“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “A Magnificent stay in the Great Smokey Mountains!!” We had a lovely time visiting your cabin! The panoramic views were breathtaking!! There were many options for us to relax. Indoors and out there were comfortable sitting areas. A large and well equipped kitchen, and dining area for entertaining. Outdoors we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, breathtaking views and starry nights. Your home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very cozy. We were happily secluded but just a drive down the mountain to town if needed. Thank you for sharing you beautiful mountain home with us!! Looking forward to another stay at your Water Rock Retreat!!

“Great location” We found Edisto Realty very easy to deal with and attentive, if ineffective, with our issues. Sea Rock is in a perfect location, with the waves practically at your feet. The house is spacious and well-equpped and adequately accommodated our group of 8 adults. However, cleanliness could have been better. There was dirty underwear left under one bed, and a dirty stove, with plenty of dust around. Also the large couch in the living room had the back broken on it. Could be that it was the end of the season and time for a thorough cleaning. We never got the advertised wi-fi despite multiple attempts by Edisto Realty to get the problem solved with Comcast. Do not fault the owner or Edisto Realty on this...just typical of poor Comcast service which we have had problems with over the years. Finally, the twin beds in the 4th bedroom are pretty uncomfortable...probably fine for kids, but not for our two adults. Other beds were fine. All those things aside, we had a great week and would return again with hopes that some of these issues would have been handled. The location in the heart of everything is really the strong point; the views of dolphins in the morning from the screened porch couldn't have been better and watching the shrimp boats was delightful. The kitchen had all the utensils we could have needed. It was beautiful weather and the houses' AC never let us down, and fans in each bedroom made it really comfortable. I'd recommend the place to friends and family...

“Great place for R & R” We have stayed at Carolina Jessamine before. Close to the beach yet on a quiet and serene street. Tastefully and very well appointed...very comfortable. The screened porch is a superb place to eat, read, and just relax. This is my husband and I's favorite rental at Edisto Beach! And my husband adds, the TV is awesome!
