“Exactly what I needed!” Thank you for a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything I needed and the owners couldn't do enough to make my stay more comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk from the high street, yet private and peaceful. Also, only a 5 minute walk from the station, perfect for my daily commute into London. Spacious, well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Much better value than a hotel. Would definitely use it again.

“Best accomodation we have ever had.” This apartment has everything you would want for a comfortable stay and plenty of room. The location is excellent and even provided underground parking. The girls who held the key were so sweet to us as I was worried we would be arriving late, but they assured me the would not leave us! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Scotland and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to make their home base Inverness. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

“First Rate ***” The service we recieved was excellent very friendly and helpful. The appartment was fantastic, I clean 5star holiday homes for a living and I couldnt find one fault with the appartment. The By the Bridge appartment was a brilliant place for us to have a few nights away from our kids. Staying in the city center meant everything was close at hand. All in all an excellent experience. “Our perfect home away from home.” The location of this apartment could not be any better. It's in the middle of the action, close to the train and bus station, and the view of Inverness Castle from every window is just breathtaking. The staff of Gael Holiday Homes answered all my questions in a timely and friendly manner. They made the pick up and drop off of the key very easy. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Inverness the most memorable ever.

“CUTE, COZY COTTAGE” We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this cottage. It is secluded, well equipped, roomy, and the wooded back garden was delightful. This is a great place to spend quiet relaxing time and conveniently located to many local areas of interest. We will be back.

OLD COTTAGE, pet friendly, country holiday cottage, with a garden in Nateby

Kirkby Stephen house

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 4

“Not what it seems” Don't be fooled by the " Oldy worldy " exterior , this is a modern spacious property , with plenty of room for 4 adults .It contains everything you will need for your enjoyable stay . The village of Nateby is small , but welcoming , especially the Nateby Inn , where excellent food and drink is served and the staff go out of their way to help , even including our Rottweiler . ( yes the whole area seems to be dog friendly .) There are plenty of walks locally or you can use the cottage as a base for further afield .Just 10mins walk is Kirby Stephen , where you can find everything you can't get in Nateby. All in all we had a great weeks stay , everything we expected and more . So in the immortal word of arnie "we'll be back !!! "

Why United Kingdom?

The United Kingdom is like a delicious, four-course dinner: each dish has its own distinctive flavor, but together, they create an unforgettable experience. From Scotland’s dramatic landscapes and England’s country lanes, to the lush valleys of Wales and rugged coast of Northern Ireland, prepare to be dazzled by all the UK has to offer.

Historic Cities

The United Kingdom boasts an array of cities to explore, all with different personalities. The ancient city walls of York and Chester reveal the England of medieval times, while industrial powerhouses-turned-nightlife-hubs like Manchester, Glasgow and Liverpool celebrate the UK’s technological pedigree. Other jewels include captivating Edinburgh, cosmopolitan Cardiff, historic Canterbury and delightful St David’s, the UK’s smallest city.

Quiet & Quaint

While the honey-colored cottages and historic market towns of the Cotswolds never fail to win over visitors, seclusion can be found in many other corners of the UK. There’s the pure, soul-stirring beauty of England’s Lake District and Wales’ Snowdonia National Park, or the Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Coast To Coast

As an island nation, the UK seaside has a special place in the hearts of its inhabitants. Traditional amusement arcades and donkey rides are best enjoyed in resorts like Blackpool, Scarbrough and Skegness. For quiet coves and incredible seafood, Cornish towns like Padstow are rivaled only by the unbelievable beaches and produce of Scotland.

SUPERB RESIDENCE*INCREDIBLE LOCATION*EXTRA SERVICE
Location, location!

I would recommend this property to family and friends without hesitation. Perfect location in the heart of London! Anthony and Gene were always attentive and ensured that my family and I had everything necessary to enjoy our first visit to London. I have rented other apartments in different countries, but this is the first time I encountered superior customer service from the owner and his manager. Thank you guys for making our stay in London a memorable one! We will definitely love to come back in the near future!see more
GoldenCrownSpa
Fantastic hidden gem!!!

