Our family of 12 can assure you Sand Dollar Estate far exceeds what any mere image can relay. Somehow, Sand Dollar manages to both tantalize & soothe all six senses simultaneously. The ever-so-charming & humble Caretaker, Bob, will greet you at the airport and escort you along the winding roads. Upon arrival you instinctively know you made the finest choice possible. The warm tropical breezes & relaxed grandeur of the home & all its inviting, spacious rooms & gathering areas escalate excitement. If you choose to hire Monica, the talented & friendly cook, the aroma of a tasty, readied meal will tempt you to eat before you even explore! We felt like royalty waking up or coming back from an outing able to just sit & enjoy each other's company over a fantastic, healthy, full-course, feast. No need to stress out over menu planning, shopping, cooking or cleaning- Monica does it all! If somehow you don't feel spoiled yet just wander down to your own private, soft sandy beach-a branch of Megens Bay. (One of the Top 10 Beaches in the world!) We snorkeled, fished, played water sports & more. We utilized the generously supplied kayaks & paddle boards to explore or venture over to the public portion of the beach. Bob went above-and-beyond what must be his duties by escorting us wherever we wanted to go to more fully enjoy all St. Thomas had to offer. He found a van with a safe driver for our catamaran excursion to St. John. He answered our numerous questions, drove us to our Flyboarding adventure & to find bate, fishing spears, beer, etc. We've rented villas in Hawaii/Turks & Caicos, etc. but Sand Dollar provided our favorite venue with memorable service. Bob & Monica added that feel-good, cared-for, welcome feeling only people can add to an experience while andrea kept the home fresh & clean. All 12 of us enjoyed our best vacation ever! Can't wait to return!

“Beautiful well-equipped home, very relaxing, lots of privacy, st” My husband and I rented Blue Skies for a week's stay with our two college-aged sons during their Spring Break. We were looking for a family bonding week, and this definitely fit the bill! Blue Skies Magen's Bay offered an exotic, gorgeous setting that made their jaws drop! Not your ordinary "been there/done that" vacation. This location makes memories. At Blue Skies, both sons had their own quarters, which they loved. They slept in to their hearts' content while we sipped coffee on the covered porch and watched the iguanas sunning. Everyone enjoyed time reading, laughing, playing cards and trying to navigate around St. Thomas. The grocery service was great, the 2 helpers on the island and Shawna, the homeowner, are extremely helpful. We did get a few more groceries one day, even. We did one outing to Magen's Bay Beach -- just lovely. And another day on St John, snorkeling at Trunk Bay and driving around. Ate dinner out 3 times, quite the adventure. The home is incredibly well-furnished. All the beach/picnic supplies you could want, kitchen utensils galore, good knives, blenders, coffeemakers -- people generously left olive oil, cooking spray, spices, condiments and more. A positive vibe where people had taken care of the place and respected its beauty. The deck has plenty of shade and plenty of sun, the pool is just right for cooling off. The view will leave you breathless! I would recommend this property to friends and family. It was clean and matched the photos and description perfectly.

“TreeTops has it all” We are from Minnesota and make a warm weather getaway every winter. We have been to a number of different places but this was our first time to the USVI. Both the destination generally and our stay with June and Steve exceeded our expectations. June called shortly after our arrival and gave us directions that were easy to follow. She was there to greet us on arrival (along with her dogs Buddy, Fred and Ginger) and walked us through the property so we knew beforehand where everything was located. While walking around, she also went through a running list of things to do and see on the island as well as nearby St. John. The best place to get groceries if we wanted to dine in, the best places nearby to go out for dinner, the best places to go to get away from "the tourists" and mingle with the local islanders, and on and on. Way too much to digest at one time. Fortunately, she and Steve were around most of the week so we could ask a second and third and fourth time when we couldn't remember. They were quite accomodating when it came to providing the "extras" like a cooler, snorkel gear and beach chairs so we didn't have to rent when we got to the beach; and we loved the "furry extras" when Buddy, Fred and Ginger periodically came up to visit during our stay. All in all, the convenient location, the wonderful view, the warm breeze making its way up the hill, the comfortable accomodations, and especially the attention we received from June and Steve made this an exceptionally wonderful break from the Minnesota winter!

“The perfect getaway” My family and I stayed to celebrate our cousins recent arrival of a new baby girl- there were 6 of us total and Casa azure was just lovely. There was the jacuzzi on the amazing deck with breathtaking views that the little cousins just loved to play in- we Bbq'ed every night and listened to tree frogs and felt the breeze and looked at tons of stars! The huge pool downstairs provided some fun for the after hours party with the grown ups and the studio downstairs was perfect for the little ones to sleep and not be disturbed by the rest of us! The kitchen was great and the living room provided amazing views of the islands while we sipped coffee every morning. My husband and I ran around the point every morning and then we all would walk to the Ritz-Carlton for some beach time. We loved our stay and our whole family had an amazing time. Bonnie was so helpful with night life activities and family friendly things to do, we even paid to have our groceries taken care of so we didn't need to waste time in a grocery store!
