“Life changing experience.” The Pathways Country Yoga Retreat grounds are beautiful with views over two little trout dams and the greenery of the sugar cane fields. This peaceful atmosphere is the perfect setting for meditation and spiritual work. I signed up for the yoga teachers training and the meditation facilitators course with Jennifer. The Yoga teachers training course is very comprehensive and Jen covers not only the syllabus but any other points you as student might want to explore, like opening a yoga school, offering meditation workshops or energy healings. I found Jen to be a capable and patient teacher her books; cd’s and dvd’s are great aids that can help you strengthen your practice. She has a wealth of knowledge that she shares eagerly with her students. Jen helped me gain the confidence to teach yoga and to lead meditation workshops but more importantly, she showed me how to integrate all my previous teaching with my yoga practise and to build a successful business utilising all my skills, abilities and talents. In the end when I left Pathways Country Yoga Retreat, I left behind a great teacher, mentor and friend, I’m sure you will feel the same.

“Awesome Experience” Seashelles was a great experience! Quite, yet close to all amenities. Rooms are fantastic and Priscilla was friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely go back for another break away from the hustle and bustle!

“Sacious , modern with an excellent view” The service was punctual and very friendly. The apartment is spacious , very clean and luxurious. Full cable TV and a top kitchen and linen, combined with a wonderful patio makes it almost difficult to leave the apartment. The life of Umhlanga is closeby.

“A piece of heavan” For the past number of years, my husband and l have being spending the month of February in South africa in general, and most importantly, at Seashelles in particular. From the moment we met Filip and Priscilla Engelen, our charming and welcoming hosts. we knew we had struck gold. Our upstairs, one bedroomed apartment, becomes an annual home from home. We have the perfect balance of being there for each other but neither intruding on each others privacy. All the little things that make for a perfect holiday are ever present, our hosts. their 3 charming children, Brandon, Ryan and Tayla and indeed not forgetting their courteous and gentle maid Nomussa, who comes to clean our apt 6 days a week, rendering my role obsolete, here in Umhlanga, anyway!!! To any prospective clients wishing to stay at Seashelles, don't hesitate but l beg you not in February! !!!
