“Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back

“Great view!” This condo had everything you need! Nicely stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful meaning we came home with clean laundry! The beach was a jump and skip away which was great and it wasn't overly crowded. A nice heated pool. Overall we had a very nice stay!

“Comfortable Oceanfront Condo Right on the Beach” This is the perfect location for relaxing—and only an hour from Orlando and 15-20 minutes to Cocoa Beach. The beach is right outside your door and less crowded (and cheaper) than Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the condo and resting on the private balcony. Amazing view to watch the ocean. Lots of bird watching and shells galore on the beach, too. Patrick Air Force Base is nearby and the Air Force Thunderbirds flew over several times one day while practicing for their upcoming shows. However, the condo is so well sound proofed that I think we would have missed that if we hadn’t been outside. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are all very close for stocking up on supplies. The condo has boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for the kids. The pool was spotless and the perfect temperature for refreshing after a hot day in the Florida sun. The washer and dryer were an extra benefit and they are located in a separate utility room inside the unit so you don’t have the noise of running washer/dryer near your bedroom when you’re trying to sleep. We enjoyed dining out at Jack Baker’s Lobster Shanty, Neptune Bar & Grill, Bizzarro Pizza & Pasta, and Ichabod’s Bar & Grille. Be sure to treat yourself to ice cream at the Surfin’ Turtle in Satellite Beach. They have a place for kids to play and hang out, including big checkerboards and a selection of board games as well as great information on sea turtles. Even though we booked on rather short notice, Drew made the rental experience easy and responded quickly by email. We totally enjoyed our week and hope to make it back in the future. When we do, I'll definitely be contacting Drew to stay in this unit again.

“Family vacation” Our stay at Chateau by the Sea in condo 101 could not have been better. The location of the condo made it easy to get in and out. It was in a perfect location to get out and walk to the pier where we could enjoy live music, dining, fishing and shopping. The beach was mere steps away. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed...except food and personal items, of course. We hope to return soon. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away as our own. “Gives paradise a true meaning!” This unit is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Lots of stores close by and the view is just gorgeous. This condo has just about everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The master room bed was so comfy! The beach was great, not crowded like the others I have been to. We enjoyed the pool as well... I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to rent this for a vacation. Perfect 5 stars!

“Great Place!” We stayed at Paradise Beach Club unit 215 February 8 to February 15, 2014. The hotel itself was very nice. It is located directly on the atlantic Ocean which was very convenient. There was an elevator that we used a few times, but unit 215 was at the very end of the hallway, not very close to the elevator, so it was quicker just to walk up and down the flight of stairs located right next to the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on floor 2 which was useful. The washer cost $1 for a 45 minute cycle. The dryer was 25 cents for 20 minutes of drying time. There wasn't any laundry detergent in the laundry room and the machines only took quarters, so be prepared! There was a Publix grocery store directly across the street which was also convenient. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. What I wish I would have known before going was that the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom are on floor 2. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are on floor 3. The master bedroom had a great ocean view! (The living room also has a great ocean view, and a relaxing balcony with comfortable patio furniture). The other bedroom has a "view" of the parking lot. It also has a door that leads outside to the third floor hallway. I would not have felt safe leaving a child by themselves in a room with an outside door, but since we only used the master bedroom it wasn't an issue. Another negative was that both bedrooms were missing slats from their blinds. The master bedroom faces east and the sun really woke you up in the morning! Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach which is about a 15 minute drive south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. I would definitely recommend this unit!

“Beautiful Ocean View and Relaxing Vacation” Had a very relaxing vacation at this unit. Check-in and Check-out was a snap and the unit was very clean and nice. Wonderful view of the Ocean. 3 adults and 2 young adults fit very comfortably in the unit. The Ocean is but a few feet away. Across the street a strip center with a grocery store (Publix), Dunkin Donuts and other stores made getting supplies very easy. Not much nightlife that close to the unit but it is right on A1A and if you want nighttime entertainment it is just a few miles away. Wonderful place for a family getaway.

“Much needed beach get-away!” We had an awesome time, staying in this unit. loved having the sliding glass doors in both the front room and master bedroom. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. A nice walk to both Cocoa Beach pier and the Jetty. Perfect time of year to have quiet time both at the beach and the pool. The grocery store was a quick five minute drive with plenty of wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes. We highly recommend both Fishlips (seafood) and El Tucan (Mexican). Shopping was close as well -- both Walmart and Merritt Mall. Our favorite part of the vacation was taking long evening walks on the beach, followed by a late swim before the pool closed. Just what the doctor prescribed!!!!! and one added bonus -- the unit comes with a washer and dryer -- first vacation where we came home with clean clothes! and one final note -- the "beach" closet had everything you would need to spend a day on the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, etc!

“Want to stay FOREVER!!! Paradise Beach Club Unit 218” I absolutely LOVED my stay in Satellite beach:) The location was great, the unit was clean, and the VIEW WAS GORGEOUS!!! Cannot wait to return!!!

