“Great location, great landlord, terrific place” This is a lovely rental on a quiet street close yet very close to public transit, shops, and within walking distance of some terrific restaurants. Fenced in back yard and pet friendly. The owner is just around the corner and available immediately if you need anything. I'd definitely stay there again and don't hesitate to recommend it.

“excellent stay with family” I love this place and have stayed previously on business travel in the one bedroom garden suite. Recently I brought my family for 2 months and we stayed in the 2 bedroom apt. We were surprised how much bigger it was than the photos show. The apartment is really well appointed, beautifully decorated and exceptionally sunny. The open concept on the second floor works really well for our family as we were able to work, cook and interact with the kids. Although it comes with aC we rarely used it as there is a nice large front porch off the living room with our own BBQ. It really felt like we were at home as the apt lacks for nothing and the hosts provided even books and toys for the children - and kids bikes. My kids liked playing in the backyard while we BBQ. The suite was exceptionally clean and the biweekly cleaning was very welcome as we have 3 young children. We loved the location and the easy walk to High Park where the kids loved the adventure playground, the pools and the zoo. My wife and I enjoyed Shakespeare in the Park. The neighbourhood is my favourite in Toronto, great shops and restaurants just behind the house and my kids loved the matinees at the Revue cinema on Roncesvalles(7 min walk). The only time I rented a car was for a trip up to cottage country. The commute to work downtown is great (either by subway or streetcar).

“great location and apartment highly recommend it.” I have stayed here repeatedly for business in Toronto. My most recent visit was during the worst winter and it was warm and quiet. Previously my stays were in the summer and I love the garden porch and BBQ. It was so nice that I ended up doing most of my work on the porch. Never needed to rent a car as it is so close to the subway and shops. I highly recommend this wonderful place. I have stayed in the one bedroom garden apt by myself and the 3 bedroom suite with my family and Dorota and Wies really make it feel like a home. I am not going back to hotel or Condo renting on any future visits.
