“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. The villa with their 8 people staff is huge, comfortable and the pool is the biggest and best i have ever seen in a privat villa. “A gratifying, relaxing,enjoyable vacation.” What a great vacation spot! It exelled our expectations,gorgeous well kept grounds, very clean, modern comfy accomodations. Loved being so close to the ocean, plus the soft sand beach, which would take you either way to oceanside restaurants, they were all good. So relaxing with beautiful sunsets, falling asleep to the ocean waves.It was all there! Raoul and Laurie were very graciously helpfull when we needed anything, including letting us know when the venders were at the gate should we want any fruit, veggies or fresh baked bread and tortillas. The knowledge of being secure in this gated villa was an absolute plus for me. It doesn't get much better than this. A little taste of heaven. Highly recommend it. We will be back!!

“My new favorite place” I was skeptical when I first saw it and google mapped it. However, I went with it anyway and I'M so glad I did. My wife and I went for a week and it was so great to snorkel in peace, relax in peace and go into town and visit the real mexico when we wanted to. We did many different things off the property that were close and amazing. Horseback riding, site seeing and swimming in some Ceynotes. (I'll let you look that one up) The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and I've been there twice now. I drove from Cancun the first time - which wasnt bad. Nice to see Mexico on the drive down. On my 2nd visit, I chartered a small 6 passenger plane because my time was so limited - that worked out really well also. I'm not much of a swimmer, but a few minutes on the beach I had the snorkeling figured out and I could have done it all day, everyday. The coral makes the shoreline so fun to snorkel in and around. I would recommend this place to couples and families with children. I've been there with both and we had an amazing time with and without our kids.

“Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana.
