“Short vacation” Still on our short vacation. So far everything is perfect! Susan has been very helpful with any questions and has been there anytime we had needed her. Hot tub is great! Place is super clean and efficient.

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!

“Loved it” Quiet but close to what ever you want. The beach is just across the road, one restaurant within walking distance, the main road to mainland is 1.2 miles away, but everything you need is on Gulf Blvd. The house and yard were well maintained. Inside was excellent shape with open floor plan that gave a sense of a large space. The kitchen was open and had about everything you would need including basic supplies like coffee, sugar, some spices, etc. We had arrived 1/2 hr early and cleaning lady was there so we went across the bridge to Johns Pass about a 1/4 mi and had a drink and came back as she was leaving to get a new microwave as it had broken when she checked it. There is a large back yard and private sitting area. The hot tub is in backyard along with a grill. The bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. The bath room was roomy with a " sunken tub" that consisted of one step down for a seat and another step to the bottom for about 6-8 inches of water. However the shower was more that adequate. A really nice, comfortable place to stay for a few days.

“get away” My experience was kinda shaky at first , I was given the wrong gate code to get in complex, plus there were a couple of wristbands for pool entry missing and a blind that was messed up,but was able to be fixed in about 15 minutes. Our reservations were never given to property managers at office as well, but as soon as Jennifer responded she was able to take care of that. I have been to 2 other units there and this unit is the most modern by far and is very clean,and a great spot in the complex.

“It's the best beach in Florida!” If you want to stay at a plush yet reasonably priced condo on the water, Vistas on the Gulf is the place for you! Very clean facility with pool, hot tub, exercise room and oh what a view! The staff is great too. We've stayed one week and most recently last fall two weeks...I didn't want to go home...this was it!

“Perfect Vacation Home!” This is the perfect vacation rental!! Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Close to beaches, entertainment and dining. The owner has all the bases covered and goes the extra mile to help with anything you need. I highly recommend this property for your vaction and am already planning our 2015 stay! “Exceptional” We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

“Wonderful family beach vacation condo” The condominium is a great place to stay. All the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. There is an picturesque view of the beach on the balcony and a large pool to enjoy. The location of the condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Carol (the owner) is always very helpful and accessible if you have any questions about your stay. We have found a new place to stay on our summer vacation and can't wait to visit again next year!

“Majestic Views” Our family loved our visit to Anna Maria. The house is gorgeous and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool and eating outside. We hope to return in the near future.

“A wonderful place to be!” Our rental was right on the pool/beach. It was perfect! Gorgeous pool and the beach - beautiful, private - everything you could want. The cottages were spacious, clean and kitschy. They had everything you needed. You could tell good people stayed there as everything was well kept and stocked. The owner, Liz, was lovely and even though we had no pets, every pup there was well behaved and everyone was respectful of the rules. The people staying at the other cottages were wonderful and had stayed there before. Obviously Liz knows what she’s doing . My parents also stayed with us and both of them loved the place. The beds were very comfortable which doesn’t always happen in rentals. Hoping to see you next year! Cheers!

“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Best weekend to the end of the summer” The hideawy cottage was perfect for what we needed peacefully, quite and dog friendly that what was the best part! The staff was great and professional and helpful. This was a perfect getaway for my birhtday celebration. I am turly coming back to take another mini vacation it was all the comfronts of home. I would like to thank the staff at Blue Wave Condo Suites for a wonderfully experience and this will be my new vacation spot when I travel back to Clearwater Beach.

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach” My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and stayed in Sharif and Sabine's condo 202 Reef Club 1000 Gulf BLVD. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was incredible. They asked us to do a quick run through of the unit and if there was anything dirty or needed repair to call immediately. We called on a toilet issue and over the phone we repaired it within minutes. They also had beach chairs umbrella and toys to play with so we did not need to bring anything with us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I have business in Tampa and usually stay at a hotel. if this unit is open, it was less expensive and had tons more room.
