“Week in paradise” First time to the island and the vacation was great especially with the accommodations at the Pink Sand Cottage. Perfect for the two of us and loved the views from inside and outside the house of nothing but beach and water. I'm not sure how it is other times of the year but almost every day we were the only ones on the beach. Maybe just timing but it felt as though we were the only ones on the island at times and having the peace and quiet was much needed. Thanks to Ken and adele for a great week and hope to be back soon! “Paradise” We stayed at MoodLight Kai condo the first week of april 2014. It was a magical experience being in Cayman Island for the first time. The condo is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful beach view right from the living room couch. There was no excessive noise or biting insects, the beach is very close and if you are feeling too lazy to go anywhere you can just lounge on the beach in front of the condo or soak in the jacuzzi. We had an excellent time and would definitely go back for another family vacation.

“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Excellent little getaway” My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The cabin was beautiful and well kept. The hot tub was very clean. We could hear traffic sometimes but not enough to really be bothered. This is a wonderful place to stay near some great national parks, and right outside the lively town of Helen. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

“Wonderfully relaxing” My husband, 1 1/2 yr old, and myself vacationed here as a babymoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a lot of space for a 2 bdrm condo and we loved being able to have meals there instead of always eating out. I have no complaints at all! Kathy was always very responsive and extremely flexible. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“A Little Piece of Paradise” Five friends enjoyed the idyllic surroundings of Gingerland Hill to celebrate a wedding. We could not have picked a better spot! The home is gorgeous - spacious, well appointed and comfortable. No worries here about picking a spot off the internet!! The owners were instantly responsive to our questions and came by daily to check the property and clean the pool. The location was beautiful - but you certainly need a car to get around and hit the beach. The only thing I didn't like was having to pack up and leave at the end of the week!

“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Wonderful and Memorable Vacation” I had the fantastic experience of staying at Hummingbird Villa over a few days late Fall 2010. Mother Nature decided to fling some nasty weather during our stay but that did not dampen one of the most wonderful vacations ever. I was part a of group that stayed there and enjoyed delightful morning breakfasts on the main villa balcony, leisurely strolls into town during noon day, and evening activities that took advantage of a spacious and well maintained facility. The guest room was spotless, the landscape lush and well maintained, and my iPad worked with the wireless which was a really nice added benefit. The view is unbelievable - pictures do not do it justice at all. It's really nice to have both the peace and tranquility of Saba and the modern amenities of life right there when you need them. I would absolutely go back again - you can hang out as a group when you want and then go have some peace and quiet for yourself in one of the most gorgeous places I've ever stayed when you want too.

“All Superlatives!” Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Well-supplied. Wonderful ocean view from balcony and bedroom. Easy access to beach. Smooth "registration" system. Convenient to restaurants, shops, entertainment. We loved it!

“The best vacation rental ever!” I would like to start by thanking Nanette & Hans for their hospitality and personal caring to make my experience even more worthwhile. 95 private acres ... wow, you will feel like you own it! :) I felt completely comfortable. I will return every year ... and say wow each time.

“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone.