“Modern Condo With An Awesome View” Choosing a rental condo is a personal decision with many variables to take in consideration. I know what is important to my wife and myself. I spent countless hours researching condo rentals that hopefully would meet our needs. Cape Winds Unit 508 has everything we were looking for. I was looking for a condo with a nice balcony and a killer ocean view that would provide a sun starved northerner sunshine throughout the day. Ideally in a newer updated clean condo. Affordability and convenience was important too. 508 came through on all points. Drew's pictures of the view don't do the condo justice. As soon as you first step foot inside the condo and look outside you will be immediately awestruck. The view is truly impressive and breathtaking. My wife and I spent almost every waking hour on the balcony taking in the view. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, blankets, extra pillows, beach chairs, and beach toys for children. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. There wasn't one thing missing that required me to go out and purchase. The balcony is very spacious and furnished with tables, chairs and a chaise lounge. We visited in what is a relatively busy time of year. You would never have known it though because Cape Winds was very quiet. We rarely heard or saw our neighbors. At times there would be guests using the pool and hot tub, but it was never swamped. Most nights we enjoyed a night cap in the hot tub by ourselves. Parking was abundant in both the covered structure or outside near the condo. To be fair, I do have one nit pick that I need share. 508 would really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. In absolutely no way was this a distraction or did it interfere with the quality of our stay. It was just noticable and I am trying to be impartial. If we should ever return to this area, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Why would I? Cape Winds 508 was everything I had hoped for, and then some.

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“right on the beach great view and close to the heated pool. excellent location.” Had everythng we needed - plenty of towels, washcloths. Needs more dish towels (only two). The cons: not too clean, garbage was left in the pantry - we disposed of it - three bags full of empty plastic bottles - and another full of regular garbage. Counters were sticky from previous renters. In all, other than not being clean.

“Wonderful!” Everything was exactly as Drew described except the view was even more beautiful than his pictures showed. The condo was stocked with every single thing a family could need. It even had several beach toys including three body boards. The condo is just two condos up from the pier, which has restaurants, bars, arcade and a souvenir store. Perfect location!! Also Drew was very good at communicating and responded to our questions immediately.

“It was so beautiful and peaceful.” It was very spacious & accomadating. We are a family of six & it was everything we needed.The condo was very clean and nice. Beautiful view and beds were all comfortable and the shower is very large and has good water pressure. Great place for activities too. Such as the swimming pool,basketball & tennis court.Also some grassy area for play too.We would love to stay again. We highly recommend the condo.Also Jaclyn the owner was very nice & helpful when we was booking the condo. She's very nice & easy to talk too. The kitchen had everything for cooking such as dishes & small appliances. Very large coo stove and refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is close to a lot of shops & dinning as well. Seems central located to everything.It truly was amazing for me & my family.....

“Great place to stay for a beach vacation!” This is a beautifully updated and renovated condo, directly on an unspoiled and uncrowded beach. The price is very reasonable for a week on the ocean and the accommodations are just what you want - large and spacey, nice comfortable beds and furniture and a full kitchen. You can watch the sunrise and sunset directly from your balcony and in 1 minute you'll be on the beach. Many condos in the area are on the beach, but you have to walk quite a way from the building to the beach. Not this one! The owners were easy to contact and I made a reservation within minutes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“This place had it all, great location and all you could ask for in a spacious unit.” This was a wonderful place to stay, one of the best ever! It was clean, nicely maintained, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. There was beach chairs, toys, floats, unbrellas too! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed items. When I had a question Drew responded immediately and addressed it.The location was perfect- steps to the beach and the Pier. It also had a nice clean pool too. I will definately be back!

“Wow! What a spectacular 4th of July stay on Cocoa Beach” We stayed in unit 108 Chateau by the Sea and it was all the comfort of home! The condo was beautifully decorated and amazingly CLEAN! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and extra's! We brought our chocolate lab and although cocoa beach does not allow dogs - we were minutes away from Lori Wilson dog park and Dog Beach - Canova Beach. Our patio was steps away from the pool. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and easy to reach if needed. We plan on staying with them again. Thanks, Steve, for an amazing summer that will last a million memories!

“Highly Recommend” This condo is everything you would want. Breathtaking views. Clean and updated kitchen. And just steps to the beach. Being on the corner is a big plus, as it has a wraparound patio and is directly over the pool. This is the second unit I've rented from Drew, and he was very professional and responds almost instantly. We will definitely be back again next year.

“The unit was lovely and nicely updated.” . It was perfect having the two queen beds in the guest room. Loved that the complex was so close to the beach and had very convenient access to the pool. We found the unit very clean. I would have preferred a washer/dryer in the unit, but the laundry facility was across the hall and very convenient.

“Really nice place to stay.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The unit is comfortable, has a very nice view, and is certainly convenient for Louie (our dog). Having two king-sized beds is a definite plus. Grocery shopping and fast food are nearby. Being just a few miles south of Cape Canaveral, Friday evening we enjoyed a Delta IV launch, which we'd never seen live before. It's a very pretty area. A wonderful stay and we'll be back next year.
