tub with a cover that wouldn't stay on when it was windy, and a broken down grill (there was a new Weber grill on the balcony, we would have preferred a gas grill). I think some of the furniture on the main floor's balcony was meant to be on the rooftop terrace but had been moved downstairs. It was easy to get to Fifth ave., however the two blocks up to it are in a state of construction and without lighting at night. It was safe to walk though. We also took cabs home some nights. If you want to walk the full length of 5th ave. bring your walking shoes, it is hike to get to the end, but we liked being away from the noise yet still accessible to the action. Elements made a great home away from home!

“Perfect” We stayed at the penthouse in summer 2013 (2-adults / 2-teenagers). The staff and service was excellent. The penthouse itself has a great design and is furnished nicely. Walking distance to the main tourist avenue (we would walk there and at times take a cab back). Since nothing is perfect, here you go: Due to the "fishing boats" anchored near the designated beach area, and depending how the wind is blowing, the water would sometimes smell like fuel/oil from their outboard motors. We would simply go to the beach area on the other side of the boats. That being said, you will not be disappointed vacationing at this place. We look forward in staying there again.

“Great vacation experience” We attended a wedding in Playa and The Elements was the chosen place to stay. The families of both sides had a great time, with the ability to visit each other's condo, and rest at the same time. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs, and the apartment was impeccable. In addition, the grounds were well maintained and the access to the beach was great. All in all, The Elements is a great vacation experience!

“Nice Experience” The condo itself was wonderful. Someone was parked in the penthouse's parking space the entire four days. Management told us to park in another person's space; this caused us a very unfortunate encounter with an unpleasant resident, who was also our neighbor. This provided a strange dynamic during our entire stay. However, security was very helpful and kind. Could not login to wifi.
