“Paradise” We stayed at MoodLight Kai condo the first week of april 2014. It was a magical experience being in Cayman Island for the first time. The condo is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful beach view right from the living room couch. There was no excessive noise or biting insects, the beach is very close and if you are feeling too lazy to go anywhere you can just lounge on the beach in front of the condo or soak in the jacuzzi. We had an excellent time and would definitely go back for another family vacation.

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Wonderfully relaxing” My husband, 1 1/2 yr old, and myself vacationed here as a babymoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a lot of space for a 2 bdrm condo and we loved being able to have meals there instead of always eating out. I have no complaints at all! Kathy was always very responsive and extremely flexible. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Fantastic Kam Sands Condo!!!” We have stayed at Kamaole Sands a number of times now, and this is the best unit that we have found. The condo if very nicely upgraded, it has been very well maintained, and Joe and Gee have taken great care to make sure that it is fully stocked with all that you might need. “Perfect place to get away from it all.” Cozy, comfortable, & clean cabin. Plenty of things to do without leaving the cabin, or within a short drive (pool). If you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is a perfect place. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pond or pool much. But the hot tub & pool table got plenty of use! The kids loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

“Comfortable, convenient and well stocked McCann's Maui Vista” McCann's Maui Vista is a home away from home! It has everything you need to prepare meals, go to the beach and relax in style. The unit is well decorated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were nice, the towels were fluffy and smelled clean. The kitchen had pots, pans, baking sheets, knives cutting boards juice jugs. You may think "big deal" but we have stayed in places where there have been a lack of these things and barring packing this stuff or buying it, it is nice to not have to worry! The multiple pool access is nice. We have small children so if there were an abundance of non children people at the closest pool, we just moved on to the next one. There were also times, more often than not, where we were the only ones at the pool. This may be because the non children people went somewhere else! Maui Vista is within a few minutes walk to the beach or shops and restaurants if one is so inclined. I would return to McCann's unit and I have recommended it to friends. It was a great experience!

“Just Perfect!” Just returned from an excellent experience in this homey and beautifully decorated condo -- right on the river in Edwards. It served as a home away from home to our daughter's grandparents as they enjoyed a "family home" atmosphere during our visit. Every amenity was available in this modern and spacious 2 bedroom condo. I can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again - communication with the owners is timely and genuine.

“In the Top 3!” We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years. In that time, we have stayed in many different condos and Ohanas(private cottages). This unit was definitely in our top 3. The location was perfect! We could easily walk out our door to grocery stores & post office or restaurants. The unit was a little more spacious than most. They have upgraded the kitchen & bathroom, doing an excellent job on the nice big shower. Being located on the ground floor, with a spacious lanai, & near the BBQs, offered us the opportunity to host a couple of gatherings for 10-12 people. The unit is pretty well stocked with almost anything you"ll need. We loved the king size bed and and the matching furnishings. Having a safe for our valuables was an added & well appreciated bonus.The grounds are well kept, with an excellent swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area. The beach is only a block away. The owners are very responsive to any problem that we had. There were only 2 negatives that we found but which we managed to work around. The w/d are not in the unit. Luckily, they are located right outside the door and there was a change machine at the pool, which helped immensely. The laundry so close, made it less of an inconvenience than we thought it would be & we were there for 6 wks, so we did do laundry. The most negative thing is that this complex bills itself as a nonsmoking complex but has no bylaws to enforce No Smoking on residents who choose to smoke on their lanais. All guests seem to follow the rules and restricted their smoking to the designated Smoking Areas. Unfortunately, the owner/neighbor next to us, even after implored by both the owners and ourselves to please not smoke because it drifted directly into our unit, persisted in doing so and was not reasonable when approached. Luckily, this will not deter us from returning to this unit. We had a mostly wonderful stay and sincerely look forward to more stays in the near future and for years to come.

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Great Condo on Beach for Vacation Rental” Condo is even nicer than photos. A very spacious and relaxing 3 bedroom condo on Dover beach. End unit so master bedroom and patio has a wrap around view - a bonus. However, could be a little noisy with music on Friday nights from beach bar next door as at public beach entrance however, music only heard outside from patio, not when inside condo. Condo was very clean through out and the Condo building was very well maintained and secure. All staff encountered, including anita were warm and very helpful. Great location, just off the St. Lawrence Gap and lots of nearby restaurants and the like (ideally you would need to rent a car). Would recommend 100%

“Comfort and space in a fantastic location” This was my first visit to this part of California and my first renting in the us over the internet. I spent some time researching, so I had a good idea of what to expect. However the service I got from VR from making the initial reservation to my arrival and the actual facilities, equipment and location of the condo itself far exceeding my expectations. I'd normally spend a few days stocking up with all those things you have in your home but are never there in a vacation rental - I didn't have to buy anything but groceries and replace what we'd used. Absolutely everything you need for a family vacation can be found somewhere in the condo. Moonlight Beach is a stunning location and having direct beach access is a real luxury and the views are stunning. I have so many great memories from surfing with dolphins & pelicans to seeing my first "red tide" and the sunsets from the balcony are just fabulous. On a practical note, it's very quiet and private but only a short stroll from all of the faclilities available in Main Street, Encinitas. I'm going back just as soon as I can!

“A lovely apartment in a magical harbour” This apartment is situated in an ideal spot for exploring the Marigot bay waterfront, it's small but enchanting beach and the interesting restaurants within a very short water taxi ride. The accommodation is of a very high standard with efficient air conditioning, and has lovely views from the small but adequate balcony. There are stairs to access the apartment - these were not a problem to us, but perhaps could be to a disabled person. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at the 'baguette shop' just below the apartment. The Wednesday night 'knees up' at Chateau Mygo was quite special, again only a few yards from the apartment. Doolittles restaurant across the bay was enjoyable for morning coffee and also evening meals. Our lasting memory was the day we chartered a small private yacht which took us from the quayside down the coast to Soufriere and other delightful places. All in all, a magical experience.

“Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Beautiful!” Well, the foto's on the site didn't lie (as they sometimes tend to do..), the view is truly magnificent, the garden is a sea of flowers (bougainvillea in all possible colors), and the hammock is really there! I've been to Curacao a few times before, but this is by far the best apartment I've rented. This place breathes exclusivity and holiday feel, but still on walking distance to a cluster of great beach restaurants and even a small supermarket. As far as I am concerned the right combination. Inside everything is stylish, balanced and overcomplete. Next stay will be here!

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down.
