“Perfect House for a Family Vacation- Just Perfect!” Our Family gathered in Naples for a week long vacation after Christmas.. The house was perfect. Misia is a very gracious host and takes great pride in her home. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated ,clean and has five bathrooms. The pool is screened in and the hot tub was a big hit. A wagon is provided for those who want to walk to the beach - we did - beach chairs,umbrellas and toys are provided. She provides so many nice beach towels,too! There were so many little details that were taken care of that made the trip so so special . We have rented many homes and my children kept telling me that this was the best! I agree - we had a wonderful week and would love to return.

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Close to beach” A quiet spot only a few minutes walk to the beach. Mike is very friendly and was always available to answer our questions. The apartment is older but clean and comfortable. Very open concept with no privacy in the bedrooms. Some work needs to be done on the electricity interference and the pool tiles.

“Paradise Cottage, the name says it all!” From the first inquiry to the last day of the trip Christine made the experience effortless and wonderful! This beach house is amazing and will exceed your expectations. It is located perfectly mid island in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you may want to do. My family and I absolutely loved everything about the Paradise Cottage, so much so I questioned sharing this secret hideaway...but it was too good to not share the experience. Christine and her crew went above and beyond from fresh flowers, leaving the light on for our late arrival, stocking us up with daily necessities and making herself available throughout our trip to returning clothes that my daughter had left behind. This was truly made a home in paradise. I have been traveling to Ft. Myers for 10+ years never staying in the same place twice. I can guarantee that if this is available I will never stay anywhere else again. Thank you so much to Christine and her staff for making my family feel at home and helping us create wonderful memories!! I highly recommend Paradise Cottage and working with Christine...you won't be disappointed!!

“Great Long Weekend Getaway” Our family of four just returned from a long weekend staying at this lovely 2BR condo on Sanibel Island. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was great. We have two daughters aged 19 & 23 so we were happy not to share one bathroom. The kitchen was well equipted but we only used the microwave, coffee pot, fridge and toaster. The condo has a "beachy" theme. Very cute...puts you in a vacation mindset. The pool was very nice...lots of lounge chairs and several tables. We had the pool to ourselves one evening for several hours. The beach area is small but unless you go to Ft. Myers Beach all the beach areas on Sanibel are similar to the beach area by the condo. I would suggest packing water shoes as the beach areas on Sanibel have alot of shells. Both my husband and my youngest daughter cut (minor) their feet on broken shells. We went to an area store the first evening we were there and purchased water shoes. Definately better than flip flops for these beach areas. Sanibel has numerous restaurants, some shopping and nice bike paths. The drive over to Ft. Myers from the condo was only about 1/2 an hour we went back and forth between the two at least once daily. The only negative was the missing ocean view from the condo itself but it was only a couple minutes walk to the beach. All in all...we had a great time and would stay at this condo again.

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“AMAZING” We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is a beautiful home and absolutely immaculate! Michelle was also amazing to rent from and very accomodating. The house is very well stocked with everything you need, very organized, and clean. We didn't want to leave and are already thinking about when we could come back! “Awesome” This beautiful property in Naples is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the grocery and a Walgreens. So peaceful and serene. Barbara is a very gracious host. She keeps the place spotless and the house comes equipped with all of the necessities and comforts of home. “Best Family Vacation house to date.” The house was very modern and had plenty of space for my family. Didn't have a lot of cooking pots and pans for making meals for a big party but there are some provided. We loved the mini bar. The neighborhood was pretty quite for the more part, but some construction was going on across the street. The pool wasn't ready during our stay so once that is finish this place would be top of the line. Emily was very quick to answer any question we had. The house is very close to the beach and little shopping places. Loved this house!
