“Immaculate” I had a wonderful stay at the condo in the key. Robin was easy to work with and always responsive. The condo was very clean and well stocked. If you are looking for a place where you can lay back and relax this is a nice condo. I loved that it's in a gated area.

“get away” My experience was kinda shaky at first , I was given the wrong gate code to get in complex, plus there were a couple of wristbands for pool entry missing and a blind that was messed up,but was able to be fixed in about 15 minutes. Our reservations were never given to property managers at office as well, but as soon as Jennifer responded she was able to take care of that. I have been to 2 other units there and this unit is the most modern by far and is very clean,and a great spot in the complex.

“What a great week we had” We recently had a family reunion at this beach house. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room. The house was a wonderful place and we really enjoyed morning coffee around the island in the kitchen and s'mores in the evening on the back deck around the fire pit. Several times we grabbed a glass of wine and walked to the beach to watch the sunset and even saw a few dolphins. The area seemed to have a lot of events happening nearby, sand sculptures on the beach, shopping at a restored fishing village with several unique shops, bands on the sands and fireworks. The oversized wrap around deck added extra room to what already felt like a spacious house. The house is beautiful and we look forward to vacationing there again.

“Excellent Holiday Getaway!” My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in October 2013 and it was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful birds to see right at your door step. This luxury condo is very close to downtown which was good for night life and great food. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Also the owner Sabina was very welcoming which made us feel as if we were right at home!

“It's the best beach in Florida!” If you want to stay at a plush yet reasonably priced condo on the water, Vistas on the Gulf is the place for you! “Wonderful family beach vacation condo” The condominium is a great place to stay. All the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. “Waterside at Coquina Key has it all!” Waterside at Coquina Key is a a well kept up gated community that offers all the amenities a wonderful vacation requires. Marlean's condo provides a nicely updated unit that allows you to enjoy the waterside condos in comfort and provides all the extra's you need to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of a watersdie property. The kitchen had all you needed and more and was nicely updated and contained all you need to cook in or prepare a quick breakfast and take off for the pool or to work-out. The only small downside is not to have a wash and dryer available in the unit. Although one is available 24/7 as the clubhouse and you can use your debit card to work them. the beds were comfortable, and the living area had ample seating available. Thank your for shring your condo, it was wonderful.

“Perfect location” The location of this stay is just amazing for the price. It's not directly on the beach but it practically feels like it is because there it is less than one minute to get to the beach without crossing any major road. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for just 2 people. Doesn't have a stove or oven so you have to resort to fruits or microwave food but it's not a big deal as there are tons of restaurants nearby. Only issue we really had was that you could hear either the neighbors next door or the above us running around and banging but it wasn't for too long and wasn't too bad. We had ignored it pretty quickly if that helps. For longer stays, be sure to get toilet paper and possibly soap. Also there is no way to wash clothes so pack a lot if this is your only stay. I don't believe there was an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going in, but honestly we could have just missed where it was. Overall, really nice place, can't beat the price for the location.

“Comfort and Convenience” We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.
