“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“love love loved!!” This was a beautiful and comfortable stay!! The name suits it very well! Not only do you wake to the waves, but to fall asleep to them is even better!! I loved the simple walk to the beach and the convenience of the pool!! I must admit, being able to watch my husband and kids play on the beach while i watched from the bedroom balcony was by far my favorite!! Love love loved it!! Thanks cheryl!! “Pet friendly beach view condo” The location is amazing -from a bar b que pit to the beach right at the door step!! Kitchen is fully stocked from non-stick pans to bake ware. All you need is food! “Owner Cares like no others” During the years I've Rented Condo's adjacent to this one, and was a bit surprised that I was emailed to directly contact owner for anything, as other times I would contact an Office that cares for a hand full of rentals in the area and not available after hours. as I walked in I took Pics of a dented Refrigerator door, missing foot pedal to trash can and other minor wear and tear feeling unsecured of what I was getting into. Turns out Temp Ac Control went out making home feel warm for a few hours, I gave time to see if it kicked back in, then called Mattye feeling a bit uncomfortable, but she was apologetic and easy to talk to and assured it will be dealt with the next day and I could tell she was a dedicated to service to her Guest. This is hard to find, a dedicated owner to your Vacation needs, as thoughtful as leaving coupons and attraction Brochures in a basket for us guest and going beyond like including her Netflix for our kids to enjoy, and leaving me a gift for what she thought was an inconvenience, even thought I was not to worried about AC Control anymore after it kicked in. For owners like these to move from Austin to Corpus, and throwing extras shows the thoughtfulness they have for their guest and you should not worry about them doing you wrong. Thx. Mattye and Husband I hope we cleaned up well after ourselves. lol

“Nice but crowded.” The view is awesome. Right on the water. Beach very clean. We actually rode our bikes to dinner. Room was nice but a bit crowded even for 2 people. Bedroom needed air freshener. Bring your own pillows. Everything you need is there. My wife and I plan to use again.
