“Amazing view and location, new property...bonus” We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.

“See you next year!” We hx a wonderful time. Our condo had every convienence, was adorabke decorated and clean. We enjoyed the large pool. We'll be back!

“Great for price.” There are stairs so if you have family that are limited be sure to ask for something on a lower level.

“Perfect for us!” Beautiful home with ample space. Everything you needed was in the house. It had great views from the deck. Short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. I will definitely rent again.

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Excellent Place to stay close to beach” Nice amenities and location. Close walking distance to beach and away from all the traffic of Galveston.

“#30 is the place!” Stayed in #30 which is upstairs. Loved the Beach view. The big blue house directly in front of the balcony didn't actually detract from the view at all. This unit has an overhang above the roof, so our balcony was shaded. Big plus when it was time to each lunch on the balcony! Master had a queen size bed up with one side up against a wall and double with access on both sides of the bed so my wife and I slept separately, but it definitely worked. Queen mattress was too soft for me anyway. I'm pretty picky, but this made my list as a potential repeat property.

“Loved it!!” I absolutely loved the condo!! The view was amazing! The only thing that sucked was not actually being able to enjoy the balcony due to the pigeons. Everything is close by.... and they pretty much provide everything you need in the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone.

“Retired” Our visit to Galveston was enjoyable but what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the fantastic beach house which was really only one half block from the beach. The house had everything that was needed to make yourself feel at home. All amenities were on hand and if you needed anything, the owner, Brenda, was available for every request. She went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Brenda.

“Beautiful Condo” Met my family in Port A and stayed at this Unit at Sea Isle Village. Nice view from the balcony and short walk to the beach. The outside of property is a little older, but the inside is amazing and very nicely decorated. We only vacation during the week to avoid weekend crowds and had no noise problems. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

“Nice quiet place.” Quiet street near beach. Private parking spot. Short walk to beach. Second floor location on end a plus.

“Lounging by the Beach” Get ready to put your feet up! This house is as close you can get to the beach without getting your feet sandy. Sitting and watching the waves come in at any hour of the day or night was wonderful. Our whole family of all ages had a great time, however, limit your guest number as bunk beds are not available for children. All in all though, closeness to the beach well made up for the limited space.

“Relaxing” What you see is what you get. Nice and cozy little place. Not to far of a walk from the beach, really convenient for those with kids

“Wonderful place to stay in ROCKPORT for Memorial Day weekend” The condo was so comfortably furnished and clean with all necessary amenities and more...beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms pleasantly stocked - cooking was very easy. The pier across the street on the bay was so convenient for fishing and the little town was easy to move about with plenty of eateries and of course an HEB and Walmart for shopping for groceries and such. The owner was so gracious and accommodating and the newly tiled bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Wish we could have been there longer - to fish and just relax and enjoy the great views from the balcony. Excellent experience. Hope to stay here in this condo again.

“Great location, but...” One of the best locations near Port A that I've ever been to. Very private. The property is nice but the downstairs area is really more of a dungeon. It's only accessible from an outside door. It's dark and has no windows. The property wasn't very clean. Beer cans and junk just laying around the house, the interior wasn't very clean and unlike most rentals it wasn't stocked with basic essentials in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and the internet worked fine albeit rather slow. This house should get 5 stars if they took a little time on fixing a few things (the myriad of french doors leading to the huge back deck are broken and it took a while just to find the one that worked) and clean it better. When we arrived to pick up the keys the young lady who greeted me seemed rather dismissive and not the kind of welcome I usually get when arriving for what is clearly a vacation.

“Great location” Great location. Condo was a little small and dated but we were not in it except to sleep. The check-in was to strict. I was there at 15 minutes before check-in and they would not check us in. Some rehearsed speech "blah, blah, blah.. When you have small children that is a long time. By the time we were allowed to check in and made it to the room we were 30 minutes past the allowed check in time. :-( Never did get internet. We had an 8 person room but only 2 parking spaces good luck finding a spot for a 3rd vehicle. The lady at the condo was super she was over the top nice and helpful. Condo was clean and well stocked on towels. Again great location. 3rd floor good view but not for anybody not up to stair climbing.

“Very good!” Everything was great! The owners were really nice and would respond quickly to any questions we had. The check in process was easy and quick. Equipped with everything we needed, even had board games and beach chairs in one closet. The condo was very nice and clean, everything was working, the views were awesome! Would deffenitly recommend and will be returning soon!

“great stay” We stay with this complex every year and are never disappointed. I love the location, right next to the beautiful beach. The condo is clean and very nice.Comfortable decor and comfy beds. The pool is nice and the grounds are clean. We enjoy the playground and enjoy cooking out on one of the grills on the property. I like the new gazebo that has been installed since we were there last. I would definately recommend this place and I do all the time.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. 

This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. 
You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Pics don't do justice” From the outside, it may not look gorgeous , but the unit was just that. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, spacious living room area. My family was very happy to have found this unit and we plan the make this our regular vacation spot. A few side notes, Parking spaces say two, however there is no additional "separate space" we had to simply park right behind our other vehicle, and the carport we parked under was very low to the vehicle. The large frying pan needs replacing and we could've used more towels, but other than that, we were very happy. Pool is also very nice- great view and location! Can't wait to go back!