I’m not sure where to start! The beginning helps.... I am one of the 17 that came for a weeks stay. We meet every year for a guild meet (World of Warcraft) this year SCOTLAND was chosen. Now the guild as a whole had 3 to choose from. The Golden Crown won. Reasons were: Hot tub, sauna, steam room and bar!! Communication was great by both people I spoke too as changed managers in process. Kelly was fantastic in communicating and offering advise on places to go. The house is huge!!! A wonderful bar area which is also the eating room. Fridges, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink and numerous glasses. Also a toilet Living room is great, lots of seats, games, PS4 and a massive projector screen!!! Kitchen has everything you need including a pantry Washing room has 2 washing machines, 1 dryer and ironing board. It’s great 30min wash and dryer is fab and quick. Hot tub out back Right wing has a king bed and a single pull out bed/sofa and en-suite- our room as just husband and I. Amazingly peaceful has what you need. 2 shower rooms - very nice showers Sauna, steam room, the beauty room random others with locks on. Left wing 1st floor- 4x rooms =kings size bed with double sofa beds x3 1with bunkbeds. I family bathroom with lovely bath Upper left wing has again 2x king size bed with en-suite ( I believe) and sofa beds. There are plenty of bathrooms and always hot water. Now it was cold, the heating is good and have extra blankets and heaters if needed. The house is clean and the furniture is being updated (tables and chairs) The food package is fantastic value for money!!!!! What you get: 1st night Welcome drinks= Prosecco x3 bottles Buffet food 2nd night Breakfast Spa treatment!!! Afternoon tea 5 course meal (options) we did traditional lovely. 3 day Breakfast All for £65pp!!!! The spa treatments, These ladies Were amazing!!!! Not only got through 17 people but were everything u would get from a salon. I can’t recommend these ladies enough, they went above and beyond for us. I’m so greatful I met, I believe Jo as I have fybro and she helped loads!! She is very strong! Now food we went to Asda and Tesco. There is a Lidl near by and Dominos! Lots of food and alcohol storage. The village What wonderful and friendly village! Everyone says hello. The car garage (pretty much next door) I was a damsel in distress, headlight light went! Yep you need those in those lanes!! Wonderful gentleman who fixed it for me then and there and very good value too. Also does petrol/deisel. Round the side is a little village tea room, lovely and breakfast was great and only £5. Shops and cash back, 2 shops both are good and had alcohol. Indian takeaway can’t comment as didn’t eat there. Salon didn’t use but one of the spa ladies work there. Nail salon again didn’t use. Now The Black Bull pub is a must!!!!! It has been taken over 6 days before we ate there, we got some menus to pre order for our last supper together. They accommodated us all and were made very welcome and the food Is bloody gorgeous!!!! I mean top rated stars. I think all of us in the end had 3 courses and very very reasonable priced!!! Nearby is a butchers totally recommend ask Kelly she will give you the name and directions. Thinks to do: Party in the house the bar area is best due to noise. Culzean castle- need all day, lots to do Glasgow drive or taxi to prestwick airport and train into Glasgow easily done. Edinburgh castle is amazing so I’m told by the others. Troon and coast lovely and windy. Glasgow science museum, unless you have kids give it a miss! Ayr lovely shops and places nearby Must do!!!!!! The whiskey distillery The Dark Skies Observatory amazing time even tho it was cloudy and raining. (The road to get there is fun! Especially on the dark) We all had a great week and Kelly and team set it off to a great start, nothing is any trouble. Thankyou so much, The Golden Crown girls, we will see you again xxx Apologies no pics of the house as people in them and in Halloween costumes I may add! I was clearly enjoying the company to remember to take pics before the week started. Will add them on if if I receive some or get consent.see more

The Old Rectory Country House, Glan Conwy
Location views stunning. Interior very homely with character

Superb weekend. On Saturday pm we had the worst storm in decades , causing us to batten down the hatches. We then basically stayed in doors but the house and its facilities then opened up to us and at no time did any feel we were on top of one another. Space was at a premium. We ordered take away Saturday night which was delivered promptly. The house and bedrooms were immaculate. The kitchen provided every thing we needed. The hot tub proved a roaring success on Friday and Saturday morning. Drive around Conway valley and Llandudno before wind and rain was breath taking.see more

Peaceful and Picturesque

A gorgeous stay at Medley Meadows. We had a two bedroom - with a lovely outdoor dining area. A great place to be where you feel a million miles away from everything, but close enough - if you need any essentials! Can’t wait to go back, thanks to Mark and Andy! … see more
