“Fantastic place to stay in Poconos” Attention to detail was put in this house in every way! I rented this house for a guys golf trip from Friday through Sunday. There was 12 in our group and each person had a bed to sleep in. From the moment you walk in you are greated to a warm, inviting living room that opens up to an entertaining kitchen ( stainless steel appliances and marble counters) across from a huge wooden dining room table and lounge area. Exposed wooden beams give the home a comfortable feel as do the wood floors. The Sonos system is available throughout the house via small iPad's built into the wall ( sound quality was A+). Each bedroom has soft beds/pillows and linens and you can control the temperature per your liking. Bath towels were provided for everyone and the bathrooms are brand new with glass doors and tile floors. Off of the kitchen/dining room there is a huge outdoor deck with couches/ patio table/ coffee table for plenty. There are 2 BBQ's on deck, 1 charcoal, 1 gas. The best part of house besides the owners who are there for you throughout the booking process and while you stay is the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's a big room with a bar and lounge area with a projection screen to watch/stream movies. Outside of the pool area is a large fire pit with Adirondak chairs to relax in. Mario, the owner was available through text and phone and replied back right away with any questions/concerns. Overall this was one of the best rentals I've experienced in close to a dozen times. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experience and would rent again in a second! Well worth the money.

“Great Vacation Home” Just went for two days for the kids mid-winter vacation. The place was lovely. It was very clean and well organized. The beautiful wood and great fireplace created a warm charming atmosphere. Great size bedrooms. Mark was just wonderful to deal with. He was flexible and his instructions for the use of everyting was very clear. We had a large group and found it very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.

“Would Rent Again” The house was clean and had everything we needed. Maggie and her husband were very flexible and accommodating. I was with a party of six and we had enough space to all sit around the dinning table. I would definitely rent again.

“Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “Top Notch” A wonderful get away with my family and my best friend's family. We have rented this warm cozy home before, and we will rent again. Ample room for family members to enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms with gas fireplaces. We didn't venture out, but thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend in this home. The owners are lovely and available to help whatever the situation.

“Fantastic home for our family summer Poconos vacation” We loved staying at this property during our recent Poconos family vacation. The house was perfect for us - parents and two twenty something kids. it has a homey feel, with everything you could possibly want during your time in the mountains. We loved the hot tub, the TVs and reliable wifi, the comfy couches, boardgames and well equipped kitchen. The community is lovely, tree filled and quiet and the runners in the family enjoyed their morning runs on the rolling hills. We were far enough away from everything to see the stars and not hear another soul, but close enough to all the activities we wanted to do - biking, rafting, zip line, adventure ropes course, and hiking. It was spotless when we arrived, and we loved the shared supply closet in the kitchen. Getting more information about the property and booking was easily done by email - I would recommend this property for a summer or winter visit.

“This house is very comfortable.” My husband and friends are hiking the Appalachian Trail and were in the area so we stayed here for a week and visited them . The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everybody. The owner was very nice and friendly. The kitchen had lots of pot pans, dishes and cooking utensils. My granddaughter and I loved seating on the deck and watching the wild life. The community is beautiful and very safe and secure and had great amenities. We are planning to return next year.

“Perfect house for reunions and private getaways” The house is absolutely beautiful! We had 11 people fit comfortably with ample room for meals and activities. The neighborhood is spaced out nicely - you truly feel like you have privacy on the back deck. The fire pit is a MUST for anyone visiting. The Top of the World bar/pool is only about a 10 minute walk away, so you can also get out and about if you're looking for a change of scenery. I would recommend to this space to anyone!
