“Perfect Place for a Railroad History Buff” If you are a train buff, don't you want to try the incredible experience of staying in a caboose? The restored caboose has many amenities including a kitchenette, deck with a barbecue, beautiful surroundings, DVD player and tv, and a lovely family as hosts. It has been refurbished nicely with an especially comfortable bed. Close to beautiful Yosemite and Bass Lake, there are many activities for every family member to enjoy. All aboard!

“Week in paradise” First time to the island and the vacation was great especially with the accommodations at the Pink Sand Cottage. Perfect for the two of us and loved the views from inside and outside the house of nothing but beach and water. I'm not sure how it is other times of the year but almost every day we were the only ones on the beach. Maybe just timing but it felt as though we were the only ones on the island at times and having the peace and quiet was much needed. Thanks to Ken and adele for a great week and hope to be back soon! “Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Great Accommodations and Location!” This was a wonderful vacation rental for our little family. The condo was perfectly decorated, very clean, and a quick walk to the beach. Irene (owner) was quick to answer all of our questions. I can't say enough about how kind Irene is. We enjoyed our days at the beach and swimming in the pool, then visited nearby restaurants for dinner. We had a wonderful time!

“Family” We were there to celebrate my Mother-in-laws 90th birthday with all of her children and their spouses,a fantastic time was had by all and we will be doing it again next year.The chalet is warm and inviting with everything anyone could want or need and the place itself is magical, I loved the outside and all the decor,wonderful job Monia you should be so proud of the work you and Matthew have done.Again thank you for a great time

“Great to be reunited with the Ocean!” I brought my girl friend to New Smyrna after having been away for several years. We had a great time with the location of Cheri's condo. The view is great from the balcony and the atmosphere at Sea Coast was very relaxed. We had all the kitchen items we needed. I couldn't figure out how to open the bedroom windows though. We biked and hiked and kayaked everywhere and each day I went out to the Ocean to get slapped in the head by the waves as I tried to catch a ride. I've enjoyed New Smyrna since the first time I was there before the condos came!

“A Place in the Woods to Dream and Live Your Dream” My mouth dropped when I stepped into artYcottage and was surrounded by so much beauty, creativity and originality. It was endless. Everywhere I looked there were remarkable details that were executed with perfection. Rich colors and varied textures everywhere. Everything handmade from the quilts to the furniture to the faucets and tiling and even the soap! One day it was 80 degrees and I enjoyed reading on a chaise on the deck. Then the very next day it was snowing and I was lucky to be there to enjoy the beauty of nature's softness covering the branches of trees. I stayed in that day by the fire my wonderful host, Tom, built. Tom and his stunning and bubbly wife, Margaret, made me feel at home with their warmth and sensitivity. From now on I will definitely be staying here on my twice yearly trips to ashland!

“Clean, spacious, family-friendly condo” My family and I rented this 2-bdrm, 2bath condo for 4 days in July. It had everything that you could possibly need, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a wonderful jacuzzi tub in the master ensuite. Hotel was top-notch, the staff very accommodating and helpful. We were also thrilled to see that we were a short distance from the pool, very convenient when you have kids. Would definitely stay again!

“Serenity beyond belief!” We fell in love with this place! This was our first trip to the west coast, and now we are planning on coming back as often as we can! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else! Every night I slept with the windows open so I could fall asleep listening to the waves. Each morning I awoke with excitement to head down to the beach for a stroll. My mother, sister and I would plan each day so that we were back from our site-seeing in time to sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Seriously, does it get any better than that? I want to give my daughter the opportunity to have this same experience, so I have already booked our mother/daughter getaway for later this year.

“Just right for a wonderful beach vacation” My husband and I have stayed at this cute little cottage for many years. It is by no means fancy or large, but it is just what is needed for a great little get away every fall. We can bring our family dog with us, and we enjoy drinking our coffee on the gorgeous deck every morning, and taking walks on the beach at sunset. We keep coming back because of the fabulous location and wonderful memories!

“What an awesome space to be together with family!” There was plenty of room and space for everyone and everything! -- A wrap around porch, two LARGE dining areas, plenty of counter space in the kitchen with a large island as well (with stools for more seating), a finished basement with a family room and toys including a large "play" area. Just check out all the included amenities! Being grandma and grandpa we stayed in the "Jester" and had our own apartment. We also loved that it was a short drive (one hour from Chicago) and the short walk to the beach. Loved the area and plan to visit the Sun King again. Once you get there...you will never want to leave.

“A Little Piece of Paradise” Five friends enjoyed the idyllic surroundings of Gingerland Hill to celebrate a wedding. We could not have picked a better spot! The home is gorgeous - spacious, well appointed and comfortable. No worries here about picking a spot off the internet!! The owners were instantly responsive to our questions and came by daily to check the property and clean the pool. The location was beautiful - but you certainly need a car to get around and hit the beach. The only thing I didn't like was having to pack up and leave at the end of the week!
