“Excellent” Excellent !!! From beginning to the end . Nice, comfy, cosy, clean. Makes you feel like you at home. Set up is easy Elena will guide you through steps . Price listed is just a rental fee per night . Expect other fees on top and security deposit. Not a big deal tho. Great management . Peaceful atmosphere. Upper deck is a big plus . Close to the beach (not the best tho ) . We followed our landlord recommendation and visited Juanillo Beach . Unbelievable!!! Must go if you like virgin beach with no people around.Atlantic has best beaches, Caribbean coast is ok nothing to be excited about. Visit Altos de Chavon if you like Ancient Architecture . Samana Bay offers great dolphin and whale watching tours. Macao Beach offers ok surf with rental boards available $10 per hour . watch for rip currents there, no joke. Couple heads up : Faucet water is bad do not drink. Don't rent a car on line, do it upon arrival but not in a airport. Don't exchange currency . US dollar is a king . Use your atm card for transaction your bank will give you a best rate. Don't withdraw from atm machine you ll get double fees. There are couple Cafes in a walking distance Trattoria Bruschetta and Osstereich House both have ok food. If you don't have a car you can eat there and shop for groceries at BAM market but its double priced. Shop at San Juan Center for groceries beer wine and spirits (you will need a car or a lift to get there). Everything is double priced at resort zone. Bargain with locals and be attentive everybody wants to rip you off . Don't buy excursions they will charge you triple. Rent car go to destination find locals bargain a deal. they will take you anywhere. Use navigation system to get around you can upload maps on line. We are definitely coming back next year but for much longer period. Thank you Elena and Annette for lovely experience.

“Total Relaxation” The location of this condo was perfect. A 2 min walk through the Turquesa grounds to the beach was no issue at all. Across the road everything you need for stocking up on groceries. Multiple local eateries and lots of very friendly Dominican residents who are very helpful and friendly. We stayed at Turquesa last year at a different condo and must say that we were very pleased with all that this had to offer. Very comfortable,with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen(important for those who like to cook). Theresa was very professional and attentive to all of our requests and made sure that we were very well taken care once we arrived by introducing us to Liz who was locally managing our stay. Liz was on hand for any questions that we had and responded right away. Loved it so much, we have booked again in 2015.

“Better than excellent!!” We've traveled many times to the DR and we never had such a wonderful , relaxing holiday. The manager/owner Liz goes beyond customer service, she made us feel like family. From the start of our reservation on line Liz was remarkable, she answered all our questions immediately. We traveled with family and Liz was able to make available two other condos for the family traveling down to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Each and everyone of our group will definitely be returning. The condo had absolutely everything we needed along with a beautiful breeze on the balcony and close to the vast private section of the beach and all the restaurants. If you do not feel like cooking lunch you can order at the beach from the wonderful restaurant called Citrus. Very reasonably priced and great food. Within 3-5minutes there are over 6 wonderful restaurants The Bartender in the pool is always ready to make you an excellent drink. The grounds of Playa Turquesa were immaculate as was every other section of this gorgeous property. We will return in the near future.

“Great, quiet place to stay” We have three young girls and we were very happy with our week in this condo. The condo itself is a good size for 5-6 people, has everything you need and well maintained. The complex (Stanza Mare) is also well maintained and (in July) pretty quiet. The pool is big, warm and we were mainly the only people in it! Safety and security were not a problem and they have a chaeap laundry service. The beachfront Stanza Mare sits on is great. A much wider part of the beaach than either side of it and lots of trees or strucutres to sit under if the sun gets too much for you. Again, there was hardly anyone on that part of the beach whilst relatively busy either side. the location is also good for local restaurants, shops, fruit stalls and bars, all within five minutes walk of the condo either along the beach or out the back along the roads. Dealing with Nelson was a pleasure, he is helpful and easy to deal with. Whether you are a couple or a family, i highly recommend this condo for a holiday location.

“We had a blast!! Great place to stay.” My friends and I stayed here for our first visit to Punta Cana. We had an absolute blast. Alfonso was very accmodating and he was extremely helpful to any and everything that we needed. Angela was great. She made us feel comfortable our entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were nice and the pool is amazing. We will definitely me revisiting this place.

“Wonderful Stay” Me and my wife stayed at this villa in January, and we have nothing but good things to say about our time in Punta Cana. From the beginning everything was smooth. Steve made sure we had a ride from the airport to the villa, and then the fun began. Talk about great service! Steve was so committed to showing us a good time. He even showed us all the hot spots in the area, from bars, to popular restaurants, which made me and my wife feel right at home. The villa itself was very clean and quite large. Also, it seemed like a new unit, and it was right near the beach (best beach we've ever seen). The main reason behind us staying in a villa was to avoid all of the vacation goers, have a bit of privacy, and still do all of the fun stuff around the beach and town. In our short stay we accomplished everything we hoped to and even more. If you're looking to travel to Punta Cana, this is the place to stay!

“Perfect!” Visited DR for my daughter's senior Spring Break. While most chose an all-inclusive resort, we wanted the space/freedom of a condo, and Ilia's place did not disappoint... a really special and absolutely perfect vacation! Rental, arrival and check-in were streamlined and simple, and Ilia's driver, manager and maid were all very helpful and welcoming. The condo itself is lovely -- photos are accurate -- and well-located within the complex. The balcony has an unimpeded view of the ocean just a few steps away, and you are also steps from one of the pools. Morning coffee or evening wine with that view + the sound of the ocean = perfection! The complex, including a private stretch of beach, is beautifully maintained, and we never had a problem finding a beach lounger with a direct view of the ocean, whether on the sand or in the shade. Guards on the beach keep away non-residents and the more aggressive vendors (but not the ladies selling massages in the shed next door -- highly recommend!). Activities can be purchased on the beach or from a condo resident. Kids enjoyed ziplining and parasailing. Dining options in the area are fabulous! Within a 1-10 minute walk of the complex are numerous restaurants with great, eager to please service and very affordable prices. Didn't have a bad meal all week, but our favorites were Citrus and Pastrata. Also liked the French bakery across the street, despite the unwelcoming service...Everyone else we encountered, though, was lovely, and we appreciated their help with our dreadful Spanish! For nightlife, there are numerous beach bars, but daughter really enjoyed joining the locals at Danny's across the street from the complex. Sidenote: Friends at the aI resort were told it was dangerous to go off property, but we found this completely untrue...walked everywhere at all hours and never felt unsafe. Our group (both kids and adults!) agreed that a condo -- this condo -- was definitely the way to go. Thanks Ilia and crew!
