“The best the best the best” We traveled with our 4 children and my mother in law to Treasure Beach for the week. It was absolutely Phenomenal. It is perfectly situated On the beach with two magnificent beach coves 20 steps from the door. Our kids were able to run in and out easily all day. Absolutely highlight however is audrey's fantastic cooking. We made a menu with her for the week and every night after a heavenly day at the beach we were greeted with a traditional, home cooked Jamaica Feast. Book early because this house books up far in advance.

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“The best vacation ever!!” This vacation was like discovering a hidden paradise ! La Joya was fantastic and gogeous. Abeautiful home overlooking the Pacific ocean high on the cliffs. The people were wonderfully friendly , beaches beautiful. Great surfing and great food.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Perfection” This was the first time we have booked a private villa and were a little nervous as to what to expect - our concern was unfounded, the villa "did exactly as it said on the tin"! Carlton was excellent and nothing too muc trouble. The location is perfect, near to all restaurants and bars, beach etc. We really didn't want to leave and are looking forward to returning.

“Loved every second of our vacation!!” The condo was great, lots of room for the four of us. The kids had their own bedroom, with their own beds, and their own bathroom. Bonus. The wrap around balcony was very pretty, loved the view. The beach and ocean out front of the hotel are lovely, although it is the usual hassle trying to get a lounger. Between the people who put their towels down at early hours, and are not even sitting in the chair, and the Mexicans hussling to make a buck off the loungers right in front of the hotel, It was most aggravating! Isla was fun to explore, the people are kind, the island is very safe, and the food was excellent.

“Wonderful place” We where two families of 13 had an opportunity to stay in this house for a week and we didn't want to leave. Myrna & Eric was very prompt to answer all the questions (1st time renter) and kindly work with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived, the house keeper was there to greet us with her smile and Alex the local manager to explain how everything was working. The house was everything that Myrna told us: a very big, clean, well kept, organized house. Everything we need was there so that we could have a very comfortable vacation. We felt very at home. The house is very private in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard, full of plants and trees to please our eyes. The pool were very well kept and inviting so our kids jumped right after we got situated. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach or 5 avenue. Both beach and 5 avenue was amazing. We highly recommend this house to all our friends and other families. Since we only had a week vacation this time, we plan to come back here when we visit Playa Del Carmen again. Hopefully, the house will be available for us again. Thank you to all. You made our vacation so wonderful.

“Great Value!” We stayed at La Nina for a month from mid-January to mid-February. It is within a gated property, making it very secure. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances one needs to make meals. The appliances are fully functioning and sparkling clean. As a matter of fact, we made many dinners 'at home' because fresh fruits, veggies, meat and seafood are readily available from the supermarket only a few minutes from the cottage. The weekend farmers' market is not to be missed for those who love to cook. There is a small selection of dvds in the cottage. Bring your own and relax in the evenings with a beer or two, or a bottle of wine. You can also play music from your own device and enjoy! Although the daytime temperatures were higher than normal while we were there, the four ceiling fans kept the place cool and comfortable. If you really need to cool off, the swimming pool is the pièce de résistance! There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The ensuite bathroom is spacious. Alicia, the housekeeper, comes three times a week to clean and refresh towels and bed linens. Maxwell and Sascha, Pete's canine ambassadors, will always remind you of their presence albeit in the most unintrusive ways! For what we were asked to pay for the cottage, it is the best deal in town.

“Can't wait to go back!” We had an amazing time on our girls getaway to beautiful Bequia. My friends and I wanted to go on one last trip before one of us got married. We needed to stay somewhere special, spacious and relaxing, and didn't want to be jammed into a hotel room. It was 8 of us so space was essential. Sadewa Villa was the perfect place. It had all the space we needed and the house was modern and truly lovely. Even better, it seemed like we were on our own private island because there was nobody around even though were were only a few minutes from the beach and town. “the time of our lives!” i've stayed in many places in jamaica and other parts of the caribbean and the world - hotels, villas, apartments, resorts etc etc etc. - but no place - not one, made me feel the way sevilla did. we were at home. we were so well taken care of. orchestrated by the owner, Clare, and the joy she exudes in making everything and i mean everything, just right, just so, for us - and Monica the chef cooked us three meals a day which we had requested. (she'll cook anything for you - but we requested authentic jamaican) and wow - for the cost which was minimal, we had top notch fine dining meals daily - we didn't have to ever leave the premises except to walk down to the private beach at our leisure. We were able to have a real restful and productive vacation - like we were in a cocoon of sorts - safe peaceful secure and happy. that's the atmosphere Clare and her impeccable staff provide - and we're going back at our first opportunity and i suspect every year thereafter. simply beautiful.
