“It was a great week.” My church group stayed at the Bear Lodge and the experience more then met our expectations. The lodge was great surrounded by an awesome view. There was no issues the whole week but I did call Ruth one time for a favor and she was happy to help out which I greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can.

“Loved Deer Lodge” We really enjoyed our stay at Deer Lodge. It was perfect for our family of 4 families. We were there with our son the night before his wedding and what a coincidence that the plaque on the bedroom walls said that the furnishing were from a family from the same town our son was born in. We would love to visit Deer Lodge again someday.

“The perfect solution!” This was a perfect location for our family gathering. A gorgeous setting with comfortable, private bedroom/bathrooms for each family, roomy dining and gathering areas, lots of space to romp for the little ones, and a terrific kitchen that made feeding all of us reasonably priced and easily accomplished. All very accessible to offsite activities... although we were all content to stay onsite some days and enjoy our time together there.

“Cute little two story cabin” This is a cute little two story cabin. It is furnished very well. It is a little confusing finding it as it is in a small subdivision nesseled in the mountains. For 8 people it is a bit tight. Everything worked fine and it was very, very clean. For the price it is by all means excellent. Owner was very quick to respond to questions that I sent him when inquiring about the property. I will definitely return if and when I have another trip to this area assuming there is six or less in my party.

“Nice and clean!!” What a view!! Owners were wonderful to work with. The kitchen had anything you needed to prepare meals. The hot tub was amazing! Large dinning area made it wonderful for meals. Kids as well as adults loves the game system. It was close enough to Gatlinburg yet gave you to feeling of being out and private. Best of all it was very clean!!! “The Total Package” This cabin had everything and more! So pleased that it lived up to the photos and previous reviews! The owners thought of everything when it comes to outfitting the cabin from hangers in the closets to smore forks for the fire pit. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Just what we needed. The view on the back porch was perfect. The location is far enough out to be quiet but close enough to run into town for dinner plus. We utilized most everything in the cabin. We cooked on the grill, used the hot tub, made smores at the pit, played games, played pool, and cooked meals in the kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Laundry was also completed before we left. I'm so glad I canceled another reservation to book this cabin. With 3 bedrooms and each having their own bath made a huge difference in our trip. We could all shower at the same time and still had plenty of hot water. Reservation process was simple and easy. Nice people to deal with and answered all my questions quickly. Our kids (son 17 and daughter 24) have asked to come back to The Smoky's and stay in this same cabin. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made priceless memories!

“Great Tradition” We just returned from our third college retreat at Moose Hollow Lodge and could not ask for a better experience. The location is convenient yet secluded and serene. The lodge itself is comfortable and provides so much for entertainment, that several of our group never ventured out of the cabin- who needs go carts when you have Ms. Pacman! Not only was the lodge wonderful, but the staff was great and understanding. I recommend Moose Hollow to groups and will definitely be returning next winter.

“The best weekend getaway of our lives!” We took the trip as a birthday trip for my boyfriend; we just wanted to have a small weekend getaway. As we first arrived, the driveway proved to be very steep (fair warning) (many cabins' driveways are that way) and parking space was small. We had enough room to park and turn our '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee around; however, I do not know if there would be room for two cars at the top of the hill in the parking area for the home. There is room on the hill, though. This was the only issue we had with our stay, and it was very minimal, as it did not affect our trip in the least. We picked the most perfect weekend in January, as it was warm enough to wear shorts any day, and the hot tub on the front porch provided a great view of serenity and sense of privacy. Each bedroom has ample space, and the showers in the bathrooms are very nice. There is a back door leading to a porch that wraps around one side of the cabin and a sitting area on the side. We had such an amazing stay that none of us wanted to leave at the end of that weekend. We will probably plan another stay at this cabin.

“The cabin provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation” Simple Pleasures at Hidden Springs Resort was everything we were hoping for our relaxing vacation. “Location is awesome, the grounds were well maintained and had something for everyone in the family.” The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for the week. There are grocery stores that are close for picking up groceries and preparing your own meals. If you prefer not to drive, you can walk down to the street and the trolley stop is right there. Also on the grounds is a playground for the kids, swimming pool, volleyball court, and a beautiful walking path that has benches to sit and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is so much to do in the area, so many attractions all within a mile. The Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg are about 20-30 minutes away.
